I had such a great experience with StorAmerica! Tony was so kind and helpful. He showed me many options and gave me expert advice. He even helped me save money after we discovered my items could fit in a smaller unit. StorAmerica is very affordable and I feel as though my items are safe there. As long as Tony is there, I’ll always choose this StorAmerica.

Those guys are great! Great customer service with a great attitude. Had to change storage last minute due to a piece of furniture that was too big. The quickly transition me to one that worked and had easier access and was a little cheaper. Thank you!!

I had a recent incident in which a friend of mine found an immediate need for storage space. Her budget was limited as well as was her time or resources for help. Tony personally made the experience of helping someone else move an unforgettable one. Several issues came up as is the case with all moves but he went above and beyond including personally coming by the house to make sure everything we needed to get the job complete was handled. Thanks again StorAmerica is the only choice from here on.

He has put up with more drama than anyone two moves would normally generate. The guy named tony is very nice and respectfully pleasant. I was going through ALOT the day I went in and he made the process fast and easy. But another guy by the name of bill leaves not much positive to say about him. Hes very rude, and unprofessional.

I always recommend this store America to all my family and friends. This store America usually has a move-in special and they let you use their truck for free to move into your storage. The areas are very well kept and the employees are very friendly and helpful. For example I use the truck for free and was moving my stuff into my storage and got overheated. The employee noticed that I was overheated and brought me and my friend some cold water. I did not have enough money at the time to purchase a lock and the employee found a way to work out the problem so I was able to move in. If you are looking for a storage facility this is the very best one that I recommend.

Tony is such a good dude! He is the reason I would rent there again. He is understanding and is there to help in any way he can. Hands down an awesome place with great amenities with a truck to help your move and dollys to help load in and out. Great place! Thanks tony!

I have been storing my belongings here for fourteen plus years. Just recently went and not only was my stuff in amazing condition, this place is very clean and the staff is amazing. Carlos was amazing. Not only did he allow us to come into the storage after the office had closed but he allowed us to continue unloading our truck even after the time he gave us. We were in a huge rut before we came to here. we are all eternally grateful for what Carlos did for us.

Clean space, and generally friendly and helpful staff. The air conditioned basent is great too. They also have a good deal on the first month of rent, which is nice.Their pro-rated refund policy turned out to be worse than my wife and I understood it to be when, despite giving notice to vacate in advance of the 10th of the month, they refused to give us a pro-rated refund for the 25-ish un-used days of the month because we had already paid for the month (with auto-pay). This seems weird at best, and left a poor taste our mouths at move-out.Summary: Buyer beware, but generally this place is fine.

Kendra was amazing, patient at showing me the various units, locations, and sizes. This Thomas RD location is very clean and appears very safe. There are ample carts to borrow for loading/unloading and its easy to access your units with a generously sized elevator. Highly recommended.

Kendra was very professional and worked hard to find me a unit that fit my need at the lowest possible price. This isn’t the fanciest storage facility but it gets the job done for basic storage. Plus the location is easy to get to. I would recommend it

This is an excellent facility and location. The young lady, Kendra, at the front desk is a delight to speak to and very helpful. The access hours end relatively early in the night, but this actually allows increased security while bringing things in and moving things out. 4.5 Stars round to 5.

Its a great storage place, but there is a catch to it. First few months 79.00 same place for a few, than it went up to 107.02. Now this month they tell me that when I call to pay my bill, ho Pam this month is going to be 117.24.They will get you if you let them. May 25-2017My things will be out. But the people that work there are very friendly. Now my things have been in there storage for 10- months.

I have rented from this place in prior years without problem. I rented from them them this past summer and had a HORRIBLE COCKROACH experience. Turns out they are supposed to visually inspect the facility several times a day. We moved into storage - as well as 3 other groups of people, into units right next to each other. When moving in, I found out from one of my helpers later, they saw multiple roaches. I went back the next day and found the hallway absolutely crawling in roaches. When I complained about it - I was kicked out of the storage unit - - as was everyone else that moved in the same day. I then had to rent a UHaul and BOMB all of my belongings! What a nightmare! They didnt do a simple visual inspection of the hallway and instead forced everyone who had just moved in, to move again! The undue expense and absolute disgustingness is something I hope no one else ever has to endure. They didnt check their hallways or inspect the unit after the cockroach infestation began --- I literally informed this (horrible) woman of roaches that were crawling everywhere. My suggestion --- go somewhere that does their due diligence -- I will NEVER go here again

The staff at the location on Thomas & 70 st., Scottsdale,are extremely helpful and professional.Moving is hell but they are ready to make the experience easier, smile and even friendly.

My unit definitely had some condensation as my boxes were warped and my couch when pulled out had mold!!! It was leather and completely ruined.
