Highly recommend this facility. They really care. I had a problem and they went out of their way to help. When I call and they are busy, they always call back promptly, even when I dont leave a message. Looking forward to storing my RVnext winter.

If I could give no stars I would. An employee yesterday was over the top rude to me. She accused me of going 40miles per hour. She told me if I couldnt abide by the rules not to come back. So I personally want. Im not even a customer of them Thank God. I apologised I was speeding through trying to hopefully not loose my customer as I was going to follow her out and gotten mixed up. I feel... If Im apologizing for going a little to fast ok thats fine. It was noone I could have effected considering we was the only ones there. It was totally over the top to tell me that. Then my customer pulled up to hear her scolding me. We are people of color. She should have accepted my apology and went back in. To anyone reading this please if you have anything experiences like this please comment on my behalf. Boo Storage Max

Great place with super friendly people!

Whats funny is if you go to Yelp, the reviews are all negative. People just complaining to complain and ruin a local business reputation. You Yelpers should be ashamed of yourselves. On a lighter note, I have been an on/off client with Storage Max for over 15 years. Great people. Great customer service. Safe and Secure. And best is, the pricing is more than fair. Dont believe the paid trolls on tattle-tale Yelp. Its horrible. - and for the record, I am not a family member or anyone affiliated with this business. Theyve been in Scottsdale longer than Yelp has been around.

I have done business with storageMax for multiple Decades. They have recently come under New Management, which I find to be abysmal. Within the last few months there have been multiple break-ins and thefts of tools and equipment of the vehicles, trailers, and covered storage(s) myself included. The new management is clueless and couldn’t care less. I’m certain there are many more tenants that have yet to know they also have been hit! The mgmt. of course is keeping this quiet, as it wouldn’t be good for their business. I recommend go elsewhere, I am! 🤑

Facility is clean and located near the 101. The office attendant is professional and friendly. The superintendent keeps an eye on the property and is a nice guy. He even allowed me to borrow his jumper cables to start my vehicle I store in my locker. I’m a satisfied customer.

The spaces are a little tight but the price is right. A good place to store my old travel trailer until I trade it for another rv.

The staff, Kathryn in particular, always puts the clients interests a matter of personal importance. Where possible, finds a solution.

The available facilities are pretty OK as far as Storage Units go, and the grounds seem to be well maintained. But if youre looking for customer service with that unit, forgetta bout it! This place really takes self service storage to a new low.
