What a awesome place, shes very nice, and helpful, quick and easy, Ive been going there for years, why bother with DMV and the waiting game, ! I recommend this place to everyone..

Arrived on 6/22/21, first one in the building. Was greeted by an extremely attractive lady. Turns out it was the owner which was very friendly and helpful. Needed to transfer a title due to I purchased a 2000 Honda Civic. It took approximately 10 minutes for everything. You could tell owner really appreciated the business. Why go to the MVD, sit, wait and get frustrated when you can just go here. Excellent service and to boot shes a site for sore eyes.

Shannon was EXTREMELY helpful and did above and beyond work. She helped explain everything and made sure everything was taken care of. Minimal wait time, they tried to get you in and out. Definitely would recommend this place!

I have been going to Action Auto Title for many years now and always receive great service from Shannon. It doesnt matter if I am just asking a question or needing title work done, she is always helpful, efficient and friendly.

Moved from out of state, went to action auto title to get new registration and plate. The woman was giving me the run around saying I have to contact where I bought the vehicle to get a copy mailed to me of my title because im still making payments. She said thats the only option. I didnt believe that was correct. So I went straight to the DMV, got it all handle and walked out with my AZ registration. Inconvenient that I had to go to a second location. Still dont undersrand why she couldnt help me.

Ive been visiting Shannon for over 10 years and always have an extremely pleasant transaction. Shes extremely knowledgeable and her business always smells nice and is very clean! I purposely drive from the east valley to utilize her services.

Let me start 1st by saying these 1 star reviews are comical. Shannon the owner is professional and kind but also will not be treated poorly. Ive been going to Shannon for many years and have witnessed customers treat her awful. She runs a clean, honest and respected business and has always gone above and beyond to assist WHEN TREATED WITH RESPECT. The location is convenient and the office is always clean and welcoming. Arrived at 12:49, on the door were the new posted operating hours with a closing time of 1:00. After entering Shannon stated she was not taking any more customers as she was going to do work for a dealer. Years ago the service was great. I found every time I go in it’s lost a little bit of its excellence. I guess if you’re a dealer with multiple transactions it is worth going to. Not the service I would expect from a company competing against online transactions such as the title transfer I was going to have her do.

Very rude lady at that office, I was talking to the woman and she was looking away from me. I am a paying customer if you don’t like dealing with people than do something different.

Oh man, cannot say enough good things about Shannon & crew over here. Great local business, and completely willing to help out and go the extra mile. Ive registered quite a few vehicles here, as well as gotten titles done, and she has always been great to deal with. The shop dog is a sweetheart, and Ive never had to wait very long. Go see them you wont be disappointed at all. Thank you again for making any interaction with the government as painless as possible!

I learned of Shannons business through the company I worked for at the time. Ive been in occasionally since that time and shes always wonderful to deal with. The only problem I have is the convenience fees are too low. For the great service and atmosphere, I always feel like I should pay more.

Came in a little closer to closing time than I would have liked due to traffic but Shannon shared the same excitement I had about my new car and she was speedy as well.The whole process took less than 10 minutes. Just got my title transfer done at Action Auto. Fantastic experience! Shannon was pleasant, professional, and completed the transfer very quickly! Well worth the convenience feel to avoid the zombies at the DMV. All that said, I would go back just to see her smile one more time.

I called today to respectfully ask how this business was operating due to the pandemic and was spoken over and told there are no appointments, just walk-ins. I then started to ask a question about what I needed to bring (as Ive never done this before and would have told her if given the opportunity) to be spoken over again and told they were with a customer while another customer waited. We hung up.I called back a bit later to ask my question, in which the same person on the phone assumed I was someone else and had already called asking the same question and rudely expected me to know the answer, of which was not the case. Im not sure is she is having a bad day or what, but here are a few things to note in running a functional business:- Always practice kindness to your paying and/or potential customers, no matter what.- Let your customers speak and fully ask their question before assuming and cutting them off.I do understand this business could be highly rated in general and this particular woman I spoke with could just be having a bad day. But the way you treat customers is everything and because of two negative interactions this business lost a potential customer.

Ive been using Action Auto Title for many years. Each time I go in, the service is fast and easy. Today I went in about a car I am purchasing out of California at a dealer. Shannon provided me all the information I needed about sales tax and how much it will cost to register the car in Arizona. Along with the pleasant aroma of candles, her friendly smile made the visit even better. I will not go anywhere else.

Been here a handful of times and the service is excellent. The laid back atmosphere is suiting to the old fashioned service we all miss.

My registration experience here was fast, easy, and painless. I walked out with my title, license plate, and completed registration in less than 10 minutes on my lunch break! My only (minor) complaint is that they charge 4% to use a credit card (debit is free), but Ill be prepared with another form of payment next time.

Absolutely amazing experience!!!!! Couldnt ask for better!! Over 4 hour wait at state run dmv. Was in and out about 15 minutes!!! Shannon was so so nice and such a great person to deal with!! I have been to this place several times. Customer service is horrible. I would NOT recommend this place ever for any reason. The owner is rude. Out of the 6 times that I have been there none of them have been pleasant. I will travel the extra distance to do business with any other title and tag office. As a well connected person with the local Scottsdale auto dealer community, I will be sure to recommend any place but Action Auton Title for all of our title needs. Im more than willing to pay extra to avoid the DMV but I needed two things done so something that would have cost me less than $20 to complete at the DMV ended up costing me $57.
