I would give this company zero stars if possible. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Desert Tech Appliance!!! I referred them to my mother who had them come out to repair her Samsung refrigerator in November 2020. The technician let her know her unit needed a new ice maker and drain trough. My mother approved the repair & paid, then was told she would get a call to schedule the return trip to perform the repair once parts came in. Well to this day we have heard nothing!!! I have left multiple messages as well as sent emails and not once have I gotten any response at all!!! This is ridiculous!!!!! It is July 2021!!!!!

I asked for a technician to diagnose 3 appliances at my home. First of all he came in grumpy because he showed up at 7:52 and I came at 8:00, after telling scheduler that I am available between 8:00 and 2:00.He charged for 90min. but was there for 1hout 10min.The technician diagnosed one appliance (the one that required $3000 worth of work) but could not see anything wrong with the other two. I was able to replicate the problems over and over reliably after he jetted out of my house. He supposedly could not find a problem, all I had to do is turn on the appliance and the problem and fault code appeared.After complaining to the company they still charged my card, they supposedly have a 30 day guarantee but never offered to come back.Waste of money.

This company is a certified technician for Lowes warranty. They should not be! They dont show up. They do not call to even cancel. They just do not show. When you call them they schedule another week in advance.No customer focus. No accountability. No service.My family has been without an oven for over 4 months. However, I paid a pretty penny for this Bosch double oven and this warranty. I want my money back for both so I can take my business elsewhere.I also want Lowes to be held responsible for selling such terrible warranty. This warranty limits us to using companies like this one.Although i dont have proof, I now suspect the positive reviews are fake. Happy Monday yall. I am going to face the agony now and tell my wife, she still doesnt have a working oven.

Have used them for the past 10 years. Never have had a problem. They have always been professional and competent. Just finished fixing our Sub Zero ice maker which was broken. (Added a new one.). Would highly recommend them for any appliance repairs.

We are renters, it was our responsibility to call this company to set up a dishwasher repair. We tried for 2 months to get a tech out to service our dishwasher. They give you a 3-4 hour window and close at 430. How is anyone who works full time supposed to make that work? I spoke to the manager Maggie many times, to only be told we are the issue. Very unprofessional and rude. I wouldn’t recommend

Called for service after the maker of our oven was sending them a part. They never returned my call and when I did finally make contact, the woman had no record of my issue and was incredibly rude. When I asked her to be more professional, she told me to find another company to work with and hung up on me.

My husband usually repairs most everything in our house so I was very nervous taking a chance on having our Dacor dual oven repaired by an unknown technician. But I had no reason to worry with Desert Tech Appliance Service! I called Maggie and she knew right away what was the likely problem, in fact quoted me the price of the part as well as the service charge. Once Chris got here he diagnosed the problem in minutes, had the right part with him, and got it working again within the minimum 30 minute service call. Very friendly but still very responsible with my money knowing he was working on my clock :). Only disappointment is that they dont routinely work on all my other appliances but I know wholl Ill call next time I have a problem with my oven or range; sorry hubby.

This review concerns them not being a place to buy parts despite what their website says. I sat on hold for 20 mins waiting just to find out they buy their parts from another place in town and keep minimal stock. Their website lies in two ways: 1. They are not a parts house 2. They certainly cannot have competitive prices when they are buying from another place in town that is open to the public.I cannot comment at all about their service.

Looks like Heather and her useless hubby who is not man enough to respond to an email are up to no good at this business as well...they along with Duco whose Chinese crap ovens that go for $3500 blew us off repeatedly, after our 7 month old NXR Oven rusted out on us and the door seal corroded, leaving white toxic corrosion in our food. If you have a problem with these (in my opinion and experience) charlatans, do yourself a favor and report them to the Ic3.gov You can submit an online complaint, the ic3.gov is a branch of the FBI that investigates white collar and internet crime. Dont waste your time with Heather or her useless husband .... also report them as I did to the Calif Attorney Generals office as I just did.... they too have an online form and investigate rather quickly.
