Called Mike with a problem and he actually troubleshot with my husband and I over the phone as to what simple maneuver to do to fix it. It was a dishwasher issue and if our effort doesn’t fix it we can call him back and he’ll come out to the house!I think that was really nice of him and he was very good at explaining and also didn’t rush through it with us.Thanks Mike!
