Wow what can I say about the staff here at Morningside in Scottsdale…from the wonderful basket of soaps, cleaning products etc as a welcome package when we walked in our apartment on the first day was a detail that was just amazing!!The complex is quiet and in a gorgeous area of Scottsdale Ranch.Sitting poolside in the evenings is a great amenity. The gym is awesome and walking across the street to the Scottsdale tennis center is another great perk of this property…we could not be happier with our choice here at Morningside. Special thanks to Amber for all of the assistance in the process of renting.

I went to their office to inquire about an apartment but nothing was available for me with the time-frame I had. Although it didnt work out I am happy to say the complex was very clean and well maintained. I would definitely inquire in the future.

Great apartment in a great location. Right across the street from Scottsdale Ranch Park and Tennis center, gorgeous Mountain Views, excellent schools... blah blah blah.. the real scoop is we haven’t had any issues with this complex since moving in back in Feb just a few weeks before the pandemic shut down the world. We had to do the whole lease remotely because we relocated from DC in less than a month... and MELISSA was AMAZING! I seriously don’t know what i would have done without her help. She went above and beyond to make sure i didn’t have to worry about a thing when we arrived. They have been outstanding with communication about what amenities have been opened or closed during the pandemic. The grounds stay clean and the dumpsters are NEVER overflowing. This is a huge plus for me. Maintenance requests have been nearly instantly addressed every time.

Do not even remotely try these apartments. The manager Gwen and ASM Myesha are the rudest and most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with which you can imagine what the property is like if those two idiots are running it. They stated they would refund the security deposit and never happen. Lied and said they did and contacted my bank and never was issued in any way. The property itself look horrible and there is so many other places around to rent from that will actually make you feel welcomed rather that curse you away. Already in the process of a lawsuit and BBB will be investing this property for unlawful rental practices. Stay far away!

The staff is amazing. Management is amazing. If my husband and I didnt buy a house we would still live there. Great area too. :) Always helpful.

Love the apartment, the location, and the maintenance staff. David has been exemplary. Always pleasant and prompt when I submit a maintenance request. He was able to replace my smoke detector battery in a very timely manner the other day, saving me from a lot of unnecessary chirping :)

The front office and maintenance staff are wonderful! They respond in a timely manner and are extremely friendly and helpful.

We have had an amazing experience at Morningside, it is family friendly and the grounds are kept up very well. Additionally, the maintenance crew are friendly and reliable.

I went to Morningside last Friday to see a one bedroom but they had no availability. The leasing staff were AMAZING and helpful. They referred me to other communities that I can rent from. I appreciate them going the extra mile.

David came to my rescue when I found water on floor in storage room. Even though it was very close to the end of his day, he came immediately and didnt leave until he had replaced the leaking hot water tank. The following day he also painted my patio and front porch which had been treated badly by the weather. David is always polite and helpful.

We just moved in a month ago and have just loved the new surroundings. Everyone in the office and in the service department have been very polite and professional in helping us out with any questions or concerns. Everyone in the Neighborhood seems to be polite and outgoing to wave to you or say Hello! Close to the 101 and also may outdoor actives and the Greenbelt. We feel that we made a great decision in moving into Morningside!

So far its been a great place to live, its only been two weeks, but when we moved in we got surprised with all LVT and no carpet which is amazing when you have a dog! first maintenance request was handled quickly which is much better than last place we lived! Love the pool so much, always clean and open everyday. location is excellent so close to so many activities! Plan on staying awhile

Awesome Apartment...I would highly recommend this property to anyone and the maintenance staff respond very quickly. The leasing staffs are very professional and gives amazing support.spacious living room which is very much needed for my toddlers to play...continuing this apartment more than 3 years.

We love living here. So much so that we re-signed our lease again. Maintenance and management is timely and responsive. They keep things clean and have done many upgrades too. Making it look really good!

Been here almost 2 years and just renewed for another year. Cute, updated apartments, all units have private stairs and 2 balconies, very quiet and peaceful, excellent maintenance and management team, clean grounds, PLENTY of parking, walking distance to huge awesome park with tennis center, handful of restaurants, coffee shop, and planet fitness. Could not ask for more.

Clean grounds, well maintained driving surface. Speed bumps that DONT destroy the vehicle. Close to parks, lots of trees in the area. Fairly close to shopping needs. A bike would be a great choice, but, walking isnt the end of the world unless that is a problem for you. 3bd 2ba i think is around 1500-1700/mo. A couple three miles from 101, and from Shea.

I moved to Morningside Apartments at Scottsdale Ranch a year ago and could not be happier with my decision. The property is well maintained, the people in the community are respectful and friendly, and the staff responds quickly to all your request. Great place to call home.

I moved into this complex several months ago and have loved every minute of living here. The neighborhood is very clean and quiet, and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommended!

Great apartments with updated appliances. Roomy and nice layout. Staff is fantastic. Been here 10 months and have to say its a fantastic choice for an apartment!

Gayle, Scott and Melissa and all the staff including maintenance at Morningside Apartments are very courteous and prompt. Never had any problems. Maintenance is fast-paced and professional. The property is very well taken care of with a lot to offer, including a business center, gym, pool, and Jacuzzi. Highly recommend.

Nice apartments and the maintenance guys are awesome. My only complaint is about the front office management. Need to get something done in your place? Better do it yourself because the front office will literally take weeks (sometimes months) to get back to you about your request. Great neighborhood. Super quiet with a beautiful park right across the street.

Staff is always cheerful, listens carefully to your concerns, and quickly responds to your needs.

I needed to submit a work order and the work was addressed and fixed immediately. Top notch.

I used to live here and I really liked it. The apartments are very nice. Decent facilities. Small fitness center but hardly anyone there - same with the pool. The only problem I had was a leaking AC unit. They tried to fix it several times but it never was completely solved. The location is excellent in North Scottsdale, close to schools, shops, restaurants, etc. I know it is under new management now. Previous staff was courteous. I had to move overseas, otherwise I would have stayed there.

I like la privada apts much better. Units are older but much larger and better maintenance

Scenic, quiet and safe place to call home. Recently renovated, spacious floorplan. Walking distance to parks, trails and shopping. Staff has been friendly and responsive to our needs. Good experience last 3 months.

I stayed in Morningside for 1 year and most of the times whenever we raised any maintenance request they took days to respond back, also my living area window was jam from start of my stay still they didnt fix till I left, both bath tubs chipped out, one was fixed the other wasnt till we moved out. When we left the apartment after paying all bills and having security deposit of $500 they sent us a letter asking for $468 to be paid more, the reason kitchen odor with $675 as charge. I am literally surprised as I know there was no odor. Families that prepare food at home n eat curry should avoid staying here as they will charge extra when you leave this place. Just to update I hired professional cleaners to clean the house so you can very well imagine managements thought process

Im not big on negative reviews, but this is not good. I lived here for 3 years, the windows are terrible and suck out all the cool or warm air. The street side/poolside apartments are incredibly noisy...again the windows are terrible. Location is great. But what is more upsetting is that after paying rent there for 3 years, I never received a final bill...although they had my mailing and email. They state it was sent, but when they did not hear from me....after 3 years of timely rent payments...they sent a $65 bill to collections that I received a year later. Are you kidding me? Youre welcome for all the money I paid you guys! Way to show the appreciation and that you care about the people who support you!

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS APARTMENT OR MANAGEMENT COMPANY. THEY ARE ALL LIARS AND DISREGARD ANY OUNCE OF INTEGRITY. I CANNOT BELIEVE THE PEOPLE THEY HIRE AND APPROVE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. JEFF AND MEGAN SHOULD BOTH BE FIRED FOR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LACK OF INTEGRITY.

Had some hiccups the first couple months, but once I got everything worked out it has been a very nice place to live.

Extensive experience here....best experience always. Management team and maintenance team stay ON POINT. Disregard the David Christopher comment....dude must be a part of the H.A.T.E.R.S.H.A.T.E.R.S. = Hating Any Thing & Everyone Reaching for Success.If you like professionalism, promptness and positive personalities...go to Morningside.
