Had to get a mold inspection. Twin Home Experts was great! They answered their phone immediately and sent someone very next day during a good time frame for me. Dan Cole was professional, timely, friendly, and listened to me.. and also explained things to me. It did not take as long as I thought and I will definitely refer him and this company to others! 5 STAR!!!

Twin Home experts remodeled our master bathroom. They are not a company to just slap stuff together. They carefully deconstructed and over performed in remodeling. They walked us through each phase, ensuring we understood our choices, and provided us great recommendations. Their team is extremely respectful to us, truly defining customer service. They were respectful while in our home and did a great job in cleaning up each day. I couldnt have had a better company to perform an amazing job as they did.

If you are remodeling, do yourself a favor and Hire Twin Home Experts. We are remodeling our bathroom but wanted to save a few dollars and do as much of the work ourselves. We identified the shower floor as something we didnt know how to do to ensure the water drained properly and because we want a zero barrier walk in shower. Chad and his crew are doing the floor and some minor plumbing. Not only did he do what we paid him to do but he gave me a step by step walkthrough how to do the parts I am doing myself. He and his crew are very knowledgeable, very easy going and all around good guys! The work is outstanding quality!

The Twin Home Experts did an exceptional job with fixing a clogged drain that two other plumbing companies were unable to fix. Cody was an amazing technician that was on-time and very knowledgeable. He made sure that we understood what he was doing to fix the issue and was very honest with his assessment of the situation. He was very invested in helping to fix the issue while keeping costs affordable. Cody definitely went the extra mile when it came to the quality of service that you wont see from other technicians. We will absolutely be calling The Twin Home Experts and Cody again if we encounter any future plumbing issues.

I cannot say enough good things about Cody and his expertise. He was sent to my home by The Twin Home Experts. My water bill had quadrupled and I called the City guy out who told me that water was escaping from an unknown source in my sprinkler system. I then called a well known sprinkler service out to assess the issue and was told that as they could not find where the leak was coming from they would need to replace the main line from the shut-off valve and reroute my sprinkler source at a cost of $550.00. I then call The Twin Home Experts, who sent Cody. Within minutes of Cody arriving, he found that our sprinkler intake valve had been left on by accident, which was the cause of the water leak. All he had to do was turn it off and problem solved. Both my husband and I are elderly and on fixed incomes and as it only took Cody a few minutes to find the problem and turn off the intake valve he did not charge us for the visit. Bless you Cody for both your expertise and kindness! From the first meeting, as we decided on the look and feel of the new bathroom through the demolition, installation and to the final invoicing, EVERYTHING was handled with great professionalism and expertise. I would give Twin Home Experts MORE than the five stars for the workmanship on our new shower install. They removed a garden tub and old shower in the master bath and replaced it with a beautiful walk-in shower. Chad and Chris were punctual, easy to work with, and kept the work area clean throughout the entire process.In my opinion, the companys willingness to keep us updated and reach out to us when necessary would earn zero stars. The initial bid was done December 11. At that time we were told that we would receive an install date right after the holidays. That never happened so I called after several weeks. To make a very long story shorter, I had to call multiple times before construction finally began on Monday, January 31. I did not mind the delay at all, but we felt they should have kept us informed.The job was 99% done, but couldnt be completed because of a missing piece of glass. Chad told us about it, and told me they would be in touch the following week. Again, no communication from Twin Home, so I had to do the calling. I was told they would be here one specific morning and they never showed and never called, so after waiting for more than three hours, once again, I had to call. In the companys defense, my calls were always returned, but it was truly frustrating that I had to initiate all the contacts.The job is finally complete and looks wonderful, and you can bet they are willing to contact us NOW for final payment! Interesting. In summary, we are happy with the end result, but I suggest Twin Home works on communicating with customers. It just shouldnt be that difficult and would be the cherry on top of their excellent remodel and plumbing skills.

Twin experts did an awesome job on our flat roof. Manny Gonzales made the whole process effortless. His crew was polite and Manny put his finishing touches to make sure all was done correctly. We also got a video before and after which is nice touch. A+ company

I had a unique experience with this company. I had interviewed 5 companies and then Manny came and quoted me a price that was out of my budget. He conveyed that he understood my problem( My husband has Alzheimers and the shower stall we had required him climbing over a 2 ft. wall.)As he was leaving, he said he really wanted to help me out and quoted a cheaper price that would of coarse not be the highest price shower, but would certainly suffice and he stated that they could have it done within the next three days.. Other companies had quoted 3 weeks to 2months out, so I was very grateful that he could simplify my life so quickly.AJ and Guillermo showed up the next morning and dove into demolishing the old. They were neat, ran cloths through my house, put plastic barriers to the bedroom and they even switched the sprayer shower head to the other bathroom for temporary use.As they were finishing, I noticed my drains very sluggish and mentioned it to Manny who immediately said hed take care of it. This was not part of the deal but this and many other considerations were given to me out of the goodness of their hearts.I would highly recommend this company as they do what they say and stand behind their work.
