These guys did fantastic. Showed up at exactly at 8am put down floor protection including on the steps. Didn’t scrape a single wall or handrail brining the new 16 Seer ac unit through the house to get to the deck. Also installed new furnace and coils. Called Apex Heating & Cooling after one of our hot water tanks wasn’t giving us hot water. It didn’t completely break on us and leak water, but we had to replace it. The representative, Paul, came out and gave us a thorough investigations and then provided us with a few different options with a well thought out recommendation for one. We took his recommendation and could not be happier. They ran a new thermostat, removed a very old very large cast iron boiler from the property, and installed a new boiler. The turn around only took a week. I would recommend them to anyone.

The service was great! The technician was on time and listened patiently to our issue. He was able to quickly find the problem with our humidifier and identify a fix. He also found an issue with our thermostat not controlling the humidifier correctly, and suggested a work around until we can afford a new thermostat.

I called this morning for a same day emergency appointment. I was told that they had a technician available and theyd be out sometime from 3-7pm. At 2:02pm I called and they verified the person would call me 30 minutes prior to arrival. At 2:53pm they called to tell me no one was coming out with no explanation. This is the worst customer service ever. You dont tell someone they have an appointment, confirm it 2 hours later and then cancel 53 minutes later. Its 116 degrees outside with no AC and a dog in heart failure. I lost over 3 hours of calling around to find another company to help me. I would not recommend this company for anything!!
