I had pedicure/dip powder done and paid more than what their price menu displayed. They spoke to each other in another language the entire time- very unprofessional. I didn’t complain and just got the service done. It only lasted a week- the dip powder was poor quality and cracked. I went to another place and got the same service for a reasonable price and it’s been two weeks and just amazed at the quality…PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE-

Amazing place! They improved so much since I last came and they care very much about their customers. It’s such a beautiful place with great service. Definitely coming back and definitely recommend.

I went in for a pedicure and gel manicure on Thursday last week, and had probably the worst experience Ive ever had at a nail salon here.I had to completely redo my own toenail polish when I got home, because it was so thick and sloppy, which I didnt realize how bad they were until I got home.My cuticles were completely destroyed, and she made me bleed several times. Being gentle or slowing down at all wasnt even a possibility, no matter how many times I audibly said OW and flinched. The middle finger on my left hand kept bleeding, even after she used the Liquid Styptic, because she was just SO rough with my hands. Then after the gel was applied, the hand massage I received included her snapping my fingers between hers, which was awful because my cuticles were already so raw.3 days later on Saturday, the gel manicure started peeling.

They took me right away and Ken the man who did my nails was funny and kinde. 10/10

This place gave me fungus! During the manicure she was not gentle and i could just feel my nail burning.

AMAZING!Ive been going there for many months and I strongly recommend it! Theyve been doing a great job on my acrylic nails. I always got what I wanted and needed. Ken and Maya are amazing at what they do! The price is affordable and even if you pay more than usual they explain why the price would be higher. Sometimes you have to wait, but they pay attention to you even while doing other peoples nails. Theyre often busy but it just shows that theyre GOOD and people keep coming to them!!!Ive never tried just non chip or pedicure but on acrylic nails they perform amazingly good! Ive been trying other salons but always came back. Great great great!!!

I have been coming to this salon for at least 5 years now. They do the best job and the people are amazing at what they do and are very friendly. Jojo and Ken always make you feel so comfortable when you are in their salon. I would recommend them to anyone and you should give them a try.

Ive been going here for over 10 years. I have never been disappointed! JoJo and Ken are so friendly and talented. The prices are amazing. I always get the deluxe pedicure and I leave so relaxed and happy.

Went today for a fill and they were very nice and accommodating. Even though there were more customers than technicians, they acknowledged everyone and communicated with them about sitting in pedicure chairs, picking colors, or removing no chip colors while waiting. They are very considerate people and most importantly my nail look amazing!

Outstanding nail salon! Very modern salon, mani and pedis are great, very reasonably priced. Pedicure chairs give a great massage!! Offers so many colors and variations for dipped, no chip, regular and acrylic! Some salons have a strong acrylic smell but not here! Owners and all the staff are super nice, helpful and caring! Would highly recommend this nail salon!

Beautiful Victorian building and gardens serving excellent food. Our server was wonderful.

Received a male pedicure with mask and sugar scrub, and it was definitely a great experience. I had a five minute wait because they were busy but the staff was more than accommodating. Would definitely recommend and will definitely come back.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!! FIRST THEY HAD ME WAIT WHILE THE GUY WAS EATING. THEN A LADY FINALLY WAS ABLE TO GET TO ME. SHE DID MY NAIL POLISH CHANGE AND WHEN IT WAS TIME TO DO MY FILL IN THEY ASKED ME TO WAIT AGAIN!!!! AT THIS POINT, I WAITED FOR ALMOST 25 MINUTES. THEY SAID ANOTHER CUSTOMER WHO HAD COME IN AFTER ME HAD AN APPOINTMENT (WITH THE GUY). I ASKED THE LADY WHO TOLD ME TO WAIT, DONT YOU DO NAILS AND SHE SAID YEAH, BUT SHE WAS ABOUT TO GET STARTED ON A PEDICURE- WITH ANOTHER PERSON WHO HAD COME IN AFTER ME!!!! CLAIMING SHE ALSO HAD AN APPOINTMENT. THIS IS MY SECOND (AND LAST!!!) TIME COMING HERE AND THE FIRST TIME THE SITUATION WAS VERY SIMILAR. THEY DO NOT CATER TO WALK-INS, EVEN THEY COME IN 20-30 MINUTES BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT!!!!!

Very kind and friendly! Helped me the minute I walked in and Mia was wonderful. Another woman was extremely kind as well. The owner is funny and kind. I’ll definitely go back. Mia did a fabulous job with my mani and pedi!

I asked for a full set with gel and was refused. Actually was treated like I was an idiot. Not the experience I was looking for. So I ended up with acrylic over my own nails. No tips applied and overcharged as well. Wont go back.

I selected 1 color the lady put color of her choice.Also due to winter my feet were dry so I asked for $38 she did pedicure and due to dry skin she was hitting me with dry skin removal thing.Horrible pedicure and manicure .Waste of money and time.They said thd expensive pedicure has massage it was less than min each leg.

Over Price!! Really bad service, you ask for something and they do completely the opposite of what you asked. Lie to you to about the service to get more money! Dishonest business, doesnt care about customer service at all, they do to your nails as they please and charge double

Me and my 10 year old daughter went here today and we had a great experience. She got a mani/pedi and it turned out great she really enjoyed it. I got a pedi with mask, sugar and wax. It was amazing. The lady that did my nails was Cindy. She is very nice and attentive. She asked me multiple times if I was enjoying the pedi and if the water and towels were a good temperature and she asked it was relaxing me. I will definitely go back and ask for her again.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. GUY GOT UP WHILE TAKING CARE OF CUSTOMER TO PICK UP HIS WIFE.TOLD HIM TO ADD PINK COLOR ON MY NO CHIP AND HE DID EGGPLANT COLOR AND WHEN I TOLD HIM THIS IS INCORRECT COLOR HE SAID THATS THE COLOR YOU GET WHEN YOU DO NO CHIP. LIER... I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AND PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU WONT TOO.
