I took my mother and 7 year old daughter in for manicures and pedicures. It was a holiday weekend and they were PACKED. We had reservations so we were in right away and I didnt feel like they rushed us at all. One of the women did some special nail art on my daughter and they treated her so wonderfully! The price was unbeatable! I plan to take my daughter back every month because, for what they charge, its affordable! Definitely spring for the lemon sea salt scrub... its worth every penny!

I only go to get acrylics with no nail polish. They did an amazing job! Definitely coming back

This place is the best the lady took her time calmly and was very friendly did an excellent job with my dip powder set for the first time I noticed that it lasted a long time without breaking and my nails feel very strong I am very satisfied with the service and I plan to return, I recommend it

At Mi Mis Nails, I had great experiences. My only complaint is that if you go there, you might need to request an appointment because the wait is kind of long maybe 10-15 minutes. Great variety of polishes and wonderful customer treatment.

Very sanitary and well kept place. Went in for just a basic pedicure with some ladies from work and because of the excellent service stayed for an additional foot massage and other services. Very professional and courteous staff. I was very pleased with this appointment.

Called the salon promptly upon opening and WAS TOLD that I didnt need an appointment-which I REQUESTED-and to come to the salon. I arrive 15 minutes after our conversation and was told there was a 25 MINUTE WAIT!! I told the lady that I had just spoken on the phone with someone and she just looked at me with a stony contemptuous face: no apology or anything to ally my angst (fantastic customer service, right?) Take my experience at this sub-par salon as you like...

The prices are good,, here it’s 11:00 am and they are not here to open that is bad business when you have customer waiting

This place was ok as I went there due to the fat I was in the area. My nails came out pretty good as their no chip manicure is decent. I would return when in the area.Tech was nice.

If I could give zero stars I would. I came here after a few visits that were nice. Unfortunately, I will never come back due to the nail techs ignorance. Instead of clipping what was a minor hang nail on my big toe, the nail tech proceeded to pull on it, pulling my entire cuticle back. The next day my toe was incredibly sore. A few days go by and my toe seemed a quite swollen and it was unbearable to walk. I went to my doctor and was told there was an infection and I was put on augmentin to get rid of the nasty infection caused by this incident. Avoid this place at all costs and go to someone who is educated on keeping nails healthy!!

As a person who has thinner nails, I decided to get the gells done at this location. The white tips werent properly applied and the nails started peeling from the tips. Then when I came in for refills, the guy working on my nails didnt take the nail polish off and I still have bits of pink. They were also filed down improperly. Aside from missing parts where the gel nail peeled up and bits of pink nail polish, he dug so far into my natural nails that theres a pink line along the line where the fill in was. I expected that me telling him numerous times that I have very thin nails would mean an understanding. And as dead as the place was, I really dont see why he would rush through and do such a hack job. I work in the area and seeing how little traffic they get, I would really expect them to do a better job in order to keep their current clientele.Im looking for a new shop to hopefully repair one of the nails seeing as they dug into my natural nails so much during the fill in, that its impossible to take off without tearing off my nail. Very disappointed.

Worst manicure Ive ever had! Got a no-chip manicure; had to go back 2 days later because it peeled. They redid the damaged nails by touching up over previous mani; next day started peeling again. Needless to say, I didnt go back for a 2nd repair nor will I ever return!

If I could give a zero rating I would. Walked in and was not given a friendly greeting. The greeting recieved was what you want?. While receiving a nail treatment another costumer walked in, the nail tec stoped doing my nails and said you wait 5 min and proceded to service the new costumer. 15 min latter I was moved to a new station where another costomer was just finished. The staff are rude and not welcoming, nor it the shop kept up. The chairs have tape on them with flaking leather. I would not waste your money here. Find a quality salon.

I got a no-chip manicure that CHIPPED in 3 days!! The 2 nails were fixed by buffing down the chipped area and repainting the area. And guess what?!....It chipped again! And the other nails are beginning to peel off at the edges, complete waste of money! Save yourself and go somewhere else for a no-chip manicure!

Great prices! I went a few weeks ago. The people are nice, and them gave me a massage after pedi and mani.

Horrible service. I got no chip fake nails and they fell off the next day, i went to get them fixed and the man told me that they had a guarantee but they we going to charge me because they felt it was not their fault. I paid and they were rude and ruff on my nails, i have 3 cuts that were bleeding because of how ruff they were. I will not go again, the nail place in woodfield mall does nails better with a better guarantee

The prices for a pedi on mon-wed are $16 or $21 with lemon sea salt scrub. No chip mani only $25 EVERYDAY!!! they offer other services that seem to be lower in pricing. Check them out!

Walked in at 5:10 for a full set. 2 people were waiting and there were a few techs working. Tech refused to take me although they close at 8:30! Smh! Taking my money elsewhere.
