We had an appointment for 2 ladies and 2 girls. We were late for 5 mins and they told us they cannt take one girl as another appointment is coming in 15mins. Now its not out fault you gave appointment in 15 mins. How were they thinking they will be done with 4 of us in 15 mins. We felt like they didnt want our business. They were not happy and we walked out without getting anything done. Thanks but no thanks. There are tons of nail salons out there and we dont want to give business to someone who dont appreciate it.

I have gone here for years for pedicures and manicures (both no-chip and regular) and every single time I have been thrilled with the service, professionalism, atmosphere, and of course my nails! The salon is so pretty and clean and they always have entertaining shows playing on the TV to make the time go by quicker. Can’t recommend M Nails enough!

Had a really great experience at M Nails. There was so much attention to detail and I really felt pampered and taken care of! I rarely get my nails done so this was a special treat for me, and I had a really wonderful experience. I plan on recommending M Nails to everyone I know in the area!

I would come back again for manicure and try pedicure. The price is reasonable and nails are well done. Interior design is pretty and girly. Susie did a great job and helped me chose a color.

Chipped in 24 hours, I felt Rushed and forgotten. 😪Especially when I was put to dry, and found my shoes in the middle of the drying area.And I really dislike anyone in a public professional business TO SPEAK A FOREIGNLANGUAGE!

Really bad application of color, old no chip color that was orange lady didnt remove in full and after applied white color I was still able to see it, after 3 days color came off from one nail Hovewer place is nice and clean and they do great hand and foot massage .

I have finally found my nail place I love it they spend so much time on your cuticles my friend got a regular manicure and I got no chip and they spent the same amount of time on both of us honestly cannot recommend enough.

I came here and got a dip manicure with my daughter and the ladies that worked on our nails were very careless. They were very rough with the nail file, leaving our hands with cuts in which they had to apply an antiseptic because it was bleeding. The lady working on my daughter’s nails was very rude and kept pulling on her hand instead of asking her to simply move up. The actual quality of our nails were not good either. Our nails were not smooth or even. They are bumpy and uneven. Very upset with the service we received and would not recommend coming here.

I waited a couple of weeks because I have tried the dip manicure at a few places and it’s been hit or miss with how long they last. This is my new favorite salon! It was super clean, friendly staff, and they did an excellent job, my nails turned out beautifully and are still going strong 2 weeks later!

I had my toes done before 6pm today. I was wearing sandals. Went out for a dinner then got home at 9pm looking like this!!!! The polish are all still moving. I’ve never had this kind of bad job done.

This is my 2nd visit here and its definitely the cleanliest and most beautiful nail salon here in Schaumburg. The decor is a soft and feminine pink and white and all the furniture and nail stations are pristine and immaculate. I was happy to learn they offer chrome pedicures as an upgrade because not every nail spa offers this specialty and the price of $60 was incredibly reasonable and affordable. Daisy was my nail technician here and she took her time and shaped and polished my nails to perfection. The salon itself is quiet and relaxing and all the staff working here is very quiet and polite. I really loved the peaceful vibes here not to mention how clean and aesthetically pleasing everything was. I forgot to ask if they offer punch cards here for repeat customers; but regardless I highly recommend this incredibly beautiful nail salon to anyone seeking a luxurious self treat.

The cleanliness and beauty of this nail salon was obvious as soon as I walked in. The ladies are very friendly. The massage I received during my pedicure was beyond any. Oh and my nails look great too. Five stars!

What a fabulous find! Just stumbled on this amazing nail salon, and I think it will now be my new favorite suburban nail salon. This place is adorable. But more important -- the place is the cleanest salon Ive ever been inside. Everything was sterile and individually wrapped or a one-use item. (Even the File + Buffer). I popped in for a no chip and spa pedicure. It was amazing. And the prices are very comparable to others in the area. The pedicure chairs are awesome and the gals finish off the service with a shoulder massage. Definitely check it out.

Most importantly right now, M Nails is so clean. Beyond that, they are accommodating. My sisters and I needed to get our nails done for a funeral service, but we were on a tight schedule, and they worked hard to get us out of there on time.

Bola was great, definitely request her and we will absolutely go back to see her again. Prices are a bit high. Atmosphere was cute. We were able to just walk in and get service immediately which was nice. We dont usually go here, but my daughter needed a pedicure before dance so we tried them out and we are glad we did.

Love the atmosphere here! The nail techs do such a great job too. The no-chip is a little more expensive than others in the area ($40) but otherwise the prices are comparable.

Very very poor quality and unfriendly staffs. They’re not even concentrate on what they are doing. Hurt and ripped my fingers twice.Do not wast your time and tour money there!!!

This place is new, clean, and has a very chic look. They always have a good movie or TV show on so you can just zone out and enjoy. I love that they have a wide selection of OPI and Essie no chip colors, versus other places that usually have imported knock off brands. Even better that you get a little shoulder rub with the manicure. I cant wait for my daughter to be a little older so we can get pedicures together; their little kiddie pedicure stations are so sweet!

The atmosphere is very chic boutique. I loved it. They had a grand opening special if you get a pedicure they offer a free manicure. They do not charge extra for OPI polish like my last salon did. They also gave neck/back massage which I loved. This will be my new nail salon.

It’s brand new nail salon. The staff are really friendly and make you feel welcomed. I really liked the atmosphere here relaxing and calming. My technician, Yuna did an exceptional job. I highly recommend this place for everyone.

I am very disappointed with my service I got done here. It was my very first time here at this nail salon. I was there last Sunday (10/6) for a pedicure and dip manicure. The service turned out lovely but after a few days my nails started to CRACK and get caught in my hair. All of the dip on my nails has cracked and has came off. I’ve never had this happen to me and I’ve been getting dip every time I go to get my nails done. I will not be returning back as I feel I wasted my money on something that didn’t even last a week!

This place is beautiful and they do a beautiful job on nails. Everything is very clean as well.Best part: the massage chairs at the pedicure stations are HEAVEN!!

I would actually give it negative stars. I showed the girl a picture of how I wanted my nails done. I picked a color and she then said no and picked another. Terrible job. Looked nothing like the picture. Polish was chipping next day. Refused to do anything about it. Went in and was laughed at by the staff and offered $10.00 . Very offended. Will never go back. Do not recommend!! Terrible.

Not your average nail spa was definitely very convenient being able to get appointment on a Sunday I had One lady for my pedicure and one for my mani. The lady who did my no chip did a quality job her name was Michelle, The other lady I can get her name but she did such a good job on my pedicure took her time and made sure that I was happy

Very clean, staff are very polite. Good technique, though I think this depends on who you get, so when you make an appointment let them know what you want and they will assign a technician thats good at it.

The place is gorgeous. However, my no chip lasted only two days before the polish came off. It was a waste of $30. Disappointing because it is such a beautiful place.

I’ve been here twice for my nails. Both no chips that lasted about two weeks but they look amazing. They spend a lot of time on the manicures and pedi’s. Place is vert clean but it is a little pricy. This is a great place.

Have been here twice and both times the majority of the employees were rude. The first time the environment was beautiful and quality of products were on par with other nail salons, but the personality of nail tech was rude. Examples include yelling at me for moving too much (I was sitting next to my friend and we both couldnt see what she saw in my moving. I was stiff and afraid to even talk the remainder of the time there.), pulling and twisting my hands with force instead of telling me what to do, and her personality (while not essential for completing the job) was just angry from the moment I sat in the chair.The second time back was better as I had a different tech. This time I beoughy sister in law and her 4yr old daughter. I made our appointments for three people mani/pedi and the two adults with no chip mani. When we arrived, they only had us down for pedicures. They took us anyway for all. Then it was a scene for who would be whos tech. We started with pedicures- all was fine until it came to taking off my sister on laws previous no chip. In comes my rude tech from last time. Without anyone saying anything about whats going on, the tech picks up her hand and starts stabbing away at her no chip. I know this is a technique for partially removing them, but her force and (again with the yanking and pulling of her hand and arm!), hurt her. When my neices pedicure was done she was then carried across the room by another tech, again no verbal anything like Hey is it okay to pick up your daughter to move her? Then my sister in law wanted no chip on her toes (thats new for me, but Ive heard people do it, so whatever.) They (as in multiple techs) came over to give there opinion about how that was not normal use for no chip before she had to insist that was what she wanted. Now Im embarrassed for bringing her to this place. The manicure experience was on par with other salons this time. My tech was kind in her demeanor and handling of my hands. I was in general pleased. But my sister in laws tech was cold (this being a different person than who I had before). The tech didnt look up, say a word of hello or even how to move her hands when needed- just pulled. To summarize the whole experience both times, it was uncomfortable. I would not recommend going if you want a business to be friendly or your experience to be relaxing.
