I was the first time to Lexi Nails. I’m not satisfied with their work ... It’s not professional and it made me mad. I paid as much as I could pay in a beautiful salon with professionals. I’m not going to go there again. Very disappointed 😔

I was a walk-in yesterday. They took me in for a regular manicure. Im not sure about the negative reviews. But I wanted to say that this place is great! Its clean, all the tools are in disinfecting liquid, they were really fast with my manicure, but did an amazing job! I also noticed they knew a LOT of the people walking in by their 1st name, so they have a nice clientele. Overall great experience, and I will definitely be going back!💅💅💅😁😁😁

They always do a great job and my nails hold up and last a long time. All the women are so nice and kind. They also do cute designs on your nails if you like.

First time I went here for a full set and pedi was fine. Was surprised I was able to get in quickly for an appointment. Second visit, I decided to go with DIP on recommendation from a friend who raved about how long it lasted. Got DIP done Friday, by Monday, I already had a chip. Tuesday, another chip. Wednesday, chips kept coming. It’s now one week later, and two of my nails have broken because the DIP has chipped off so badly. I’m not overly rough with my hands and didn’t do any hard labor that would warrant such chipping. Per the friend, and several reviews, DIP should be lasting upwards of 3 weeks without chipping, so I can only assume it was the application. I did note how rushed it felt when I was getting to done, so I don’t doubt it. Sadly, will not be returning to this nail salon, and I am left with nails that do not look like I got them done a week ago.

Ive been here several times and they always have customers around. You can call for an appointment, but they also take walk ins. They have a variety of services including manicure/pedicure, gel and no chip polish. Ive had manicures from all the staff members and they all do a good job.

Very though and efficient pedis. I love the fact that it doesnt take forever. I love this place!

I wentin for a pedicure at Lexi Nails and was very pleased with the staff, color selection, and pricing. They are also open on Sunday which is sometimes hard to find. I definitely recommend trying this place out!

They are the most rude business I have ever encountered! The employee ran to the door to lock it! Online it said they were open for another hour! At least let me know your closed. Don’t just run to lock the door!

Very rude customer service every time. The person on the phone is always rude even when I am trying to make any kind of appointment. Their pedicures were painful and she even cut me a little on my manicure. I really dont understand why they cant be a little nicer to paying customers. I highly dont recommend going here. Ive been here 3 times and shame on me because every time was a nightmare.
