Was an ok salon. However I came today and was told salon was to full. It was only two people waiting I was asked by the guy who works here, if I could take a 5pm appointment. I said yea but then they got a call while I was standing there and booked the lady over the phone and told me I wouldn’t be able to have that time. Very disgusted. Will look for another salon.

I was in the Schaumburg area looking to get a pedicure. When I came in the establishment I could tell that the lady who essentially did my pedicure was on a break but she proceeded to service me, which I appreciated because I was in a hurry. I got a very reasonably priced rose gold chrome no chip pedicure. I live in Chicago South Suburbs and pedicures of this caliber cost way more. She was quick and precise. Also, the massage chair felt very good. When I’m in the area again I will come back here.

Had been here once before and had an ok experience. I returned for a Mani Pedi. The lady who did my feet was ok but the guy who did my manicure was terrible. This wasnt even a manicure but just a terrible dipping session. When i complained, the nasty bulldog of a woman Yunan kept barking in her language. Not worth it. If you want good service in a nice friendly shop, go to French Silk across the street. Nice, friendly beautiful results.

This place doesn’t respect customer and especially appointments. Don’t bother making appointments with Betty, she’s the worst. Very Unprofessional! she literally made me wait and took 3 people that had a later appointment then me. I don’t recommend this place at all, unless you like waiting and being disrespected..

Ive always had a problem with my gel nails chipping and ripping off really quick from my old place. I would need to get it done almost every week. They told me it was cause my nails are too curved. I got gel nails for the 3rd time from DIF Nails and Ive never had that problem. My gel manicures stay on for 1 month+ without chipping at all. They really use high quality gel. Everyone here is so nice too!

I have been coming here for about a year now and I usually am satisfied with the end result. I recently came in to get my nails done and asked for a design. Tech said she could do it and so I paid before getting the service done. I trusted what she was doing and so didn’t even realize how terrible the design turned out til after I left. Looks nothing like I requested and I’m honesty disappointed, if you can’t do a design, just be honest instead of wasting my time and money.

I have been going to the same nail tech since I was 15. He recently moved to California and I have been on a hunt to find someone who is just as good! I found my new place!!! This place is super cute! It looks like it was recently renovated. The staff was super accommodating, kind, and fast! It’s worth trying!

Staff is terrific! Ella & Ken are wonderful! Always welcoming and friendly. I have been going regularly since April 2018 with my horrific stubby nails, and now my real nails are strong and beautiful. I waited a month between gel powder fill in and they still looked gorgeous!

IMPRESSED BUT THEN DISSAPOINTEDFirst, when I walked in I was very impressed by the overall salons look. Nail techs were very nice and seemed professional. The colors were amazing and I was very satisfied with my non chip nails when I walked out. Unfortunately, the great effect did not last long because just at the morning of the next day one of my nails came off. Days after it was even worse. Finally, when 3 days passed I ended up with no non chip on my nails. I was very impressed at the beginning but final effect was far from what I expected

The best pedicure ive ever had. They really massage you and take great care of your feet. Im not even done with the full experience. I am about to get my acrylics done. But the water was warm everything was so good.

UNSANITARY, RUSHED, SLOPPYIve been looking for a good nail place so I’ve been bouncing between different places to see which I like the best in the area. Decided to stop in here because they said they had walk-ins. Not a bad looking place when you first get in, and it seemed clean so I decided to ask for a pedicure. A tech was finishing up with a woman at the first chair, with about 5 more chairs open next to her. Instead of letting me soak in one of the open ones, I was told to wait. Seemed strange but I didn’t say anything. I watched the tech finish the woman’s toes and drain the basin. He immediately filled it with water again without cleaning the basin in between. I made a comment but they seemed annoyed by having to clean it before refilling. GROSS. Since they (reluctantly) cleaned, I went through with the pedi. Worst decision. While my feet felt great, my cuticles were flooded with polish. Sloppy job. I felt it was very rushed and she barely left time for the polish to dry in between coats. Which left me with goopy polish that had not dried HOURS after I left. I came back the next day to get it fixed since I was desperate and had an event that I needed to go to and I wasn’t about to pay someone else to fix their mistake. Second time was better but still rushed.Long story short, I will NEVER be coming back.

The best place! Not fancy but clean. They are doing awesome job. I start doing acrylic nails and they look super natural. Its my favorite nail salon in the area.

Service is good. I just dont like to feel like youre rushing on me. I want it done right if Im paying. My eyebrows arent even. My polish on my toes dont even match my fingers. Im frustrated and unhappy. Im done giving them a chance.

Ugh the end... Sophia did an amazing job on my nails. I made an appointment came in and they were ready for me. Very friendlySophia is gone!I tried for months to love this place but every time it was something else that was worth complaining about. They are stingy with clear coats on natural nails if you ask (to help strengthen from breakage). OK I tried an overlay which was new to me. My nails were super thick like plaster was on my nails when I asked to have it thinned downed because she had painted them she charged me for polish change on the same visit(same day)OK different visit young man did my nails I stated from beginning make overlay thin. When he finished I pointed out how uneven and, lumpy and thick they were he said you are right Ill change for you next week and make more smooth. Went today a week later like he asked. I got toe polish change by lady (while he finished another customer) not only can I still see the previous color but its blotchy with bubbles.. Now to my fingernails he filed so much acrylic off my nails he said is like snow I told him dont polish them or buff them after drilling all the stuff off my my nails no clear or anything... He charged me $20. Goodbye Ill never go back.

Just finished my second visit. Polish change, hand and toes. Have seen Yoki the first time and Mariam today. Treated very well. They do a great job and go the extra mile.

Went for a manicure and the lady was harsh when taking off cuticles. Felt like not much care went into her work. It is nice that they open late only reason I stopped by, ill stick to my regular salon instead .

Im sad that I moved far from this place, cant find anywhere that comes close. While I was getting my car serviced in the area I stopped by.....Did my nails and 3 weeks later its going strong.

This place gets crowded, so be prepared. They did a fabulous job with my wifes feet. Ooooh. I like. We like the service here and the prices and come back regularly.

I used to frequent this location often, however as a place that claims to welcome walk-ins and appointments they often fail to accommodate walk-ins. Ive seen them turn away customers several times. After myself being turned away for a 3rd time I decided not to return. Either they need a better booking system or better manager.

I went for a no chip mani and it turned out amazing, I love this place!

I had a great experince! I went on a Sunday and they got me in at 4:50pm when they close at 5:00pm!! Very quick, efficient and did a wonderful job!!

Wasnt impressed on my visit. The guy working on me, burnt me when using the drill, cut nails way to short, spoke very quiet, place was 80 degrees, and we had to say we were dying and they finally put it on, asked for a design that turned out terrible, and then missed a lot of clear. I was just so frustrated

The tech had scabs all over his fingers qnd kept switching between me and another client. Three broke massage chairs. The tech skipped the massage... 30 seconds per hand, really? Water for foot bath was cold within 5 minutes as it started barely warm. My nails were cut without asking the length I want. They were so short they hurt me. So paying for a manicure and pedicure when it should have just been a polish change as everything was skipped and is totally unsanitary... How does that make sense?

I have been coming here for years. I was sadden with my visit today because the owner decided to charge me $5 to get my no chip nail polish off. I have never been charged a fee to remove at Dif or anywhere else. What a disappointment. I don’t think I’ll be coming back!!!

Worst dip powder experience I have encountered. The nails were left with ridges, fingertips had dried polish left on them.

1st time there few weeks ago and the guy who did my nails was sick, he did not cut the cuticle the way supposed and I hope next time I go, have different opinion.

Horrible wait for a walk-in but good customer service. Great polish collection but interior could use a deep clean.
