Limo driver did not show up. Called driver and found out he was 20 miles away at the wrong address. Called service and was told to take an Uber! It was 4 a.m. on a Sunday and no Ubers were available. Had to drive my family to the airport myself at the last minute so we would not miss our flight. Service told me it was a mistake and only human. That does not convey an attitude of trust from a limo service that their one and only job is to get you to your destination ON TIME!DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. And, by the way, this is not the same OHare Midway limo that has been in service for years and has a good reputation. Make sure you are choosing the rite OHare Midway limo service!

Nice smooth ride to the airport

This company hands down I believe is a true professional limo company! So far Ive taken 4 rides and the drivers are very professional,well dressed, always on time and very courteous as well. This will for sure be my go to limo/ride company. Thanks guys for your continued dedication!!!!

I recently ordered a Sedan Town car for my parents trip to Chicago Airport and was surprised to see a Luxury SUV outside. Driver was on time. Will use again for my business trip :-)
