House cleaning before moving in to our new home. Scheduled deep cleaning service completed promptly and efficiently on the scheduled date of service. Cleaners led by a lady named Lilly and her other lady assistants were very polite and courteous. They were all thorough with their cleaning tasks, very detailed indeed! My specific instructions were carried out perfectly, paying extra attention to kitchen and all bathrooms, cleaning all inside and outside of all appliances (they all looked almost brand new), kitchen/bathroom cabinets, wardrobes, windows, doors and floors were super clean, what Im trying to say is, nothing was missed. Finally, location manager named Sarah was very professional and accommodating during initial phone conversation prior to the day of cleaning. You want your house or office cleaned at the highest level of cleanliness, these are the folks you need for the job! Very highly recommended. Thank you Ladies!!!

The Maids were scheduled to do a move-in clean before I moved my furniture into my new house. The lady on the phone was very nice and explained the very detailed and thorough cleaning my home would get.My house was filthy after they cleaned. It smelled nice and the carpet was vacuumed. But I noticed the filth in the bathrooms, kitchen, and the carpet while I was moving in.I called to have them come back and the lady on the phone was apologetic and nice. The next time they came out to clean, they were 2 hrs late and only came after I called the main officeAfter back and forth calls, they didnt call back. They tried to charge my credit card months later.

They are not what they claim, nice before the service and really not nice after!Cut cornersAnd so not professional at their cleaning,Do not send people to fix what they missed if you dont hire them againDont compensate in money either if you dont hire them again.You have to request a-lot of things while they are giving you service!!Believe me they are garbage and really not worth 250 worth of cleaning!! I WILL NEVER HIRE THEM AGAIN

We recently invited The Maids to come to our home for a cleaning and I was blown away with their attention to detail and level of service - they cleaned everything. I am VERY particular and can see a piece a dust or a little drop of dry milk on the hardwood floors a mile away, and have not been 100% satisfied with any cleaning service I’ve hired to help in the past. I decided to give The Maids a shot and I am so happy that I did- their cleaning was incredible. Hands down my favorite aspect of the clean was the vacuum they used - it pulled all the dust out of my house - we have dark wood in our bedroom and I still barely see any dust two weeks later. Not to mention they also clean the kitchen and all bathroom floors by hand, no mop or swifter— that’s huge!!! And all of our couches had been vacuumed thoroughly as could be seen by the meticulous lines left in the fabric, I didn’t want to let anyone sit on the couches for days they looked so good!Everyone was really friendly and hard working, our home was left sparkling, which is very nice for a working Mom and Dad with several kids. I highly recommend trying them out, you will not be disappointed!!!
