I do not recommend this place at ALL they ruined my jacket, when I took it to them my jacket was perfectly fine but when I got it back It looked and felt like it was not. when I took it my jacket was heavy and furry but when I got it back it was light and unrecognizable. He said he would pay for it but when I went back he said he would not pay for a single thing I really don’t recommend this place it has horrible service and they where extremely rude to me if I knew that they were to do that to my jacket I would have never come here instead of coming here I recommend you to go to some where better HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND HORRIBLE WORKERS.

The whole staff is so friendly and their work is excellent! I had my wedding dress tailored here and they did a perfect job. They made sure that the dress was just how I liked it. It was even finished a week earlier than expected! They have great customer service, are professional, and do an amazing job! I will come back for future dry cleaning or tailoring.

Its been a while since i had my suits and trench coat get dry cleaned. Always procrastinating getting them cleaned after winter. I even ruined one of my fave jackets when I washed and dried it myself. Bae Cleaners was the best choice! My coats look like new and smell fresh again! I highly recommend this place to anyone who would want to get their well loved coats get pristined again.

Bae Cleaners was a great experience!! It was very quick and they did a great job. I even got my wedding dress cleaned and it looked amazing and they took great care of it!!

I had to get a suit last minute, and needed the sleeves on the jacket taken in, 28 hours before the event. I contacted Bae, and they said they could do it. I dropped it off in the afternoon, they measured, which took about 30 seconds. I picked it up the next day, and it was ready before the agreed upon time. The jacket was perfect, even the buttons on the sleeves were moved appropriately. These guys are amazing. I am recommending them to everyone. AND they are very courteous and friendly. I wish I could give them more stars.

This place is the best! Went in for the first time yesterday to get two suits tailored. I pressed them on a 3 day turnaround time and I was surprised to get a text this morning to say the work was already done. Ive never had suit tailoring done so quickly and the quality and execution was flawless when I came in to try on the garments. I highly recommend Bae Cleaners and will be taking all my tailoring here in the future!

Im so happy I found Bae Cleaners!! I wasnt happy with my local cleaners... They overcharged a lot on my items and the price seemed to fluctuate based on their moods that day. Many times, I would go in and they seemed really annoyed with me and ask my why I bought something if it was too big... So I decided to make the 30 minute drive to Baes instead and I really love the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Theyre so kind and made it a very easy process. The prices are fair and consistent as well :)

I knew it would be a long shot, thought Id try anyway. I needed a pair of dress slacks hemmed for a wedding the same afternoon, not a big deal if they couldnt do it since it was so last minute. Without hesitation, they offered to do it ASAP! Had it done within the hour, and they even pressed it for me for no charge. Amazing customer service without cutting any corners, pants turned out perfect!

I dropped off a gorgeous prom dress for my daughter, They had to take it in! Hem it up! Fix a few beads that were missing.She gave me a two-week window she had it done and less than 4 days!!!! Absolutely phenomenal fast worker. I would highly recommend her to every and anybody out there.

They are so friendly and professional. I took my wedding dress to get altered. I was a little hesitant in taking my gown to a dry cleaner for alterations but it looks and fits great and they were much more affordable than bridal shop. Im very pleased

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ALTERATIONS. I went here instead of to my normal person because I needed a last minute alteration done (yes I understand that it was last minute, but that doesnt excuse the absolutely horrible job this place did). I just needed a simple hem done to a dress. The dress has side slits so the front side of the dress and the back side of the dress is two different parts.She had me put on the dress and pinned it. AND I GOT IT BACK SO RIDICULOUSLY UNEVEN THAT ITS RUINED. The sides of the dress is a FULL 2 INCHES SHORTER than the rest of the dress and the sewing was done unevenly. I dont even understand how you can mess up that badly. I just have to take a quick look at the dress to know that something is wrong. How do you not even look at the lines before you cut it and not realize that its uneven. It seems like common sense that the dress should be the same length off the floor all the way around. But this lady somehow managed to make the sides a full 2 inches shorter than the rest of the dress. I cant even salvage it as a maxi dress because there ISNT FABRIC WHERE THERE SHOULD BE. The end result is a choppy disaster of a beautiful (AND EXPENSIVE) dress.Overpriced hack job. Take your business elsewhere. I will never be back.

The tailor fixed 2 zippers in winter coats with perfect quality! You cant even tell that the zippers were replaced! Very friendly and efficient service! Its the only place we use now for all our tailoring needs!

I been going to this location since 1999. I was really really happy with the old owner, I am actually a million times Happier with the new owners. They are extremely nice and friendly. Their prices are great. They updated their equipment. I will always go to them

This place is quick but thats about It. first time there my husband took pants to get hemmed up they came back still a inch a half too long. took a dress of mine there to get straps altered they did one and not the other. Then we picked up our dry cleaning and they lost my husbands 150 pants. When they did find them they were destroyed with news stains all over them. this happened back in June 2108 and I did write a review and they removed it ... funny .... the orders are under my husbands first and last name

I cannot explain how thankful I am for this lady. I have my brothers wedding tomorrow and my dress was way toooo long. She told me to come in no problem. I came in and she is making everything happen in less than 24 hrs. I cannot raises her work ethic enough.

My husband and I tried this cleaners for a little over a month and was were dissatisfied to say the least. The first few times I dropped my husband’s shirts off I called to see if the shirts could be done the same day. I was told yes but when I got there I was told no. I finally asked what time I needed to drop his clothes off to have it done the same day and was 9am. I did that and was still told same day service couldn’t be done.A few weeks later I dropped off one shirt that needed to be cleaned and pressed. I specifically told the man the shirt needed have the sleeves creased. He asked when I needed it by I told him the next day. First he said no but I explained that my husband needed it for the police academy so he said “not a problem come after 5pm tomorrow”. I was unable to get the shirt the next day so my husband went to pick it up at 6:50pm. Upon arrival my husband found that not only was the shirt still dirty it had not been pressed at all. Since they were closing at 7pm he was told that no one could clean it that day. My husband explained the importance of having the shirt done that night as they promised me. After explaining all this the employee that had supposedly gone home came to the front to clean and press the shirt.I get that there are a lot of clothes that need to be cleaned daily but they shouldn’t promise something then renege on your word just to get someone to use your services.

Drove by this locations a bunch of times but never had the chance the stop in until this past weekend. I was gifted a very coat for my birthday and didn’t know where to get it cleaned so one of my coworkers suggested Bae Cleaners. So glad I stopped by. They were quick and polite and finished the dry cleaning. My coat looks as good as new! Will definitely come back soon to dry clean my suits!

I went to BAE and had a dress turned into a skirt. I knew it would be a lot of work, but it was done beautifully. It was also done really fast; the turn over was just a week. I adore it and absolutely will be bringing more alterations there is the future!

I usually don’t write reviews but I was so impressed I wanted to share my experience. The lady at the front named Anny was so sweet and had a hands of a magician. I came in with a couple pair of almost destroyed suits and few of my favorite. She looked at it and said can I try. I was kind of skeptical due to the extreme of the damage the suit had but i gave it a shot. I came back a few days later and I almost cried. Those were my favorite it was like new!!! I couldn’t believe my eyes, a brand new pair of suits were sitting there waiting for me. I have to say she has the hand of a magician. The service and the timely manner it was all plus plus. I dropped off two pea coats recently because they were absolutely covered in dog hair. Michael was so nice and polite. He informed me that it would take three days or so but called me the next day to inform me that my coats were complete. I was beyond excited. The coats are so clean and fresh, youd never know that two dogs rolled around all over them. Will definitely come back for more dry cleaning. Also, I cannot wait to try their tailor/alterations services. As I have recently lost some weight and do not want to buy a new wardrobe just yet.

I asked them to sew 2 patches onto my sons martial arts uniform. First off, I paid $18 for this. When I went to pick it up the back patch was crooked. I went back after they fixed it and it was still slightly off, had glue and threads all over... very disappointed with this place. Never going back, would NOT recommend.

Best dry cleaner in the area. I recently moved around in December and went to few cleaners to try out until I stopped at BAE Cleaners. I have used them since they switched to new management. The workers are nice and most importantly I am very satisfied with their services. I usually have my shirts dry cleaned every week and they press my clothes perfectly. The prices are also reasonable. The manager is also friendly and seems to really care about his customers. Definitely a place where I can comfortable rely on.

Its a great place dont get me wrong Ive had some of my clothes cleaned and altered here. Recently I bought a costume for halloween and I needed a zipper altered in the back to go down further. When I got it back it turns out they added a new zipper on the rib area. When I told the lady about it she denied that they added any zippers. So I payed another 5 dollars to have it done how I originally wanted it.

I went to Bae Cleaners and Tailors for the first time last week. I needed to get a bridesmaids dress altered for my brothers wedding, which is in 2 weeks. I knew that I would be cutting it close to the wedding. Bae immediately took me in for an alterations appointment. I believe the owner was the woman who helped measure out my dress adjustments. She was very quick, sweet, and professional. The prices seemed very comparable to other places I had been to in the past. The owner asked me when I needed my dress by and I asked if it could be done in a week. Bae Cleaners texted me when my dress was ready to be picked up. I got it yesterday and absolutely LOVE it! When I tried it on, it fit perfectly! The owner made sure that I was happy with the alterations made. Researched dry cleaners in the Schaumburg area (as I’m from Naperville and was hard-pressed to find a new dry cleaner after having one I relied on for years and excellent service.) and came upon Bae Cleaners —- Bae Cleaners stood out primarily because of the countless positive reviews I read. I’m VERY particular about who launders my clothing, comforters, etc. and their wide variety of other dry cleaning services offered, hours, location and very reasonable pricing appealed to me even more. Michael was very professional, courteous and truly reflected all of these qualities upon meeting him and it was clearly demonstrated via his efforts to ensure I was pleased with the service received. And I was! Definitely returning to Bae Cleaners for future dry cleaning services and referring family and friends in the vicinity. I should add that I initially inquired about the use of “non-toxic” dry cleaning methods and was informed that this is something they’re working towards — hopefully sooner than later. Highly recommend Bae Cleaners. You won’t be disappointed.

Incredulous and disappointing—It was my first time using Bae Cleaners. It took over a month of going back and forth with a jacket I sent because they MELTED it. Its a black outer coat with a pristine, white inner fabric. The coat had plastic embellishments both on the sleeve of the jacket and the zipper. When my father picked it up the zippers were melted, crusty and the inside of my jacket was grey as if bits of tar were smeared on it. My father went and spoke with both the owner and who appeared to be her son. They said theyd fix it. Not entirely sure how you fix anything thats melted and has stained white fabric to no return. Each time (a grand total of 3 different times) my father went, he mentioned to me that the condition wasnt great. He initially told the cleaners that I had the receipt and that after the 3rd attempt if it wasnt resolved that hed bring the receipt for the coat.Unfortunately, I didnt keep my email receipt (I bought this coat a year ago and wore it ONCE). I found the exact same coat with its pricing and printed out the page. Because I couldnt find the receipt, I asked for a price that was 25% below its retail price. The lady mentioned that it was too expensive and said 50%. Literally infuriating. What was worse was that she gave me my jacket back saying, Here, Ill even give you your jacket back... as if thats supposed to be remotely conciliatory. What was incredibly rude was the son kept insinuating as if the damaged condition of the jacket happened PRIOR to being taken to the cleaners. Both to myself, and my father. The nerve to ask my father, are you sure you didnt purchase the jacket in this condition? I quickly took the coat, said everything was fine, and took their offer of the 50% of the jackets price by check knowing that my family and I had wasted so much time. Unless the cleaners upheld a break it, buy it mentality by purchasing me the jacket they destroyed, it wasnt worth it.While I could tell the jacket had substitute zipper embellishments and some of the melted plastic bits were taken off the white inner fabric, the jacket is melted, lots of the coloring of the jacket and its ornamental pieces are discolored and the inner fabric has a dirty looking grey shade. Doesnt look cleaned at all. Yes, the jacket is wearable, but a cleaners job isnt supposed to be so that clothing is damaged, yet still be intact enough to be worn.TL;DRBe cautious with the cleaners and keep your receipts handy for each of the items you entrust them with.

They cater to their community, the immigrate community & the white community. They are so disrespectful. They will smile in your face, to take your American dollars, with no intention of providing quality service to US. Now, after being a consistent PAYING customer over the last year, so consistent that they felt like it was ok to call me by my first name, I NOTICED HOW ALL MY NEW CLOTHES WERE FRIED OR SHRUNK FROM TOO MUCH HEAT OR TOO MUCH CHEMICAL. The mamas boy, at the counter, & his family are very disrespectful in regards to these issues. And to add further insult to injury, they had the ordasity, to disrespect me even further, by being argumentative, claiming it was a food stain, (when it was clear where the chemical stain/ excessive heat burn came from) also claiming it was faded. THIS SHIRT, ALONG WITH MY OTHER CLOTHES THAT WERE DAMAGED WERE BRAND NEW. When I asked him for a courtesy reclean, he refused, implying like I was trying to get some free service. Your ignorance, lack of education & intentional disrespect, caused you to lose a customer, & it reflects in your posting. Only 1 person in there speaks English. When I complained about my clothes in the past they all respond huh??? or oh??? to everything. Amazing how all of a sudden they write a post in perfect English. NOT RECOMMEND FOR AFRICAN AMERICANS, AT ALL ZERO RATING.

This is one of several instances where I have come to Bae cleaners needing alterations in a snap. Everytime, Mama Bae has been able to deliver quality on time. I have been using this cleaners since they were in Palatine, and its worth the drive to Schaumburg still.
