I received my vent cleaning service on Aug 4th 2020 after experiencing difficulty breathing and coughing after recent renovations. The cleaning specialist, Sergio or Giorgio (I cant remember his name exactly) was very knowledgeable and professional. However, the service received wasnt exactly as expected. Firstly, the cleaner didnt arrive in a company van as depicted in the photos. It appeared to be an unmarked older mini van. This was no big deal. Just not as expected. Secondly, I may have misunderstood, but I was under the impression that the main vent didnt need to be incised or cut open to clean it but this was done. Again, no big deal. Thirdly, the company mentions several times that the service is mess free, which was not the case. I recently purchased the property after recent renovation so there was a significant amount of dust and debris from the vents and from the machine itself. I was told that the amount overloaded the hepa filter. I felt that the filter should have been changed between both floors. This was a big deal for me. Some of the mess was cleaned up, but there was still cleaning for me to do after the job. Lastly, the service is supposed to include video to view into the vents for a before and after. I specifically requested that I be shown to the cleaning specialist. I was told that he forgot to show me. Im assuming that he didnt want to or was equipped to do so, which I wasnt happy about because this was a service I was expecting. I wanted the service so I could better understand why I was coughing and having headaches. Sergio did, however, show me certain items/pieces of metal pulled from the vents. My coughing did improve. Though headaches persisted for weeks after. But, are better now after continual cleaning and use of the AC. Ive attached photos to show the mess and the items pulled from the vent. I wanted to give this review because I was not totally satisfied with my service and to give potential customers a more accurate depiction of what they may encounter when requesting your service.

Dont Get Ripped Off like me. False advertising; If you thinking may cost you $200.At the end will add up to more than $400.You will get bill twice the amount and they dont clear what they bill you. They count every vent in your house and put it on your bill. But do not clear every one. Just clear only few of them. Brush through and didnt work like they advertising .After the job all done and you find yourself dumbfounded. The job they performer it was a joke. Any handy man or clearing lady can do better than that.To save yourself headache is better you didnt let them into your door. They will quoted you one price and charge other.I dont recommended the service they provided. Fast food service. They cut opening in your vents and do not seal it well. After the guy left the tape came off the holes right away. We have to reseal them ourselves. Bad services. What a waste of money and energy

The service is horrible. People stay away. I had a painter 3 days ago repainted the house, after this service I need to call painter again to repair my damaged corners and dirty walls. I have a lot to say, but better look at the pictures. That what they left after themselves.

I used Green Clean Carpet to clean our ducts and carpet before moving in into our home.The Air Duct cleaning service was done really good, the technician was very informative and worked really hard through the 2.5 hour process.The only negative was the price, I paid $651.68 for the service, I do think it was expensive, although I am satisfied with the job done.As for the carpet cleaning, they did an OK job. We paid for the carpets to be deep cleaned and disinfected. The carpet although clean, it really did not looked professionally cleaned as compared with previous companies.Additionally the price was really high for the service. The house is 2,500 sf and they charged $650 for the service!Overall, they did the job, they are better at cleaning the ducts than on the carpet cleaning and probably more expensive than most.

Will definitely use again. We just moved into a new home and the upstairs carpets in 4 rooms were disgusting. Matt was great to work with. He was very informative and professional. We had our carpets and 2 couches done. Job was better than I could have expected. I cannot believe this is the same carpet I had before. Excellent job!

The service level I received today was beyond terrible. My landlord hired Green Clean service to clean my carpet. Before he started, I repeatedly stated I can move anything you need me to move and his responded okay. I have never seen anyone clean 2 2 1/2 rooms and 15 stairs in 20 minutes. I noticed him packing up his equipment and I quickly asked what about the area near the bed do you need me to move it and he quickly answered “I placed the hose underneath the bed. Which he clearly lied about because I would’ve had to move a few things. The fact 90% of the bedroom was still dry, the corners of the other rooms were dry, the stairs looked the same, he never moved or asked me to move the chairs or TV stand. He then stated, “Let me call the office,” however, he literally jump in his truck and left. After calling the office to report him and was told he will return soon. Not to mention, my landlord is witnessing all of this; he had the nerve to return with the worse unprofessional attitude as if he’s doing me a favor. He when on complaining about what was done before and he had the nerves the tell my landlord “white people have it hard now days,” as of race had anything to with this situation it was clearly bad work ethics. In the end, the carpet still looks terrible and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. The tech was disrespectful, unprofessional, rude, and unapologetic who might need to find a new line of work.

I had my synthetic leather sofa cleaned. Jonathan was my technician and he was efficient in getting the job done. I appreciate that he wore shoes coverings, mask, and gloves. He didn’t leave any mess behind either.However, the quote I received in person was higher than the one I was told over the phone. There is an additional travel fee aside from the usual taxes. The service also didn’t include conditioning because it would’ve raised the cost from $145 to $200+. I wish there was more transparency beforehand.

Brian M. was very polite and friendly. He worked in an efficient manner which Im sure contributes to his speed in finishing. Paying was simple and quick. Even though I had to opt for scent-free products, my carpet smells so much fresher than it did just an hour before he cleaned it. When its time to clean my carpet again, I hope it can be him.

We had tenants with 2 large dogs and 2 kids they literally didn’t clean once in 10 years. The amount of dog urine and dog hair was unreal. I could have made sweaters for the homeless with the amount of hair they took out of the vents. Sergio was great! He explained the process and did an amazing job with the. Carpets and vents. I would highly recommend this company.

I was in need for a real deep cleaning. The previous owner of the home I recently purchased did not do routine maintenance. I got on the internet found this business and scheduled an appointment. My technician was Dave and he was professional and on time. He was respectful, knowledgeable and did an excellent job of getting my vents as clean as they could possibly be. I would recommend this business to anyone in need of any service they offer.

This is my 2nd time using them. I referred them to 2 of my neighbors/friends who also used them. And unannounced to me I received a discount for referring other customers. Their service is fast, clean, and courteous. Our Rep, Sergio was very mindful of cleaning up after himself, very respectful and courteous. He answered all my questions and explained to me step by step the process. And it didnt even take him a full 2 hours. He was done in 1 hour 30min. ***Be Aware***They came out after Looking at an impressive website, chatting online and then calling making an appointment. After being quoted for 2 trunks and 8 vents after Arrival made up another Trunk which is called an Air Handler and added Travel fee that was not even quoted in the beginning or made Aware of (you have to pay for them to come drive to your house to do the work? Really). Requested the video service with before and after the cleaning of the vents and that didnt Happen Either.Called spoke to the supervisor Victoria and said the only thing they can refund would be the Travel fee because she said they tell you 2 to 4 trunks. Advised them this was not what was discussed or Acceptable and the made up Trunk fee should be refunded said NO its another Trunk. I hired them just wished they wouldve been Honest upfront. Sent this review just so Everyone is Aware what youll be paying....Also They received there money right away but I have to wait around 4 weeks for a refund check for the $10.00 travel fee. By the way which still havent Received!*** Be aware if you hire them youll be paying for an Extra Trunk and Travel Fee no matter what you have. Instead of being upfront about it they want to SNEAK IT IN! ***

When i called for the appointment i was provide the cost structure that would be used to build the billing. When Kevin an the numbers, the cost went from the expected $300 to $500 range to over $1,200. The fees for pretreating, sanitizing, and other extras took the cost out the windowWe reviewed the options and in the end had an affordable cost for a very professional job.

Dave was professional, courteous and helpful. He was able to show me some details I was not sure of on my furnace. Helped answer questions I had and was able to ensure my system is running efficiently. Cleaned all the ducts and vents, sanitize them and ensured that I had a positive experience with the company. We had our vents/ducts and couch cleaned and might I say before they even finished our condo smelled exponentially better! Ive noticed a lot of buildup in and around our vents, and since weve been at home a lot more with covid I wanted to make sure we were getting clean, fresh air. Great service. Called ahead to let us know they were on the way. Did a good job of describing the steps of the service and breaking down of cost. Very transparent. Couches came out looking and smelling great. Will use their services again for future cleanings.

Green Clean Carpet is a miracle worker. Sergio was able to get my carpets in over 800 ft of area to look like new. Some of it took magic as Sergio brushed deep into the carpet. Other parts I thought would take a miracle. He was able to deliver and was courteous the whole time. It was much more than I was prepared to pay but I definitely got more than what I paid for.

The advertised price for cleaning is $9.95 per room for steam cleaning with an added cost of 25 cents per square foot for preconditioning on stained areas. They even stated in an email to me that the preconditioning was not charged for the entire carpet and was optional. When the guy came out, he said it was mandatory and wall to wall! I needed it done that day, so I forked over the $135 for (2) rooms of carpeting to be cleaned! To top it off, the difference was negligible and took (2) days to dry completely! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!

I took in a stray cat and she unfortunately took a liking to my 2 velvet loveseats. I have a spot cleaner but it wasn’t doing the trick. Since I’m hosting Christmas, I didn’t want family to be sitting on a soiled couch. The smell was haunting to me. I found Green Clean online when searching for upholstery cleaners. Not only are they fairly priced, they did an AMAZING job. (I really shouldve had my sectional done as well) Sam C. was my service tech and did an incredible job. He was friendly, quick, told me how to maintain the couches. He even spoiled my dog with attention! Thank you Green Clean and Sam C! I will be using you guys again!!

Jonathan came out to clean our carpet in our home. He was very professional and gave great advice on how to keep carpet clean. Jonathan also was great as keeping us updated on what type of cleaning was needed and walked us through every process. It was a great service and we will use again.

I have never left a review before, but feel compelled to tell you about my experience. We had a tech come out who, as others have said, gave an exponentially different quote than what I had received on the phone. The reason we needed this service was because our son has a severe cat allergy and we had rehomed our 2 cats and wanted to make sure the house was as clean as could be. When the technician was done we came home to an absolute disaster. There was water pooled on the floor in various different areas, the carpet was sopping wet, cat hair still remained in large quantities, debris from the carpet was still tucked in the corners as if it hadnt even been touched, a few vents were not even cleaned, and the paint and drywall had been scraped and chipped on numerous corners of our upstairs presumably from the hose. I was horrified. I was made aware that the service does not guarantee removal of pet hair, but with that said, the website states a light vacuuming can be done beforehand but is not necessary. And the tech knew about the cats and said we should definitely do the sanitizing treatment. Why sanitize if the cat hair will be left behind anyway? We had another tech come back to redo the work, Sergio, and he was a very nice man. He did a much better job. Victoria, who works in the office, was very accommodating and understanding. She agreed to refund some of our money which I was happy about. However, with the amount of trouble we went through, taking time off work, and delaying moving in new furniture, we lost out on MUCH more money than was refunded. I will probably have to have them out again as the vents are still not very clean in some rooms.

Green Clean was fantastic!! My husband and I were transitioning homes with a few weeks in between. Victoria was highly responsive and helpful during the planning process where we had the company pick up our rugs from our former home, clean them, and then return them to our new home. All went smoothly and the rugs look great! We will definitely use them again in the future and perhaps on some air duct cleaning here soon too!Dont want to forget John who was the pickup/dropoff guy and was so kind and nice!! All around, they were great to work with from scheduling all the way through delivery.

After searching around for different companies to use the weekend we moved into our brand new house, we found this company. I read reviews and did research and it seemed great. I was quoted on the house on the phone and it seemed reasonable. The tech came out and quoted us $500... I ended up having him take off the basement because that was outrageous. It was still around $450... the carpet had a terrible pet odor smell and my boyfriend is allergic to it, which the tech promised it would get rid of the smell. The tech was actually very kind and great but the carpet looks terrible, the pet smell is still there and I absolutely hate it. I wish I would of went with someone else, the price was absolutely outrageous for the lack of quality. Now we need to push back moving and find someone else. I don’t even want them to come back with their one year guarantee, I just want my money back.

We had our ducts, vents and carpets cleaned by Green Clean. I was so satisfied with the results. We have an older dog and they were able to identify and target areas where she had left a mess in the house and afterwards the carpets smelled amazing. We have two children under 3 and they create a fair mess themselves that we were looking to remove, tracking in dirt or dropping snacks and drinks. I also felt confident knowing that the cleaning solutions used by Green Clean were nontoxic for both my pet and children. I will use this company again in the future.

Very pleased with the carpet cleaning service. After potty training our toddler the carpet was in need of cleaning and deodoranizing. The house smells fresh and the carpet looks good.The technician (Matthew) was very professional and on time. He was very thorough and explained everything before doing any work.

I felt there were some hidden costs that should have been addressed prior to the tech coming out to the house, service options as it were, to understand cost and benefit. I requested a loose vent be avoided, it was not and when the tech left, every item in my closet was covered in dust and needed additional cleaning.Overall, I am satisfied with the result, the cleaning agents in the vents did leave an odd scent for a short while but there is no longer a funky smell coming out of the vents when the HVAC kicks on.All in all the service was ~$500 for ten intake / returns.

Great service, quality and value. I have a golden doodle puppy who’s alllllllmost fully housebroken so we wanted to get eliminate the stains and urine odor. So far so good on day one! I’m hoping once the carpet is fully dry, the slight pet odor will be gone completely. Jerry was super helpful and professional and knowledgeable. Plan on having them come out again in the future for sure.

Excellent service from scheduling over the phone to the technician at my house today. I appreciate the confirmation process, text reminders and arrival update from the nice lady in their office this morning. Adrian was professional, efficient and knowledgable. He provided some useful tips and info regarding my misuse of store bought carpet cleaners and sprays to eliminate pet stains, which I also appreciate. I found their pricing to be reasonable compared to other cleaners I have used. As for the carpet, it now appears clean and refreshed. I will recommend Green Clean.

This company cleaned and ruined my $3,000 carpet. This was a Norison carpet. It has a burlap type material that was glued to the back. When they returned my rug, the backing of the rug was no longer attached and my rug has wrinkles through out. Now I will have to have it repaired. Also, there were still odors in the carpet. What a disappointment. Also, they called before the delivery asking what my carpets looked like. It was apparent that gave this rug to someone else because when they delivered to me, it was very sloppily rolled up.

This is a carpet and upholstery cleaning company. The seeviceman, Matthew did a wonderful job! The carpets and upholstery look fantastic. I was impressed with his professionalism and high quality of work. When he was done everything was cleaned up. Made my day! I definitley recommend using the company and highly recommend asking for him.

Luke was kind, courteous and professional. He explained all of the information I needed to understand and maintain clear vents. He may have prevented me from getting a fire in the future by explaining the importance of clearing the dryer vent. He was thorough and polite. Service was okay. We just moved so we wanted the carpet to be extra clean before bringing the furniture. It looked great in general, but when we too a look at corners and small spaces it was not that good. I’m sure one of the small rooms what’s not clean at all, I called and they gave me another day to come and due it, they said it was already done and that was it.There was a “promotion” going on when we hired the service. However I ended paying the same price other companies were giving for the same (without promotion)

My carpets are beautiful now, never thought they would look this nice. My carpet is a light beige and it had very heavy traffic stains from previous tenants and a few pet stains from my old sick doggy who is no longer with us, but not anymore looks new again thanks to Sergio. He was very thorough on his carpet cleaning skills and he explained everything in detail. I highly recommend Sergio if you call this company for service. He is amazing!!!! Thank you once again!!!

George was super friendly and personable which made having a stranger literally in every room of you house a lot easier. Our cats loved him and he was really good with them too. He explained that, what I had thought was just dirt and cat hair growing on the vents though Ive vacuumed them often, was actually mold growing. He also explained how much this neighborhood has changed and that he has been cleaning vents for over 30 years. Our house now smells super fresh and clean from the sanitizing of the vents. Overall, very, very happy with the results and service!

Overpriced. Condescending staff. The technician tried to get us to pay him on the side for what shouldve been included. Did not follow up as promised. Did not apply chemicals that we were charged for. Charged us for work and then never came back to perform it. Charged us fully for fan rental fees although the majority of the equipment used was our own and we were told to move them ourselves. Damaged our walls and furniture.Victoria and Bill both spoke down to me and my wife in rude, condescending ways. Bill in particular cuts me off almost any time I try to speak. They often claim they stand behind our work instead of listening to complaints. They used our six month old daughters health as a way, we feel, to apply emotional leverage our decision. A technician told us the structural framing to our home was moldy and needed to be removed. This wouldve compromised the structural integrity of our home. When my wife asked him not to do it, she called me to get my opinion. At the same time, the technical called his boss and told him shes calling her husband. Moments later the technician began hammering at our walls after being told not to. My wife kicked him out of our house. When I called to complain, I was told by Bill, the GM, that we were lucky they only charge me us $5000 and they shouldve charged us $10,000! They did agree to send out another technician who found no evidence of mold and no need to tear out the wall.We had originally called for a free estimate and leak identification. The website advertised that they could save flooded carpet. Our brand new carpet wasnt even flooded, only mildly damp. We were told it needed to be removed immediately. No equipment was used to determine this, only visual inspection. The source of the leak was never identified. When asked, the technician told us, Im not a carpenter.A family-owned business that does not seem to uphold those values. A business that uses their A+ BBB rating to shut down customer complaints. We were told they authorized a 50% refund, yet weve never received it. The complaints go on and on. We do not recommend this company. If youve had a bad experience with them, file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.Update: Bill called back today. Threatened to void our refund if we filed any more disputes. Threatened to charge me his legal fees. Suggested we should go to court. Threatened us with court fees, and told us hed already won. He complained that he had to talk to 3 people! to get this refund for us and then admonished me for not being happy enough. Then Victoria emailed and asked me to remove/alter our our reviews to reflect their promise of a refund. To be clear, we have not received a refund after three months of back and forth with them. This is what they mean by standing behind their work? Well, heres your update, Victoria.

I had my Carpet cleaned by Green Clean Carpets and the tech that came out did an amazing job! I had dried up BLACK shoe polish stuck in my carpet and they were able to get it out and make it look new again!! I would recommend to everyone! Thanks again!

Complete false advertising. So irritated, I hired this company for carpet cleaning. I discussed in detail their promo for $9.95 a room plus $.25 a sq ft for deep cleaning. I was told the deep cleaning would only apply to the specific dirty area not the whole room. When they arrived not only was I charged for the whole room but also $.50 a sq ft because they use 2 cleaners-a preconditioner and a neutralizer. What a sham, I only proceeded with the cleaning because I needed the apartment cleaned before my move out date. Very disappointed

Jerry did an awesome job cleaning out our a/c system and vents. He used shoe covers upon entering without having to be asked. He was very respectful and knowledgeable and informed us of all the work that he had to do prior to starting. After completing the work, he also informed us that we had the wrong filter which restricted air flow, which he replaced.The system was also deodorized and now blows out colder and the air smells fresher. He also cleaned up after himself and did not leave anything behind. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get their air conditioning system cleaned. My wife and I are glad we found this company and will be using them for future needs.

Ask for Dave! I truly can’t say enough. He was in and out within 2 hours, and even offered to vacuum above my kitchen cabinets while the machine ran through its process on the trunk lines. He was very careful and neat. He wore booties over his shoes without having been asked and left without a trace!(Only mentioning this next part so other newbies are prepared!)The ONLY thing I will say, and it was probably my misunderstanding as a first time homeowner, but the cost turned out to be a bit more than I was expecting. When quoted over the phone I was given their rate per vent and trunk and told there were no hidden fees for extra time or removal if “a lot” of debris discovered.At Dave’s friendly recommendation we ended up getting the entire system sanitized and sealed to prevent future issues. He said with routine maintenance every 3-4 years going forward we’ll stay in good shape - which is probably the basic fee I was quoted over the phone.

I recently had my air duct system cleaned with this company on 12/07/2020. I am writing because I am disappointed in the quality of service. I received a quote for 616.00 to thoroughly clean, sanitize and deodorized my system. Although this was more than the rough estimate of cost advertised on the company webpage, I agreed to the price since the technician said he could start cleaning right away.This is where things started to go wrong. He went to retrieve the cleaning equipment from his small van. He came back with a midsize industrial vacuum, 20 gallon electrical air compressor and the rest of his cleaning equipment to set up in my kitchen. I left the house for a couple of hours due to the noise and smell of the air compressor. I returned to find most of my furniture, countertops, floors throughout the house covered with thick layers of dust soot and dust balls around some vents. I pointed this out to the tech in which he tried to spot clean but hurried to leave. Secondly, I asked if a new air filter was included after seeing him reinstall the original dirty filter before having my system cleaned. I was informed air filters were not included in the service. This is a nightmare, I have spent the last few days washing quilts, clothes and vacuuming trying to get rid of this obvious dust and mess.I called the company to complain and was told they can schedule someone to reinspect the duct system. HOWEVER, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT.Misleading representation of BBB A+ review on website as well compared to current.UPDATE AFTER POST WITHIN MINUTESI received a response from the company after initial my post review. Green clean will return to reinspect the job and provide carpet cleaning and to clean areas that form dust after the air duct cleaning.

They did not cleaned properlyHaving a daughter with Eczema and 2 with allergies this is not acceptable.Do you feel is normal to my house to be so dusty 10 days after the cleaning?All the tech did is put his vacuum hose in the vents something I could easily do, in my opinion he only losen all the debri inside because now my furniture is all dusty every day and that was not the purpose.my daughters skin has worsen and my boys and husband allergies gotten worse.Money being tight makes it impossible to hire another company to do the job rightbut honestly I feel terrible that this company just took my money and made my problem worse.thank you for nothing Green cleanall you did is waste my time and moneyI notify the tech that I wanted to see before and after pictures and he said that thats not standard process but I requested them anyway but he later came back and told me he called the office and he is not supposed to provide the pictures.Also liked to add that I did called to complaint and was told that The service I paid for was performed.my service was on 10 -20 -20M. We hired the company to clear the hallway wall-to-wall carpet in our 3-floor condo building. The gentleman who came was very nice, kind, knowledgeable and did a very nice work with cleaning the carpet. They are also great at using no deodorizers and no-fragrance cleaners, if that is what you ask for, so they work great with people who are sensitive to chemicals. We have used them before and we will use them again.

1st and foremost the Technician was great! Unfortunately, this company is 100% the bait and switch. After being quotes for the $9.95 price plus the stairs...the Tech arrived and here are all the fees he hit us with AFTER the fact$9.95 special per room$.25 per square foot for pre conditioner$.25 per stair$10 travel feeTaxesWe sent our exact floor plan ahead of time and said NUMEROUS times...we need an accurate estimate based on our floor planPrice went from about $140 to $350 plus.The Tech calls the “office”The above is only the short version...turns out we looked into them previously and again bait and switch and I passed.The Tech was very nice and polite BUT I watched for this said pre-treatment and saw nothing other than him using the cleaning machine and him showing myself and our house cleaner the dirty water.There was still dog hair in carpet and because we could not see his work...our house cleaner sent Her info. I will follow up for sure :)We stressed this is a move out clean and all we really need is the receipt...we were still charged more than what was expects

This company was totally dishonest with their quoting. I was quoted a special rate for the work in my home, which was well-within expectations. They failed to mention that the type of carpet could SIGNIFICANTLY impact this amount. When the technician arrived, I was quoted a new price nearly 4 times the original amount. They did offer a very slight discount, which was all well and good. When I called to follow up to cite my concerns about the dishonest quoting process, I was told a supervisor would return my call. 2 weeks later and Im still yet to receive a call. Additionally, one room in my home smells terrible following the cleaning and now Im questioning the quality of their product. I would not recommend this company.

Had a great experience. Sergio did an awesome job. My carpets look and smell great!The only complaint I have is the tech arrived much later than I was initially told but it worked out because I was home. Either way super happy with everything. Thank you!

The technician was fast and clean but they added on a service that I did not want at doubled my bill. I didn’t know till I got my bill. I called the service and the tech said he told me. HE DID NOT. I got half my money back but will never use them again, I felt so cheated

While I had a good experience in terms of quick responses and ease in scheduling - I was quoted at less than half the cost of what they actually ended up charging me. My original quote was $65 with the potential for $6/ foot for a preconditioned in areas that “needed it”. Even though there weren’t really any “stains” per say apparently the entire couch needed it. Then a sanitizer was added for an additional $36. In total I paid $147 which was more than double the original quote. My issue is not the cost - I went into my search expecting to pay this much and was pleasantly surprised that I would only be paying 65 - maybe a bit more if the conditioner required. My issue is that they were not upfront about what it could potentially cost. Be honest about what it could potentially cost. There were no heavy stains or soiled areas on this piece of furniture - definitely none that took up 6 feet.

Jonathan did an amazing job cleaning our sectional. He showed up on time and was very profressinal. Highly recommended.

Didn’t get all the vents even though we walked through and he charged for them. Missed at least 2 that I can tell. Probably more. Thing with duct cleaning is that it’s hard to tell if they even did a good cleaning unless you have a camera that can go in there. I just have my doubts about this job. Won’t use Green Clean again.

The guy who came to clean the carpet was very nice but the work he did was very poor. I couldn’t see a difference at all, it just look liked I used my normal vacuum. I paid $130 for nothing.

The technicians can within the time block and called me when they were on their way. (I say they because one was a new guy on his 1st day). They were professional and knowledgeable about my problem and answered all my questions about the process. My family is very happy with the work. Green Clean did a fantastic job on my carpets! I own 6 large dogs and we all know that puppies and old dogs have accidents. My house went from smelling like dog to smelling fresh! While the tech was extremely friendly and on time, this is my first home and my first air duct cleaning. When I shared with family members and friends the total cost, they were shocked by the fact that it was almost double what many of them had paid for houses that were much larger than my 3 bedroom cape cod. I was very disappointed to know that basically i was taken probably because I am a woman and because it was apparent that I had just moved in.

Josh was very professional and extremely thorough. The carpets look great and smell wonderful. I will happily recommend Green Clean to my friends and neighbors. Excellent service.

Prices quoted were less what they charged, bad attitude when c I called after the service was done they said it’s written on these side. Small two bedroom place aid 250 00 dollars with the discounts. Will never use them again.

Kevin helped us clean our family room rug today. He was very knowledgeable, professional and could not have been nicer. I was also so happy that we were able to get an appointment within just a few days of calling to schedule. All in all, a very good experience!

Complete waste of money. My carpet smells and looks the exact same as it was before the cleaning. The only thing that changed was a slight stickiness left all over my carpet. Do not recommend.

Prices advertised and discussed were not prices quoted when arrived at the job. Extra charges, additional fees, arrived late, lack of communication. Would not use this company again or recommend to others.

They arrived within the allotted window. We walked the house counting vents and returns. They arrived at my house close to 2:30, after we agreed on the cost, they stated that neither had eaten lunch and wanted to order pizza, which they did and ate it inside. I allowed it.Once they were done eating they began cleaning my hvac system which took them half the time they originally estimated. Once done, they packed up their stuff and left.So my issues:1. They didnt turned off any lights2. They left their dirty napkins, leftover pizza box & sodas on the table3. Ran over my grass and Halloween decorationsI called the company and had them come back for what they forgot (their food). The guy seemed annoyed that I called him back for that, but honestly they shouldve cleaned up their mess. Given our current situation with Covid-19, youd think theyd be a bit more careful.As he was driving away, he drove over my grass and had no regard for the halloween decorations and ran over light strings that were on the side of the driveway. He did apologize and asked what he could do, but at that point I was pretty annoyed and just wanted him to leave.I know that not all employees are like this, friends of mine had Jerry at their home who was very respectful. This is simply my experience.

Looked on-line for a place to get our rug cleaned. Quote over the phone was for cleaning only and website indicated that there may be an additional fee for conditioning certain spots. The guys arrived this morning to pick up the rug and the price I was quoted more than doubled what I was told on the phone when I made the appointment. Cleaning is one fee, conditioning is another (and it was for the whole rug, not certain spots) and then sanitizing was an additional fee (not required, but highly recommended and he told us about others who didnt sanitize then regretted it.) I sent the rug with them to be cleaned, but now regret the decision. Well see if it was worth it when the rug is returned to me in a week.
