Happy to have found Joyce Floor Care. They gave me a good price for the apartment and was able to accommodate any time that I wanted. They are very trustworthy and do quality work. They made my rental carpet which is about 25 yrs old looking like new. My landlord would never change this old carpet and I had to get it professionally cleaned. I am so glad they were there for me during the quarantine and cleaned out my vacant apartment.

This was my first time having had my carpets cleaned professionally, I didn’t know what to expect. I thought the pricing was very affordable. The cleaner showed up right on time after giving me an advance notice he was on the way. I had two bedrooms and a hallway and stairs done, it was complete in no time and looked fantastic.It brought old carpets back to life and more importantly, we’re sanitized. I will definitely use Joyce Floor Care again in the near future.

They had a lot of ground to cover with many dark areas on a light rug. Some spots were made by our dog, use your imagination, and others just by having kids running around the house with food. When they were done the carpets looked great. My family was outstanding at the results and how they were able to get out such old deep dark stains! I am so thrilled that I made a commitment to myself to have them come out at least once a year to keep the carpet looking perfect. Thats how good they are.

The guys who showed up for my carpets cleaning were kind, professional and helpful. They made it easy for me. They explained everything they were doing to me and answered all of my questions. They were knowledgeable in their work. I was very impressed and will definitely recommend them.

Joyce asked for pictures, did research, asked colleagues, and came out to my house with his best plan. After analyzing the stains and trying a small test area, she recommended against cleaning the fabric. I surely appreciate her competence and solid advice. Simply the best!!
