I am editing my review to add the following:I am not a customer of this company. I contacted this company several times concerning potential business/assistance and they never responded to calls or messages. It is my opinion that they are unprofessional and poor at following up. One could only hope they get better at customer service.

I have been super impressed with Fulfillment.com from day one, the sales rep was knowledgeable and helped us get boarded quickly, our account manager is really helpful.Everything works really well and on top of this they have recommended a couple of partners for manufacturing and marketing which are working out super well also.They are constantly improving their systems and service.100% recommend.

Fantastic company! Fulfillment.com is the most impressive fulfillment company Ive come across for ecommerce order shipping. The staff is incredibly kind and their operations run like clockwork. Being able to guarantee two day delivery to anyone in the country is something that simply isnt possible when doing your own fulfillment.. I wish I used them at my last company because inventory management and shipping started to eat up all my time as a business owner. You gotta go 3PL when your store is growing faster than you can keep up with.. Dont let your growth slow you down - a company like Fulfillment.com will become one of your strongest partners when youre ready!

Most likely the best Fulfillment company in the United States! Not only they have among the lowest prices in the industry (storage + picking & packing + shipping rates), but they go out of their way to make sure youre happy and all of your business needs are met.They even cater to unique requests! Awesome team and leadership!Also, just so you know, they ship all of the fulfillment orders submitted by 6am in the same day 99% of the time! They even ship on Saturday!

Working here was the best job Ive ever had. The pay could have been a bit better, but the atmosphere is so relaxed and the staff was very respectful. I genuinely loved working at fulfillment. Unfortunately, I had to move, but if I ever move back, I am definitely going to try to work there again.

I placed an order with swadeal on December 8th. They told me on December 30th to contact FULFILLMENT about my order. I left five messages with FULFILLMENT the operater told me someone will contact me . Todays Date is January 25. I need this order its GLUCOSEl STRIPS.

Im using this fulfillment center about 3 month and I can say they are do a great job. I get professional manager that complete any my task or adise how to solve any problem! Price reasonable for the fully done job.

Great fulfillment service for a small business. We feel just as important as a large client and always get prompt attention. FDC gets our highest recommendation!

Do not work with this company! We did not have a good experience. We had inventory stored at one of their warehouse in the UK. They had some issues with this warehouse (apparently it was contracted out to another company that went bankrupt) and they had to move facilities. During that move we lost all access to our inventory. That was back in February, 2015 and for months up until, June, 2015 they were still telling me that the inventory should be available soon/next week. I finally came to the conclusion that we will never see that inventory again. So at the end of June I asked if instead we could be reimbursed for the inventory loss. They asked how much the missing inventory cost ($574.08) and for manufacturer proof, which I provided them with. Then said they would look it over and get back to me. I never heard from them again and it is now November. I then received a threatening email telling me to take down any negative review that I have written because they arent responsible for reimbursing us back for our lost product. My negative review has nothing to do with the loss of inventory (accidents happen) or not being able to refund us because its in their contract that they arent responsible. It has everything to do with the horrible lack of communication and getting the run-around for months and months. I simply dont recommend their company because there are a lot of other really great fulfillment companies out there that would have handled this situation much more professionally.

Very professional and flexible! FDC helped us outsource our warehouse and shipping. Which has been a good experience both economically and secured a stable operation!

The worse service ive ever experience during the 2 years weve been in business. Putting it simple, they lied to us saying that they had a facility in the UK, when they dont! Dont trust this company. They ship me stuff without my authorization. It is a scam
