Omg! I cant remeber the lady name but she is so nice i droped my clothes off and she had them nicely washed and folded. Love her! And they keep the place so clean and properly mark the broke ones so you dont waste your money if you comen in after hours

Mediocre, unkept washers and typically someone has left a mess which employees dont really seem to care, prices are typical for what youd expect, just wish they would do a better job of keeping the washers cleaned up or cleaned out. I suggest providing public directions on how to utilize the washers so that whats typically common sense could be shared with those who believe powdered detergent belongs in the liquid softener fill point. .. I mean seriously.... Who does that? I feel bad for the folks working here that are always very polite and nice.

Several of the machines were out of order. Near the back towards the wall, every single card reader was broken or smashed, I was amazed. The dryers are big and work well. $2.50 for 30 min. I had a huge load, 2 washer machines full, and it was dry in an hour. Bathrooms are for employees only but I didnt see any employees there.

At the laundry with a client helping her to use facilities. Upon arrival these wonderful young ladies assisted her by bringing her stuff in. Then assisted how to utilize the machines. They are truly kind and I just realized they are a full service place. If you dont like doing your own laundry I am sure they will do a great job. It is so refreshing to meet kind people and this business is blessed with several.

Always clean

This place is always clean and is open 24/7. There is an attendant there all day and into the early evening. You can also drop off your laundry to be washed and folded and pick it up at your convenience. There is a vending machine, a clean restroom, and plenty of space to fold clothes. There are also racks and carts to use to unload and load your clothes. There are two flat screen TVs that usually have something good on to watch. WiFi is also available.

The machines need to be cleaned and aired out...it says free wifi but you cant find the password. The machines work good enough but alot are broken

Good staff. Little pricey, but guess cost for it being clean. Like that you can use credit card and not be bothered with change. And convenient Family Dollar next door for cleaning items and discount goods.

Hadnt had to use an laundry facility in ages. Due to my bed clothes I had to this time. Its clean, convenient and the laundry attendants were nice, friendly and very helpful. Outside of the expenses of this facility, I would venture back whenever needed😀

A NO SMOKING SIGN..... is on the door that needs to be bigger or inforced, who wants to wash/dry clothes etc & then have cigarette smoke soak in them on the way bck out🙄???? IJS but other wise this is a VERY NICE laundromat. Great location also.

Clean establishment. Machines were working fine. Theres even a HDTV on the wall showing what machines are taken. Was able to do a bunch of laundry on one machine and one dryer. Prices are fine. Theres a $ store next door. Theres even services for drop off.

My family & I have evacuated from SC to be safe from Hurricane Florence while it destroyed our home. I am 37 weeks & 3 days pregnant & REALLY had to use the restroom but GOT DENIED because THE MANAGER DOESNT WANT ANYONE USING THEM AT THIS TIME.I pray customers stop giving these people their business. I am so thankful I do not live in this area.

Having to wash clothes on vacation is never fun. But Suds Laundromat is always my top pick in Savannah. Suds is clean, safe, and affordable.

It is always very clean! I like that its open 24/7. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help with anything! However, there has been multiple occasions in which I have loaded a washer and it starts, but stops in the middle of the wash. I make sure to not overload the washer, so Im not sure why it does this. Other than that, this place is great!!

Discriminated against disabled people and don’t know laws here. If I could give it zero stars I would. I went on Christmas Eve to do a load of clothes, as I’m traveling and from Texas. I’m disabled/and diabetic with a service dog, and had my dog with me. I left him inside the vehicle to load my washer, realizing I didn’t have fabric softener, I went next door to grab a bottle. I got the dog from my vehicle and went next door to buy a bottle of softener, and carried my service animal in my jacket because his harness was being washed because we walked in the mud the day before. I bought the softener and went back into suds to put some in the dispenser of the washer. The lady working, dark hair in her 50’s probably, told me I wasn’t supposed to put any softener or soap in after the machine begins. I told her how she was incorrect, so that set her off apparently. She wanted to argue and told me she knows how they work because she has worked there a long time. So I just said ok, and tried to move on with my life. She then tried to tell me I couldn’t have my dog in there and as I explained how service animals worked and the laws protecting the disabled, she tried to tell me I had to show her papers on the dog or I had to leave. So I asked her to call the police for me. The young officer, nor his sergeant knew the laws on disabled rights, and I refused to leave until they were knowlegeable on the subject. Or at least proven to be wrong. They finally called animal control then an attorney and got the correct information. After treating me like a criminal and even threatening to put me in the back of his unit if I didn’t shut my mouth. I got no apology from the woman and she even told the officer I was to be banned from all suds laundry mats (which obviously they haven’t been able to enforce since I go to all of them that I can, just for fun, and nobody has ever noticed I’m on the ‘no-wash list’) and the officer tried to make me sign a criminal trespass!! and I refused to sign because I didn’t commit an offense of any sort. The employee actually committed a crime against me. I will be returning for all of my washing needs every chance I get!

I wish I my give a zero for today there is 2 women working and its busy but I had out a load in on of the big ones and one small one will the heavy set lady had open it and me and my fiance had told her its mine and she was very rude telling us not to get rude with her that if we had a problem then get out of her store and we wasnt doing anything wrong. I wish I my talk to the owner because I know her already. Next time I will be going to the one in Pooler the one I use to go they are more friendly.

Plenty of washers and dryers available. Very clean. FREE WI-FI! Snack machines. Very convenient. Washers are $4.25 and fit 2 loads. Dryers are $2.25 and fit 2 loads.

Quiet, plenty of space! theres a family dollar next to it which is convenient. Heck Im thinking if washing my car next door while I wait.

You absolutely have to fix your machines. I cant describe the frustration of having to unload your washer and find one that works. Not even taking into account lost fabric softener which is EXPENSIVE. Or lost time. Or how about the washer with the cycle that NEVER ENDS!

The attendant was nice, it was clean, and had a variety of machines. It wasnt packed either.

Most of the machines are broken place is kind of dirty.

So freaking expensive. Got my clothes clean, but Jesus this place is highway robbery. Using a large machine, and large dryer to get all my clothes done in one load and its almost $15. If you dont go that route you end up spending more, getting gouged on the smaller machines at $5-8 per wash.

We love them! Our apartment complex charged $1.50/1.25 for washing and drying. Weve saved so much money using their large washers and dryers!Its always clean, and their tvs are audible for entertainment.

DEAR FELLOW GEORGETOWN RESIDENTS: BEWARE OF THIS STORE. GO TO THE STORE ON SKIDAWAY OR POOLER. I HEAR THEY ARE MUCH MORE PROFESSIONAL. THEIR SERVICE STAFF IS RUDE. MANAGEMENT AT THIS STORE ENCOURAGE RACIST, IGNORANT BEHAVIOR TOWARDS OUR COMMUNITY.The over-weight, manager, Caucasian lady, she is buff like a dude, and looks like a wide receiver, was very rude. This is actually her 2nd time being rude. My first experience with her, she left a message on my voicemail with a very nasty, ignorant tone, Your clothes ready, you need to come get them!. I was utilizing the wash n fold service. At first, I was taken aback by the message; but I just rationalized that she may have had a frustrating day, and let it go unaddressed. Well, this time I went in to drop off. To my dismay, it was her again. I said, good morning. She responded, Are you dropping off? I said yes. She then said, Well you just need to make sure that you come get em tomorrow. Just as uneducated, and plain out rude as she can be. At this point, I then told her that I would come get my clothes tomorrow, however, I did not like the message that she left on my voicemail. Her tone and disposition is rude. And I would appreciate if she did not leave messages like that again. OMG! She went off and told me that she was not going to do my clothes. Georgetown is a very diverse community, this type of ignorance is ridiculous. I think me pulling up, in front of the door, parking in my very luxury vehicle really just ate her up. She did not want to service this accomplished, young, black woman. I also think she is just LAZY. I had about 45 pounds of clothes that I wanted washed. She was looking to pick a fight so she wouldnt have to work.DEAR SUDS OWNERS: PLEASE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO YOUR EMPLOYEES. THIS IS NOT HER FIRST COMPLAINT. SHE IS TOO COMFORTABLE TURNING AWAY BUSINESS AND YOUR MONEY. I PROBABLY SPEND ABOUT $100 A MONTH ON WASH N FOLD. SHE IS LAZY, RUDE, AND A POOR REPRESENTATION OF YOUR COMPANY. SHE DOES NOT LIKE TO SERVICE PEOPLE OF COLOR (ESPECIALLY PEOPLE OF COLOR THAT APPEARS TO BE SUCCESSFUL).

We are full time RVers and visit a laundromat at least once per week.This Suds is, hands down, one of the cleanest and nicest ones we have been in.

Had to go there to wash a large load of blankets. Alot of people just hanging around outside loitering, drinking alcohol and begging for money. Not a safe place to be alone or along with kids.

Actually the place looks great, my first time there so I chose to take look first to see if there were unoccupied machines and I changed ten bucks, when I tried to go back to grab my clothes in my truck and to buy soap that I had forgotten at home, in the dollar store that is nearby, the woman who was in charge shouted at me and told me that, if I had already changed the money, I had to use it in the machines right now, I asked her ten minutes for grab my clothes and to buy soap, she told me if I changed money I had to use it in the machines, she was furious and she looked at me with a lot of contempt, I do not know what I did wrong, I think that she is a rude woman as she sees you she treats you, because I was just leaving my job, anyway I do not plan to go back to that place.
