Very clean. Very nice employees. Only that some of the machines were not working when I was there. They have ramps to be able to use the baskets to bring your clothes to and from your vehicle.

Very Clean and well maintained. The Attendant on duty gave me precise directions from Childrens hospital to the Front door and was very helpful and kind. Kudos from a Brunswick Ga Resident! She is an asset to the establishment. Have the place locked in as a Favorite. Thank you so much!

I really like this place. Its open 24/7 with staff on duty during the day. I go on Wednesdays because its WACKY WEDNESDAYS with 25% off all washers. The washers and dryers are always clean. Very seldom do you see any machines not in service. The machines take cash and debit/credit cards. You DO NOT have to get their card and add money to them, which leaves you with having money on a washing card that you either never use or have to keep adding money to just to have enough to wash or dry. If you run out of supplies, Family Dollar is right next door. Ladies you need beauty supplies, beauty supply store right next door.

The only place I would rather wash my clothes is here very clean n the ladys r xtra helpful especially the lady I forget her name she just had the baby shes a manager G help me when I needed help and did me a big favor and a lot of people wouldnt do that so I appreciate her and I thank you very much come wash your clothes here you get a clean smelling fresh scent every time

I used Suds Launsromat on a Sunday around 12am or should I say I tried too. The laundromat was out of every laundry soap,bleach and fabric softener. It was as uncomfortable with people sleeping on the chairs that were obviously not doing laundry. Want go back

We love going to Suds! The staff is absolutely amazing! They are friendly and helpful when asking for help. I can honestly say the facility is kept in tip top shape ( amazingly clean). Most of the laundry facilities I have been in, there is no one there to help and they are untidy. Also in most laundromats I dont feel safe but at Suds we have had no problem feeling that way. The staff are very observant to what is going on and I think that is what makes us feel safe. Sids, You Guys and Gals Rock!💗💗💗👏👏👏👏👏

Nice and clean with a friendly atmosphere

Normally the staff here is amazing, but today I was super disappointed. The woman working (8/24/20 @4-5pm) spent the entire time talking loudly about personal issues with her boyfriend (?) while standing outside smoking cigarettes. He followed her around inside while she did drop-off laundry. She was swearing and cursing loudly, again about personal issues. The biggest thing that upset me was that she and her boyfriend were NOT WEARING MASKS. There are signs posted all over the place saying masks are required, but staff and their guests were not wearing them. Several customers were also not complying with the mask requirement. The cigarette smoking, the personal conversation, and the lack of mask will make me think twice about coming here again. Or else just avoiding this time/day to avoid this particular staff member. Otherwise, clean facility. Fast and easy service. Usually the staff is amazing, like I said. Just not this lady!

Best place ever, great customer service n all ways clean, on top of it all we have free wash for a month, thats awesome. If u havent tried there wash house, u have to come down to skidaway, right across from Savannah State university college and get a great experience. I enjoyed my time there.... Just try it....

Friendly staff. Love the huge washers and dryers. Their 3$ dryers can definitely handle a large load. Ive very seldom had to add extra quarters to my dry time.Occasionally, the washers may malfunction, so you may have to switch machines. But the staff will pay for another to be used. (Youll just need more detergent, softener, etc.)Staff keeps this place clean, including the bathroom. And they dont allow people to loiter the facility. Theyre helpful when needed and actually hold conversations with patrons...They have a discount day, so call ahead to find out...

Used the wash and fold service. It was about 3 times more expensive than Im used to. Turn around was quick and no complaints with the laundry itself. However, Im pretty sure they stole my laundry baskets I had left when I dropped it off.

I didnt go into the establishment I dropped off a Lyft Rider to your establishment but from the outside looking in it looks like a pretty clean and decent place

Make sure to have more money due prices varying based on selection on washers. Dryer prices arent favorable as well.

If i could give less stars, ill surely do so. This place suck and they are taking advantage of Savannah state students. I paid 5 dollars plus i had to pay extra for hot water only for the washer to take my money and not work! Ill handwash my clothes before i ever come back.they wanted to refund my money on their useless laundry card.what the F××k can i do with that? After snapping on the staff,they realized i was not to be played with,,they finally refunded my money 0 stars is definitely their earnings.

I only used their wash and fold service but the space is clean from what I can tell. I may have been spoiled by Texas prices for wash and fold, but theyre pretty expensive. Unfortunately, they have cornered the market in Savannah, as it is near impossible to find this service here. There used to be another place in Savannah that offered it at a great price but they have since shut down. Suds did the job well enough but not as good as what Im used AND my laundry basket was stolen. Im used to having the items folded in some fashion of organized and they were not. Had to go digging through giant bags to find what i was looking for. Also, they seemed mildly inconvenienced or annoyed as soon as I walked in and made the request for wash and fold. For what theyre charging for it, I def wouldnt have minded a more pleasant demeanor and I probably would have tipped if I had received one. So, almost $90 later, it was a lesson learned, IMO. If you use suds, only use the wash and fold service if you really have no other choice.

Love the credit card option. Only need cash for soaps and if a card reader is down. Change machine available.

3.00 for 30 mins with 25 cent per 3 mins after quiet at 1am. Wet floors is a hazard but it is a laundry mat after all.

Skidaway location....Short Black worker with short boy cut is very unprofessional and needs to be fired. Her kids should be in school not at work with her. Send her back to the unemployment line. She is very rude.

This time, I guess they dont care.] [EDIT: 03/2017 They stained my white bras blue...changing rating]. Staff were very friendly, but when I picked up my clothes they were folded terribly. Everything had wrinkles. Nothing was folded straight. I doubt I will be using them for wash and fold service again. Suds in Pooler folded everything so perfectly that none of my clothes had wrinkles.

They to expensive. You basically pay different prices for water temperature and cycle. The one on Largo does not have a phone number or contact person to call and I have no idea where on site staff is...I walked in with dirty clothes and left with dirty clothes because machine #35 did not produce enough water to then Create suds. Im not happy. They should be run out of business for poor service. Save yourself the trouble and run from this place. Im going back to using the laundry at my complex.

Disappointed that they dont have any of the discounts they have at their other locations here, and kinda pissed theyre not 24 hours any more. Spin City is becoming more convenient, which stinks because Ive been a Suds customer for years.

Washers are huge. Normally well kept. Messy and reeked of urine this morning. Not coming back!
