Unattended. There is a phone number to call if there are problems, but it isnt always answered. When I went there, the detergent vending machine was broken, as were three of the four slots on the bill changing machines. The washers work fine, and the dryers are efficient.

This is a very clean place and they are a variety of people that use their services. Make sure you wear your mask!

Nice place to wash clothes very roomy and plenty of tables washers and dryers .25 for Evey 6mins. Washers I believe is $1.25 get your quarters and come wash.

Place is good. I come every week. Washers and dryers work fine. If there is an issue maintenance will fix no problem.

This laundromat is just like your typical laundromat but the bathroom was out of order and the attendant was no where in sight. I have been to cleaner laundromats but the washing machines were in very good shape and washes in 30 mins for $3.

Not a bad laundromat but could stand some maintenance bathroom door has been broken since I started using the place to do laundry and that has been a year or so and its a shame as laundromats are a cash cow time to spend some of what you are raking in on maintenance finally fixed the bathroom door so it stays shut

I would give a zero if I could. Online states that it is open till 11 not true, just shy of 10 I walk out to open my door to carry my laundry out and when I return to the door I find it locked!!! I am from out of town and only passing through and now stuck and behind schedule because my only clothes are now locked in this poor excuse of an establishment. The buisness number has a full mail box and the maintence phone number there is no answer and no response. This is poor buisness practice. And I suggest others go elsewhere.

Other laundry mats in town charge $3-$5 to dry a load of clothes. At Sweetwater you can pay a quarter at a time so that you only pay for the drying time you need. Its this way in North Carolina where I live and it takes about $1.50 to dry a big load of clothes. Also its very clean in Sweetwater. The children running around misbehaving is not good but that is because if irresponsible parents, not the fault of the laundry mat.

Washers are good and prices are good, but the dryers are horrible! Only 5 dryers works. Smh!!

All machines are breaking. For the last couple of weeks every time I went it was more machines down. Terrible customer service.
