Got the full detail package because I was selling my old car the same day. it took many more hours than they said it would. And by the time I came back to look, the entire car looked like it didn’t even get vacuumed. super disappointed in my service. also the cashier up front must of been in a bad mood (I worked customer service too for a long time) don’t remember a name but long hair. you never take it out on the customer and she definitely made me feel uncomfortable.

Purchased full detail on my lexus sc430. Was told it would be 1-1.5hours until finished. 30mins in no one had even touched the car. Staff was standing around chatting, on cell phones, leaning against empty bays and not working on any car especially mine. Does not feel like the service I purchased or was promised. UPDATE: spoke with manager regarding the lack of service. Excuses and apologies were made and my car finally began to be cleaned. UPDATE: inspected the vehicle and found the cleaning to be sub par. They left streaks on the back windshield, the rims had dirt remaining inside the spoke areas, the seat covers were not put back in place, and the headliner had not been leather cleaned. UPDATE: Spoke with the manager about these concerns Erik and Alex. They offered to re do the car at another time of my choosing. I will update this post at that time.

I took a car that I had just purchased in to have it cleaned to include carpet shampooing. After running through the wash, the car was allowed to sit for an hour. When I was finally called, to pick up my car, I noted that the car was covered in water spots and the wheels were fairly dirty. The attendant offered to run it through again which helped but was somewhat less than I had hoped. When I looked in, I noted that the floormats were missing. The attendant stated that they were in the trunk so that the carpets could dry which made sense so I tipped him (I know, right) and left. When I went to get the floormats out, I found that I only have three and that the trunk had not been cleaned AT ALL. When you pay 60 bucks to have your carpets cleaned and have to wait 2 and a half hours, you would expect that they would have at least VACUUMED the darned thing.Pathetic!I went back to the wash on Monday and had a totally different experience. My car was immediately taken in and a team jumped to business to handle the issues. They worked diligently and in short order had my car squared away for no charge.

Inside not cleaned properly. Tried to phone and never got a person to disclose problem. First time disappointed. Will not do business there again unless inside is cleaned properly with outside wash/wax purchase.

I was last with my car week, was really good service and cheaper than others used.

Paid for highest package and detailing. We had to have our windows redone (inside) and our dash. Still had wax residue on the roof. Also bugs still on the bumped. Not worth the detailing price.Also brought our truck to get the headlamps cleared up, that they did well.

My car is very clean. For the price of the detailing, I suggest you go elsewhere. The exterior wall worked well and was worth itI suggest strongly cleaning the stuff out of your car before you go as they are not so big on throwing out trash for you.

If I could give NO STARS I would. They didnt do my 3rd row seat area. The console area was not wiped at all. There was dust left on my dashboard as well as the top of the steering wheel column. The front windshield still had fingerprints on the inside. I had to ask the guy that was doing my vehicle was he going to vacuum the trunk area. He said yeah he forgot. This is the 2nd time my car was left like this. I did call and made a complaint about it. I was told to bring my vehicle back so they can redo it. It will be the last time I go there.

Used to be a great car wash who took pride in the finished product. Now, they have raised price from $17.99 to $25.00 for the basic wash and it’s nowhere good as it used to be. Last 3 washes I had to go home and redo my windows. I think they forgot how to clean window glass.

It is a joke. Paid $110.00 to have my wifes car made clean. Went to pick it up, it was like they gave it a ten minute wash. I made them do it again with no better results. Took it home and cleand all the dirty spots off the inside myself. Not that difficult.
