About 2 months ago, I took my vehicle to a repair facility in Hinesville for service on my breaks. It took them nearly a month to complete my servicing. After driving it for a week, the break light would come on and then go out. A week later, the breaks were inoperable on the highway with my entire family in tow. I took my vehicle to Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram in South Savannah, and they had my vehicle running almost as good as when I first purchased it! The service was great, their professionalism stellar, and they wrote a detailed report explaining what they found and the work they performed. I would recommend this facility to any and everyone (Thanks Chris & James)! From now on, I will be taking my vehicle to this location (even though the Hinesville location is only 5 minutes from home as opposed to an hour that it takes me to get to the Savannah location.
I bought a Jeep Cherokee from this dealership in August of 2019. I was very impressed with the service I received! I was so impressed that when I was involved in an accident that left my Jeep totaled. I did not hesitate to return to this dealership. They went above and beyond to find me a 2020 Jeep that was just like the 2019 that was totaled. They were also on the ball getting the paper work needed to the insurance company that was handling my claim. They have definitely earned my loyalty.
WORST service department ever!!! It takes multiple phone calls just to schedule a service appointment because although the folks answering the phone say they will call you back they never do, hence repeat calls to get an appointment, not that having one matters. You are still left to sit for HOURS for the most simple things like an oil change. While the sales department does a really good job of making you feel like a VIP once the sale is over and it’s time to service your Jeep the level of customer service along with consideration and respect for your time is nonexistent. Unless you like spending the day sitting at the dealership instead of at work where you need to be, you might want to rethink the Step One dealerships.
We had the worst experience possible. We Had a preapproval and messaged them about a vehicle that we were interested in. They messaged back with a proposal we didn’t agree on so we declined. We then get a second proposal that we agreed on. 4 days later they decide to begin working on our agreement and they come back with a completely different set of terms for a completely different vehicle. They say the bank didn’t agree on the vehicle we wanted. We called the bank and they said they put in a completely different asking price than what was agreed upon. After pulling our credit 3 days in a row ( for no reason because we already had a bank) and telling us they “forgot” about us they also lied in the end.
Sorriest service department... every time you call to schedule an appointment you get the classic So and so is not at their desk, can you leave your name/number and well call you back! only to never get a call back literally every time. Shouldnt be hard to return calls to people trying to do business with you. Sucks for the people who actually care to service cars if there are any.

Well posting again.... since they took the first one down. The place acts like they are doing you a favor to talk to you at all. The salesman knew hardly anything about the car, they rushed the entire time didn’t try to work with me at all. Acted like it was a courtesy to talk to me at all. Terrible customer service .
I was interested in a Ford F250 they had about a week ago I was told it just came in. They were having a bad storm and was told the first chance they have they will go out and look at it and send me the information. I never heard from them and I left 3 messages. Today I got a email telling me they sold it yesterday. Thats bad way to do business and customer service. I very disappointed..

They sold me a car a few years ago and they discounted the car but took away my free changes and other maintenance packages. If you go here make sure they dont take away some of the perks for purchasing the vehicle.

Less than one week after having service there (a repair plus there multi-point inspect), my Jeep was three quarts down on oil. No signs of oil leaks where I park my Jeep. Last year, the Jeep also was short on oil after having service there.
