Brian H in sales literally picked up the pieces of an inept dealership that sold us a lemon. He is not pushy, and in fact, very calming. Brian will do whatever it takes to find you the vehicle you want, even in a shortage. I cannot say enough about his demeanor and positive energy.

A few disappointing experiences have me relieved that our business with this dealership will soon be OVER 👐👐👐 How did the love affair come to.an end,you ask? Word of caution...IF you decide to purchase a Zurich plan, have it explained to you thoroughly, carefully, upside-down, inside-out, forwards and backwards. Bring a copy of it with you to your maintenance appointments, if need be. Otherwise, you will end up paying for services that Zurich covers, and chasing a refund. And believe me, it is exhausting.

First appointment with Southern Motors, due to low tire pressure, and this experience was superb! By far, the best service I’ve ever experienced, at a service center!Had nail in tire and was patched by another Honda dealership/service center (in which I won’t return)due to their lack of care and concern for customers... Jacob at Southern Motors informed, and showed the patch, where tire had not been sealed properly-by the other service dealer. Un-fortunately for me, I had to buy a new tire, as “you cannot patch, a patch”! Couldnt ask for a better place. I never felt pressured and they went out of their way to make sure I understood everything, so things were very transparent instead of the typical gimmicks and tricks so many other places have. That doesnt happen here, and their management team was super friendly! My suggestion: dont run away from truths and buy into all the tricks other places play just to get you to go there. UPDATE: Got a phone call from Mark, the manager, who wanted to see how he could “make things better”. At the end of the conversation, said he would send a gift card to help cover the gas and time wasted with the trip there. I HAVE YET TO SEE THAT GIFT CARD. Again, more lies!Don’t trust a word that these guys tell you. Spoke with Tom, who assured me that the used vehicle we wanted to see was in great shape. He assured me that the vehicle had been fully inspected and was “ready to roll”. We drove 2 hours to see it only to find that the battery was dead and the windshield was cracked and needed replacement. Waste of time! Don’t trust these dishonest swindlers!

We worked with Jeff W. and he worked hard to get us approved, until we decided to go a different direction....We put down a deposit on a vehicle and it took 8 days for us to get our money back. Jeff gave us the run around and told us that we needed to wait for corporate to cut us a check because we couldnt put it back on the card and that we will get a check by Monday. We gave Jeff our address to mail it to us and we waited patiently to get it but figured that because of the holiday on Monday, it could have been delayed. On Thursday, we texted Jeff and he told us that the checks dont get cut after 12 pm, another run around. This means that the check, that we were expecting earlier in the week, was never mailed out like he assured it would be. So, I called up to the dealership, on Friday afternoon, and supposedly spoke to a manager who told us to come up to the dealership and they would put the amount back on the card we used to make the deposit. When I arrive to the dealership, Jeff told me that he wasnt going to give me back my deposit until I changed my 2 star rating that I previously gave the dealership and that he had worked hard to get us approved! I told him that is my money and he needed to give me my money! Needless to say, I became irate at this point, prompting my husband to get out of the car and come in to talk to Jeff because it had been 8 days and we were waiting for our refund!!! Jeff and I and my husband went back and forth for about 5 minutes, when Jeff finally got up and went into the office and Andrew, the sales manager, came out, who was really nice and pleasant, walked us to the business office and put my card into the machine and processed our refund. This lets me know that Jeff was lying the whole time and could have given us our refund last week, Thursday when we came up to the dealership after he never responded to our initial text message requesting a refund. Thank you Andrew for providing us excellent customer care even though we were not purchasing a vehicle from Southern Motors Honda.
