Best place EVER for a used vehicle! They went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the car I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in not way pushy, what-so-ever. After I decided on a car the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. I would not recommend!! My time got wasted not 1 time but 3 at first I was approved then when it was time to pick up car I was sent on run around. So i called and was told i had to redo my application and I did then i was told I had to bring in more income and I already had 2 jobs. Once i did the application again for the third time with more income i got pushed off each time by warren like i was getting ignored even with my personal information on file its better ways to handle a customers. My time definitely got wasted!! I even much tried to get a rental with them so I can be riding while my application got process its like I got pushed out the door. So I rented a car with enterprise with great customer service and brought a car with American Car credit and im very much satisfied with them. If yall in the market for a car look else where so your time want get wasted like mines did

Swanns is where I went to finance my first vehicle. Not only were they professional, polite, and honest they got me into a car that I actually wanted. Unlike other dealerships he wasn’t trying to just sell me a car. He wanted to make sure payments and the car would be an actual great fit for me. I had recently got into a car accident and totaled the car I purchased from them. They worked well with my insurance company and got me in another car the same week of the accident. Without them I would have not had transportation. Every car on their lot is quality. I am so glad I chose them to work with. Honest, genuine hard working people who care about their customers.

The male that works at Swanns lied to us. We went to buy my daughter her first car. First we were told he could get he financed for one car then came back and said he could do it for another car. When she turned him down for the nasty car he was trying to push her into buying, he then said he would call her back in two days when they bought more cars at an auction. He never called her back. When she initiated the call herself first he said he didnt remember then said there was nothing he could do to for her as far as financing a car for her. When she reminded him what he said to her, he lied and said he never tried to sell her another car and he never said anything about getting a different car for her at an auction. If I could give negative stars I would.

Charles and Les helped me out with a rental until I could get a purchase nailed down. Straight forward, honest and helped arrange the financing. I recommend them to anyone with confidence.

Purchased a car from them 2 years ago. Descent service, the only person I will necessary deal with is the owner. He helped me out and worked with me to get my car. I only send people to deal with him.

I had the best experience here. I was in a bad situation with not having a car for the last 4 months and was put in even worse position with some recent things. I came here with the mentality that I was probably wasting my time but when I told them my situation it didnt stop them from going to work and not giving up until they were able to achieve success. They did everything and with the best attentive service Ive seen. Ever better than big dealers who would have had me there all day just to come up short. I worked in car business off and on for years and I have to tip my hat to these guys because they are excellent and professional. I strongly recommend their business.

Never Rent A Car From Here!!! The rental office attempted to rent me a car that was smoking and backfiring for an extremely high weekly rate.

Usually they have I DONT CARE attitudes...especially when it comes to renting a vehicle. I was literally 4 blocks away, called and they said they had a rental, I get there and there was no rental in sight. They also do not allow reservations. Just inconvenient.
