(This is a real review from a real SCAD student, Im an MA Industrial Design grad student π)I picked up a rental car from this location two days back to move to NJ. Mackenzie who works here helped me generously through the booking process and helped m choose a car that best suits my needs. She made good recommendations with even the added costs with the rental and Im super satisfied and highly recommend their services.As SCAD students we usually tend to think its cheaper to pick up cars from the airport, but to be honest I found this location and the staff to be super comfortable for students of SCAD.Thanks to Mackenzie and her coworker for their outstanding services.
Tarek gave me such a hard time renting a vehicle and would rather cancel it than listen to the customers concerns.Not sure if it had something to do with the way I looked but definitely received lesser service than others of different skin complection.Would not recomend
Worst experience ever ! I rented a car from here two weeks ago. The car was inspected before I got in to drive the car. The car smelled like smoke and the seats were nasty. I still drove the car for two weeks. I bring it back and I get charged for something that was overlooked by the company first hand. I do not recommend this enterprise.
We arrived at the airport and stood in line for over an hour to get our car. A staff member came out and informed everyone in line that there were no cars left, including for people with reservations like myself. We were told we could wait as cars came in, or they would call us when one was available. The airport was not close to our final destination. Ultimately we left and I changed my booking to another enterprise location. I went to pick up the car the next morning and again no car was available. Our trip was planned assuming we would have a car to get around in. For the first two days of our trip we did not have one. Finally a car was available, but only after I called them to inquire. I wont likely ever use Enterprise again.
I felt really uncomfortable with the assistant manager Tarek made me felt unwelcome didnβt received the car i requested. Gave me a hard time, felt very disrespected and might have something to do with the color of my skin.
My mother was involved in a crash in Savannah where she lives and when she arranged a car with her insurance she called enterprise to confirm. She then learned that location had no cars and when she question why they hadnβt corresponded with her insurance company. The agent completely changed their tone and rather than nicely explaining what the issue was he was condescending towards my mother who had her phone on speaker and was treating her like she was dumb for being confused. Completely sarcastic and had no interest in helping her find another location or discuss other options. We understand stock but I was under the impression the employees were there to help and was hostile about any other option...options we just wantedTo know about.
Couldnt ask for a better experience with this enterprise location. The pickup and drop off were very quick and the location was easy to find.
They were excellent. I needed a rental last minute after my car died. Booked online they called to confirm.Fast friendly check in, got a great vehicle. Had to extend my rental an extra day it was no problem. Overnight drop off they called confirmed the drop and updated me on what my new total fee is. Will be back.
Worst place to every get a car. Ill walk next time.
The Downtown Savannah Location was perfectly located, the staff was accommodating and cordial, the price was fair and the vehicle was clean and ready to go. 10/10

Had a reservation and staff were nice and quick to get me in and out. Took one star away as the car was completely out of window cleaner and the car was dirty. The trunk had dirt in it as well as the backseat. Was as if it had not even been vacuumed from the person before
The car we rented was in good condition and very clean. We were greeted warmly and the staff was quick and efficient. We were on the road about 10 minutes after we arrived. Definitely a good experience!

The staff at Enterprise in Savannah are fantastic! They have helped me out so many times when I have needed a car especially at the last minute. They have a wide variety to choose from and the checkout process is very smooth and easy! I highly recommend them! The cars are great and always clean!

In general I think Enterprise is a solid organization. In particular Im impressed with the quality of the staff. Well educated, polite and competent.In a recent rental from Hyannis, MA, however, I returned a car and was charged for a dent on the hood that I dont believe happened under my watch. I looked the car over with the agent before I took it, but I believe the dent was there at that time and we just didnt notice it. I rented the car through Priceline, and I took insurance that I thought would cover me.But I was told that Id have to go through my insurance company to work it out. That would be a hassle that is not worth it for a small thing. Leaves a bad taste for an organization I otherwise like very much.

1st of all I booked the car for 1 day, Saturday to Sunday. I was not informed that I had to keep the car until Monday be side they were closed on Sundays. (I usually drop the keys in the drop box on Sundays) so that didnt sit right with me at all. Then I go pick up the car and couldnt get it because I was told I had to have a credit card. I never needed a credit card before I always book with my debit card. I was asked do I have a credit card but wasnt told I had to have one to rent this car until I got there. Information like this should be told in advance! If this is the cause I shouldnt have been able to make reservations! I shouldnt even been able to make a 1 day reservation if I was going to be forced to pay for 2!! This was a total income and waste of time! Here I am with a special occasion I needed the car for and now I dont even have! Im totally soooo upset!!
I have never rented a vehicle that was dirty on the inside before.Unfortunately, I experienced this with a recently rented vehicle. Not only was it dirty, but it reeked of cigarette smoke, even though they tell you not to smoke in their rentals. My fault this time, but never again. Now I see why before I got into the vehicle, the agent put the air conditioner on full blast, to cover up the odor π€¨
This is the only location I go to for renting a car! The ladies are so sweet, Iβm always in and out! Iβve rented my last four cars from there, never had any issues... Iβve been going there so much to the point where when I call, the ladies already know itβs me lol
Seriously The best customer service Iβve ever experienced while renting a car from enterprise, or any other company for that matter. This location is awesome and McKenzie goes above and beyond to help- I had my 8month old daughter with me while dropping off my rental and she was so helpful getting my car seat and bags switched to my other car for me. I highly recommend renting a car from here, all of the staff are great.
Enterprise gives the best customer service and convenience. I am always in and out very quickly and love how I am able to return the car back to the closest location to me.
This Enterprise location is exceptional! I had already turned in my rental and went to pick up my car and it was not ready. They had me in a new rental in record time and even upgraded my ride! Kristin is the best customer service rep I have seen in a while. I will go back there for any of my rental needs.

I visited this enterprise location yesterday and was helped out by Mckenzie, and she was nothing less than awesome! Super friendly, understanding, and accommodating with my rental. Long story short, I needed to get from Savannah to Atlanta yesterday and she was very understanding and got me a great car at great price, and on my way in no time at all.
Been riding around in Enterprise rentals for over two months. Love the service. Just wish they have a bigger discount to people who rent for over 30 days. But they have great customer service..

We just returned from a trip from Savannah to Charleston. Rented in downtown Savannah and dropped off at Charleston Airport. Our experience could not have been any better. Enterprise picked us up at our rental in Savannah promptly and the check in was a breeze. At Charleston airport, our check in was smooth. Wanted to give a shout out to Garret who went above and beyond driving my husband and I right to the Frontier drop off so we didnt have to walk all the way with our luggage. Now thats service. Thank you Enterprise and staff!
We were fortunate to have Kristen pick us up from the hotel and bring use to the Enterprise location. After a few days of having the car we were filling up at the gas station when we had βcar trouble.β We called Kristen and she arrived within minutes to help us and was able to fix the issue immediately with a smile on her face! Fortunately, it wasnβt car trouble at all but human error on our part but Kristen still saved the day!!!
These folks are amazing. I have been renting consistently with them for the past several months for business purposes and even personal use. They deliver on time and even call to remind you when your rental is ready. Im always nervous with these places, but no complaints here. I was on my way in five minutes. The only thing Id say is that, I think because my truck was brand new, the sticky residue from the passenger window hadnt yet been scraped off. The truck was in great condition though and had that brand-new smell!I made sure to take photographs of the truck from every angle when I dropped it off in Florida, in case anyone tried to pull a fast one, but my due diligence was unnecessary: my $200 deposit was refunded the next day.

All the ladies that helped my family the day we were picked up from our hotel in Savannah, to getting the van and after the trip as well (to clear up unused prepaid gas) are ROCKSTARS!These women were courteous, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to meet. They did not pick up when requested and were too busy to take me the 1.2 miles back to my hotel after drop off so I had to walk. I called immediately and asked to speak to a regional manager and 12 days later I am still waiting for a call back.

We recently rented from Enterprise in Savannah, Georgia. I arranged our rental through the Montgomery Street location, because it was very near our B&B. I had requested that I be picked up at 10:00 AM. I received an e-mail that morning saying traffic was light, and that they would leave the rental office at 9:50 AM to assure an on time pick up. At 10:15 I called to ask how much longer it would be and was told he had just left. At 10:30 I called again, and was told he was in our neighborhood and was trying to find our location and would be just a minute or two. At 10:45 I called again and was told a second time that it would be just a minute or two. At 10:55 I called again and no one picked up the call. He finally arrived at 11:05 to take us to the rental location which could not have been more than four or five blocks away. I understand that sometimes things dont go as planned and we are late. What I was most upset about was that I kept getting lied to about why he was late. In reality we discovered he was dropping off a client at another location at the same time. I did request a 20% adjustment on my bill and it was applied without question. We had no problems with the car, and returned it at the Charleston, S.C. airport location. Staff there was very pleasant. We dealt with Rachael or Alex, and she could not have been nicer. Initially, I swore I would never rent from Enterprise again, but I am willing to give them another try. Just be upfront with me, and I can be very reasonable.
Would Recommend to anyone! I made my reservations online a view weeks ago and a representative called me the day prior to the reservation date to confirm pickup. My husband and I got there was in an out in less than 10 minutes. Great Service!

Terrible experience. Had a full size sedan reserved months in advance. Arrived to find only pickup trucks with the person saying all the other cars were recalled or damaged ?! We had luggage and other items we needed to leave in the trunk while in a cruise(not to mention it was supposed to rain all day today what to do with that??). It was not ideal but I suggested they reserve us a car along our route to cape Canaveral we could swap it out. They said wed have to find/call negotiate that. They were unapologetic and unhelpful to the max. If we werent in a bind I would have canceled and went to airport to another vendor. We were in a time crunch with our kids and luggage in tow. Worst customer service ever. Hoping to get to an airport to do a swap out today. Terrible terrible experience. Never rent from here.
Terrible phone interaction with 2 agents 9:15am 2/8/19 who had condescending tones and tried to get me off the phone quickly. Ive never been so put of in a non face to face interaction, it actually drove me to compare prices to rent anywhere but there and turns out BUDGET had better rates anyway. Feel like i dodged a bullet
I rent cars almost exclusively from Enterprise and usually am very satisfied with the vehicles I receive. In this instance the car was in poor shape. It had numerous stains on the car doors and the seats. The windows were dirty and the car had obvious body damage. The windshield was damaged as well. I should have requested a different vehicle but as I was only using it for the day it wasnt worth the confusion. The pick up and drop off process was good as usual.
My husband had a reservation with this location, but upon arrival he was told that he could not rent the car because he was using a debit card and they required two proofs of address. Which he could provide his drivers license, a cell phone bill, and two different bank accounts. Apparently this was not sufficient for them, they wanted a utilities bill. So I called to try to work it out and explained to them that all of the utilities bills are in my name, but Id be happy to send them a picture of our marriage license and a utility bill. They refused because we have DIFFERENT LAST NAMES. As though our marriage isnt real because we have different last names.I actually had to call and explain twice because the first time I was put on hold indefinitely and then called again.I also offered to give them a credit card by phone when I spoke to Tracey the first time I called and he told me that they could only take credit cards in person.Seriously, my husband had his address changed on his drivers license just using his cell phone bill. How are enterprises standards so much higher than the governments? Oh wait, according to them our marriage wasnt valid either because I havent changed my name despite being valid in the eyes of the law.
Got an upgrade from a Kia Soul to BMW for free. It was an amazing experience to drive such a nice car. Employees were very curtious and competent. They were dealing with a disgruntled customer excellent while they helped me out. Great experience overall!

Normally I get great service from Enterprise. This location gave good service however our vehicle was a mess. The seats were not clean the interior of the car was a disaster. Typically they offer you some sort of an upgrade when you show up none of the normals that you would expect at Enterprise were done.
A bit difficult to find. They need a bigger sign out front.Once I got there I had my car quickly and was upgraded to an Altima which was a wonderful and fun car to drive. Both check-out and check-in went smoothly and my overall experience was positive.
Representative was excellent. The car had cigarette smoke odor. He tried to eliminate it but it still had the odor. Representative was very courteous and helpful.

The customer service Elliot gave was horrible. Both him and his manager were not helpful but still seemed to take pride in being Enterprise employees. I had a rental car in Houston Texas through my insurance and was just in LA driving in a 2nd rental due to the fact that I couldnt turn in the one in Houston. Came directly to Savannah for work and tried renting a car only for them to tell me its against policy to have two cars under one person. I understand policy but the way they handled this was very unprofessional. I continued to explain how prior to my arrival in Georgia I had no issues renting another car in LA. They mentioned he system was able to bypass this but it was against company policy and that it was only bypassed for companies renting and assigning to multiple people. Point is, they were not helpful, they had an attitude and the place stunk and Elliots excuse was that the people working next door controlled the A/C and didnt care about them....
Enterprise could not have been better - they picked us up at our hotel and drove us to the rental agency. Everything went smoothly. We dropped the car off the next day in Atlanta. The agent at the Atlanta location was dealing with a very difficult customer ahead of us - a woman who was quite anxious and upset about having to rent a car because her own car was at a repair shop. The agent was impressively patient and respectful with her. We will definitely rent from Enterprise again.
The experience was OK - for me. The essential things were fine - for me.The office is small with only two people. It would be nice to have a couple more chairs for customers who have to wait their turn, but there really isnt room for more chairs. Some people had to wait outside.The staff wasnt friendly, but I initially chalked that up to their being too busy at the time I was there.But then they turned away one customer whose personal car had been damaged in a crash, and who had called the office before coming in, to check on availability of a rental car. He explained he was told that there were cars, but when he arrived he was turned away because there were none after all. The staff didnt apologize or offer to help him get to another Enterprise site. Even though they were busy, there was no need to be unkind to the customer. Overall it made me feel sorry I had given my business to this location.
My second time renting there. Service was a 10.They picked me up on my first time renting. Second time I was in and out, with the car I wanted. Pricing was also satisfying!
I rented a car and left some very important items in the trunk when I returned the vehicle. I left and weeks rolled by and I kept wondering where my suit case was . It wouldve been nice to give a courtesy call to let me know I left some items. Arent the cars checked after they are returned? Exactly

Stayed at an RV park and called in for pickup. Long story short: it took almost 2 hours to get picked up, despite providing the staff with my cell, campsite, and RV license plate. Instead of apologizing, the driver tells me not to stress over it. The car was dirty in and out and still had trash from the previous user. The tank was empty and as if this was a great deal, staff tells me dont worry about the gas in the tank, well cover it. Office staff was courteous and did try to make up for the shortcomings by offering a discount on charges when we returned the car but I expect better service from Enterprise.
I needed a vehicle quickly, and they were very accommodating. The front desk staff was very friendly and professional. The car was clean and comfortable. It was an enjoyable experience! !

The place of business is a bite small but they have big hearts in that office.
Convenient downtown location. I rented from them twice. The service was good. Office is extremely small and cramped. The staff was good. First car was a Nissan Altima. brand new. Very clean. Second car was a Chrysler c300. Very nice car. After leaving the office, The oil change alarm came on indicating oil change is 1000 miles pass due. The passenger front tire had some air leak. I did pump some air and it was fine. Inside of the car was not very clean. Nothing major... maybe my expectations are a little higher... but I would have preferred the vehicle spotless. Most importantly, the deal I got for the rental was unbeatable. Best rates in town. I will rent from them again.

The location and experience was good. The only issue I have with Enterprise, in general, is that they close early on Saturdays and are not open on Sundays. I have to use other car rental companies when I am needing access at these times.

What good is an online reservation if they do t have any cars. Visiting from out of town, walked 20 minutes to get to the location only to be told they didnt have any cars available.
This the worst car agency location. I had made my reservation months in advance particularly because Enterprise offers free pick up. When I called a few days before to arrange I was told they dont send until after 9:00 am, we had an 8:00 am reservation. $14 Uber ride later, we arrived for our ordered small SUV and was given the only one available, not a small one. The car was filthy inside and filled with window glass in the seats, around the console and in the storage areas. Pictures will be sent to corporate. When I asked them to clean the Windows the agent gave me a blank stare. I asked for a different car and was told this is all they had! If we were not on a timed schedule, I would have left immediately. Stay Away!

We requested an intermediate SUV but were given choice of Jeep or Acaida. We would have preferred an SUV. But, the vehicle was clean, rode well and team at both pick up and drop off were pleasant and efficent. Thank you.

I had a rental car from this location for over 30 days. They were awesome. when i showed up unannounced they did not have a car for me, but located one immediately. I was in a car accident, so i had to keep getting the rental extended due to the maintenance process. All i had to do was make a phone call and they squared me away. They were also very friendly.
