All the previous reviews 5-star reviews prompted me to use Jureks. What started off as a simple brake quote, turned into same-day service with lots of extra worked performed. However, the work was very necessary and it stemmed from Carls thorough review of all systems. All 4 brakes, sparkplugs, oil change, and rear suspension were all fixed in less than 7 hours. I am confident it would have cost 50% more at a dealership. In short, Carl is competent, affordable, and very professional. No one likes a big expense, but its nice to know there are honest people who simply want to do a good job and get you back on the road.

Carl is honest, does excellent work, is very reliable and affordable. Carls quote for a plethora of issues was nearly half of what the dealer quoted me. In addition, he found issues that the dealers multi-point inspection did not find, and my bill was still way cheaper than the dealer quote. If you want a mechanic honest enough to tell you what needs to be done and what you should eventually have done down the road, instead of trying to use scare tactics to get you to spend as much as possible, give Carl a call or shoot him an email. You will not be disappointed.

This is an excellent place to take your vehicle. I took my moms spare car there. It was barely driven, but also barely maintained. Carl was very understanding and very helpful with advise on what to fix, in what order and still fit into my budget for this project. I will continue to bring my moms vehicle there and likely start doing the same with our vehicles as well. I have to say (and its been a while since Ive been able to praise an auto-shop) but if you want honest good work, this seems to be the place! Thank you so much, Carl! Car is running great!

Went again for another fix on my car. Carl is super fast, very reasonably priced, and always talks through everything he does, which I value because I like knowing what was going on with my car. He never tries to upsell me on extraneous work and is by far the quickest and most responsive mechanic I have ever used. Easily my recommendation to any friends looking for a mechanic in the area. This is where you should take your car if you are looking for a local mechanic who does great work, talks straight, and wont rip you off.

Hes reasonable priced and offers flexible schedule options that works best for the customer - including late-night repair options that you wont see from other repair shops. He is the type of mechanic who definitely cares more about your safety than what’s in your wallet. He’s gone above and beyond for us, goes that extra mile by replacing small things like wiper fluid, bulbs, etc without having us worry about it down the road, and recommending future repairs with reasonable prices. I’ve compared Carl’s “Jurek Service” to other mechanics in the south metro and I cannot find a better value, not just for the service provided but also for the availability and convenience. His schedule can get busy, and his hours aren’t the standard, but he will make time to get you in and out quickly. He’s the only mechanic I’ve known in the suburbs to be available on the weekends, AND into the evenings past 6PM. No other mechanic will help you like this and be non-judgmental in your situation. I can guarantee this. Highly recommend. If you want fast, efficient, fairly priced service and open availability to be in and out on the weekend or into the evenings, this is where you need to be. He is nice guy, but had work done and when he put part back together he cracked a air line that made a code come up that was not there pure audi or when took in for repair so dropped off for him to fix and he charged to fix his mistake, not good practice for good reviews

I met Carl about 5 years ago, and no one else touches any important components on our work and family vehicles.Heres an example of why we work with Carl:About a month ago, our 2007 CX-7 with 87,xxx miles on it was dead in a parking lot on a Friday night.A few hours later Carl gave me the bad news:The starter was dead, but the bigger issuse was a scorched wiring harness. The OEM parts cost was astronomical and I may have thought really hard about a $2000 bill for a 10 year old car.By the time I had read and responded to his text message, Carl had manufactured and tested a repair to the harness and ordered the starter which he installed on Saturday.He is our car whisperer.Kent Gunderson
