Weve used Ever Blue Pool Care for a long time for our home and a rental property. Up until now theyve been professional and responsive. They havent serviced our home pool for 3 weeks which is weird because they serviced the pool at our rental every week in September. Our pool has turned green and they arent returning phone calls, texts or emails yet invoiced us. We are looking for a company to replace them.

They failed to service my pool for 2 weeks in a row and did not call at all. Messages go un-responded to also. After that I canceled them at the start of the month. They never provided any services. And now, after 30 days, I get billed for the service???If I dont hear from them very soon Ill file a BBB complaint.

I have been battling with my pool equipment and trying to keep it clear for years. Dustin came highly recommended by my electrician. He and his staff have tremendous knowledge of all the equipment and options available, not to mention how to install and work all facets of the equipment.
