Excellent customer service and fair prices.

Hands down, this is THE best pool company you want to have. They are extremely professional, very customer service oriented, and go above and beyond their call of duty. Their office lady is always super nice and helpful, and the pool cleaners are some of the nicest people I’ve met. They always do a good job, my pool is always sparkling! They also do lots of tech work as well so they can help with more than just cleaning your pool. Definitely give them a call!

What a great local business!! a professional team that accepts feedback and finds and solves problems with equal ease. theyre prompt and responsible and knowledgeable!! I had a pool heater problem that my installer (Whom I really respect!) AND the gas heater tech both tried to fix to no avail (adjusted gas pressure, pulled down filters, etc) . Logan found the prob quickly and flipped a switch (literally) to get it working again. They value their clients and know their stuff

Escape pools has done a consistent job of showing up and completing their job. They even leave any notes behind if anything needs to be brought to our attention. Even when it needed some repair, the pool or our hot tub they gave us options where they were not the only ones to benefit from the transaction. It’s a family owned business and they always answer or call back immediately whenever I have any questions. They are do a great job and I’m super picky when it comes to any type of services. I’m not very happy with our year of service. I feel I have missed most of the summer due to poor and inconsistent cleaning and unsatisfactory customer service. I would not recommend this company.
