Just came down for a few months and my pool man said our heater was broken . He said it was leaking water all around .I randomly called A and D pools and spoke to Rachel ( on a Sunday ) She was great and said it would most likely be the end of the week to check it out . On Monday I received a call that they were on their way . Brian the service tech checked it and said it was all fine and what was happening was totally normal . I had to offer my credit card for the service call because he didn’t even ask for it . I called Rachel to give her the card and thank them for their honestly and quick service . I am now getting a quote for them to maintain my pool .The owners should be happy with these great employees . So happy I called the right company

A & D Pool is a family owned business that works hard to satisfy their customers. I am so glad that we hired them to renovate our community pool last year and to service it. The pool has never looked so good and we have residents now using it because it is so clean and looks so beautiful. A&D Pool recently repaired a sheerfall water feature in our pool in Sarasota, FL. We had been quoted anywhere from $1,000-$4,000 for the repair. Ultimately, the technician was brutally honest with what needed to be done - and they repaired it for $300. They were quick, friendly, professional and honest. I work with a lot of home buyers in my industry as a mortgage lender - and feel grateful that I now have a great pool repair company that I can refer my clients and friends to. Keep up the great work!

Update*** owner called to speak about issues. He was very friendly and eager to fix the issue. Next day he had a tech out and I must say the pool is clean and blue again I really hope this level of service continues as I really enjoyed speaking with the owner and hope to keep them as our pool service company.I have had this pool company now for a few months and thought it was a little high on price for the size of pool I had but figured it would be good service. I was wrong. Pool has dirt in the bottom and is turning green. I have no idea how this is possible when you have a weekly pool guy but off to look for a new company. Wish I could add pictures of how it looks on here but it’s bad.

A&D Pool Service has taken care of my pool every summer for about the last 4 years. I have been very satisfied. I also purchase my chemicals from them during the winter, and Im equally satisfied with their friendly service and fair prices. I also like the free lollipops on their counter.

I had used A&D pools for years servicing our pool every week and was always happy with this company so much so that I paid them every January for the year. Call me naive for doing so but I had that much confidence in the company. Then I learned they changed hands. I had a few issues under the new management & changed pool companies mid July. It took me 4 months to get reimbursed. They were always very courteous when I called but After many calls I finally stopped in their office to get a check from them. This in my option is very unprofessional.

I recently had a problem with dark spots forming at different areas of the quartz pool finish. Mainly in the deep end but some on the sun shelf too. I took pictures of it and stopped in at the store. The person at the counter tested the water which was good so he had John take a look at it. After asking many questions and spending lots of time with me, John believed he knew what caused it and showed me how to spot treat a small area and if it worked on the small area, how to treat the whole pool. Well, he was right and after treating the pool, my quartz finish is look great and back to normal. Thank you John and team for taking the time to help me fix my problem!

Friendly staff, great customer service. Maintaining my own pool was a headache until I found them. They provide great advice and are always trying to help us save money on up keep where we can.
