I called and spoke with Nicole about getting an estimate for weekly pool cleaning. She was so friendly, helpful, and set up the appointment for the following Monday. They sent someone out to look at our pool and give us an estimate I told him yes and he immediately went to his truck and came right back and started treating it. Our chemicals were off due to lack of treatment. A technician has been out every day this week to make sure the chemicals are right. I have never seen my pool this clean and blue. Impressed is an understatement. My only problem is that I should of called sooner! Thank you so much to everyone at On-Time for being so friendly and efficient.

They (Leslie) constantly communicated to me exactly how and when it was going to happen. Called after the install late afternoon on a Friday to follow up and ensure we were satisfied. We had a little hiccup, Leslie tried to walk me through it. She was unable to do so but immediately got the Service Manager (Brian) on the phone to try and talk me through it. We were able to get it to turn on but we weren’t comfortable with the procedure so Leslie and Brian placed us on the schedule for first thing Monday morning to make it right.I can’t say enough about their promptness and customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone and plan to utilize them for other services as needed.

Starting with Nicole in the office—I was treated with care and respect. Adam met with me and spent ALOT of time explaining how the repair and installation would work. All my questions were answered. He was focused, kind, and had a good sense of humor to boot:) Justin performed the installation and it was supreme! Our realtor recommended On-Time Pool Service when we purchased our Sarasota home from out of state. I asked them to come out and take a look, give us the cost to get our pool in swimming condition for our arrival & also price for monthly service. We arrived 3 days after their “cleaning”, there was a note from the pool stating they had serviced the pool. The pool looked green but we thought maybe it was a reflection or the color of the pebble tech. A few days later, I was still concerned about the pools color & the fact that there was a significant amount of algae in the hot tub grout. I called On-Time & asked them to come back out but they said they were no longer taking new clients. I then took our pool water sample to Pinch-a-penny where they told me there was zero chlorine in the water and looking at the numbers, we should not be swimming in the pool. Someone came out to give us a second opinion & stayed that we had a significant algae problem. We shocked the pool and used a brush, that’s what you see in these pictures. I called On-Time and left a message for a manger to return my call. The manager called me promptly the next morning and after explaining the situation, she agreed that it was not necessary for me to pay the service charge for the visit.I would not use this company or recommend them.

This was our first experience with the pool service and were very pleased with the service we received. True to their name the service man arrived on time and fixed our problem. We definitely will call them again.

We had been using a pool store that also had a pool cleaning service to clean our pool. If the pool tech was sick or otherwise not available, we never knew when or even if our pool would get cleaned that week as they had poor or no backup for him. We go away for weeks at a time and we were always concerned that our pool was not being taken care of.We switched to On-Time a few months ago. The pool has never looked better. The pool tech arrives promptly on the day hes supposed to and, on the very rare occasion that he cant be there, another tech shows up that day for him. We are paying On-time slightly more than what we paid the pool store but it is worth it just for the peace of mind.I also need to make a special mention of our pool tech Saul. He is the hardest working tech that weve ever had. He is always in motion working on the pool and thoroughly does every step of pool maintenance every week which is something we never got from the pool store tech. The great way our pool looks is because of the pride that he takes in doing his job.

The staff at On-Time Pool Service are amazing! When I first acquired their services, a little over a month ago, my pool was in need of serious TLC. The water was cloudy, balance out of whack, and water color was green. The team quickly jumped into action, making daily visits skimming, vacuuming, and balancing out the PH levels until the water was pristine and clear. Since then, there have been a couple occurrences, most recently this past weekend when Sally passed by and dropped a ton of rain leaving the pool with a green tint. Andy the tech came out (same day service) to battle the imbalance and green coloring. Within a 24 hour period the pool was looking right and ready for my kids and I to enjoy! The owners have been excellent and what they deliver is great service. My pool stays clean (water chemistry). The only problem has been the cleaning service person told me they do not sweep the bottom of the pool. When I called the company said they do. I will now watch my recording from my camera outside each time. What they promise is worth the dollars.

We are new residents to Florida and they explained the “ how to” on everything. They came out and fixed my “green” pool and followed up the next day. We had them get the Quick Clean pop up system running, installed a dump drain, and replace the display for the pump timer. Super crew to talk to he was amazing and got things fixed. We have them do weekly service.

What a great experience.. We decided to try an acid wash on our Pool before going the re-surface option. The Staff at On Time was very knowledgeable and provided Daily follow up visits to monitor the pool to make sure the wash was progressing & working as it should. On-Time just installed a new stainless steel handrail on the concrete deck to our spa. Scott from On-Time did an excellent job placing and installing the rail. It looks great and he drilled through 20 year old rock hard concrete to get the exact fit.Previously, Justin from On-Time put in a new control panel, pump, and chlorine generator and also installed a new spa-side remote, heat pump and blower. All expertly installed and not a single problem over a year later.Friendly, professional, experienced, I highly recommend On-Time Pool Service for all of your pool needs. Ted does a great job of regularly maintaining the pool, and Dana made two visits to in one day to trouble shoot a specific issue. We started using On-Time Pool a bit over a year ago after working with a solo contractor for a couple years. On-Time has enough resources to cover weeks when the regular technician is not available, no skipped weeks. Our Service Manager, Megan Jacobs, follows a tight schedule, always leaves a note (which we appreciate), takes time to answer questions and works while she is here, no chatting on the phone or visibly rushing to have aa short day. We are happy we followed some neighbors recommendations when we were looking for a new pool service.

My On Time service manager, Cody S., is absolutely the best pool person ever. During Irma, I was away from home for 10 days while my power was off. Cody kept my pool sparkling despite the power being off all that time. In addition, he had to deal with my porch furniture being in the pool as a precaution during the storm plus piles and piles of leaves that blew in. He did all that while I was away. I know that he put in lots of extra time and effort to accomplish it!! In addition, he leaves me a note each week telling me what he has done and general comments about the pool. Its wonderful to have someone so reliable and also so very pleasant as Cody.I totally recommend On Time Pool Service. They also just finished replacing my pool timer and were out here within a few hours of when I called asking for the repair. They also came back today to check on it. I have noticed when going over to my parents house that their pool has looked amazing in the past couple months. They had issues with other pool services in the past, but are happy with their current results. The person servicing their pool now is Cody, and even my picky dad is so happy to have him. Fortunately they sent over a new pool technician toay who was absolutely phenomenal and extremely knowledgeable. Chrissy is highly professional, is great with customers and has been their saving grace. The five stars is for Chrissy and NOT for Dana, who I never want to step foot on my property again.BACKGROUNDIm in the process of relocating to Sarasota and was absolutely horrified when I took a water sample in to have it routinely tested while purchasing some new pool supplies. What I learned, was absolutely appalling, moreover, nearly fraudulent. There was zero chlorine in my pool, the PH was extremely high and the pool filter had not been cleaned in months. After contacting the company at 5:20pm, via their after hours emergency number, and then a second time after not hearing back from them, they finally called at 8:13pm. The next day, they proceeded to send over the most unprofessional individual I have ever encountered working in a client facing role. Dana came into my home like a bull in a china shop. She lacked any compassion or empathy and was completely rude and condescending. She did not acknowledge the companys mistake nor apologize for any of the issues we were experiencing. Not only was she unprofessional, but she lacked basic pool knowledge regarding my equipment and usage. Even the people working at my house felt she was very sarcastic and rude.

I recently bought my first home with an in ground pool and it quickly turned green. I was unfamiliar with the pool equipment and all the valves and I couldnt find anyone to come out and help me unless I agreed to a one year service agreement. The owner himself; Kirk came out and spent quite some time explaining how all the equipment and valves worked and how to care for the pool, all gratis. He also offered me a good price should I decide to have his company take care of my pool. After just a couple of months of trying to care for it myself, I now understand why home owners contract it out! Kirk is a man of integrity. I highly recommend him and his company.

I tell you what, I reached out to Kirk at on time pool service and started a dialogue about what I needed and he was very honest and authentic and pleasant to speak with. He made his way out to look at my system and make sure that he was quoting me appropriately and told me he’d have a tech out in a day or two and that tech showed up the very same day not a couple hours later. The technician was Justin and he was very efficient and polite. He did his job well he did it quick and I was very satisfied with his service.Overall I can’t say enough good things and living in Florida you need to know a good pool guy and I highly recommend these dudes to get the job done fair and honest. Water is not clear, algae on the water line for 3 weeks. Poorly swept and vaccumed

I want to recognize Andy from On-Time for his patience this week cleaning my pool. Spring storms had dropped bushels of debris into my pool, and the normal 15-20 minute cleaning took 60 minutes or more.
