I ve booked your services using tripadvisor, when I arrived to have my experience I was told you were not providing parasail anymore. I tried to call, I sent text messages and never heard back from you. INever received any email of cancellation. Now I am going back home and don’t have time to reschedule in any other place. I hope you do better costumer service.

Dillon and the Mateo were the best! They made a first time 12 year old feel comfortable and excited about parasailing. We had a blast. Will definitely return. Loved Judds storytelling on the way out. :)

We cannot say enough great things about this parasail experience! Our 2 teenage boys went on the parasail tour and it was the highlight of their vacation! The crew was so professional and made our boys feel at ease while parents stayed dockside at the restaurant. We opted for the GoPro experience which was only $40 additional, we just finished watching the video and it was SO SO good! What a fun way to re-live the experience and will be a memory for years to come. Highly highly recommend!

SO MUCH FUN!! We felt safe the entire time and the views from the top were unbelievable. The crew was awesome, they pointed out some celebrity homes and stopped when we saw dolphins on the way back. Get the Gopro video, its worth it!!

Captains Brad, Chad, and Greg were amazing along with their first mate Jennie.They made the whole experience from start to Finnish an amazing one. There was also this guy Mike.......Great guy! Amazing Guy!! 6 thumbs up for Mike!!! Might name my firstborn Mike!! But for real Phenomenal service!!

Dylan, our Captain, and Matayo, the first mate, made our first parasailing experience great. We had an option to dipping into the water as we descended, but we decided to tip our feet. They provided free water on board. The boat and equipment appeared to be clean, and we felt comfortable in our environment. There is an option for GoPro or pictures while in flight. They were knowledgeable about the area and provided fun tidbits about the area. We suggest you try them out for your parasailing needs. WE WILL BE BACK!!!

Had never gone parasailing before but will definitely be going again! Wish I could stay up there longer! The entire crew and staff were very professional throughout the entire experience and it is easy to notice they love providing an amazing experience to all their customers!

Amazing expierence! Have been parasailing 3 times, and this is by far the best company. Chad, Jenny, Greg, Brad, and Mike took very good care of me and my family. They were very personable and gave us an experience that will last a life time. If you are near the Tampa/Sarasota are and would like to parasail.. look no further!

Do not book any parasailing flights with Key Parasailing. They decided to call me at 2:45 pm when we supposed to start parasailing. They called me saying they have been having issues with their boat for 4 days they got it fixed and got it approved by the coast guard saying they can use it then this apparently this morning their turbo went on it. The lady that called me didnt even call me on business phone number. What makes this while situation worse is for the fact she called me at the same time me and my friend were supposed to have been parasailing. They are lucky we didnt drive an hour or more to get here. And then the lady didnt ask me if I wanted refund or for the money to go back into my bank account. Then she didnt know when I was going to receive the money back into my bank account. She was not helpful at all. She went on to give me a number for a parasailing place but didnt give me the name to it... PS poor customer service. She didnt know if she would even rebook again poor customer service. If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Also they only have one boat again poor customer service what boating company only has one boat and your whole business has to work with boats for you to make money. You would think you should have two boats so if some thing like this would happen you could still make money . I am NEVER ever coming here or booking here again and if I dont have money back in two days I will add to this review and say this place is a scam. P.s. did I mention today is my friends birthday.

So I had a appointment for parasailing 2:45 today we booked this a long time ago my friend and I get there and 5 mins later they tell us the boat has been broken for 4 days and we can’t get our money back for 2-3 days the fact they were still taking appointments online really says something 0 out of 5 😑
