Julio was able to locate the tires I was looking for. I couldnt make it the day we had set up for install. I wasnt able to come in until a few days later. I should have called because Julio was off that day. One of my tires was in bad shape so I didnt want to wait. Ryan said he could help and it wouldnt be a problem. Julio did a great job as he had everything set up in the computer and Ryan ran it through. Didnt take long and Im feeling safe on the road again. They both were so helpful and it was nice to witness great team work. Its not always easy to find these days. Thanks again, see you next time !

On August 24th, 2021, I traveled to Sarasota from out of state. Upon arriving, I reached 20,000, and required service on my vehicle. A maintenance for life plan was part of my original purchase. It turned out to be only my group of dealers, and not the manufacturer. Nick Munn was my service advisor; and went above and beyond to find a coupon to help me. They also give a voucher for the cafe. They would have also washed my truck afterwards, had I not installed an aftermarket roof rack. Great service guys; and thank you Nick!

A couple of nails in a tire on the 1st full day of vacation could have made for a bad start to the week, but they ordered a new tire, installed the spare while we waited, and had it replaced the next day. I had an issue with the vehicle I recently purchased. Daniel worked to make sure me and my truck was taken care of. They would have been technically in the right to force me to pay for the repair, but Daniel showed excellent customer service skills and ensured the issues were fixed by the dealership. This is a rarity in the world of auto repair and was greatly appreciated. I have nothing but positive things to say about Sarasota Ford on every side of service!

Great and quick service! Fair prices, too! Went in for a tire patch as we were driving through town. We were in and out in 30 minutes. Plus, we left with full bellies from the complimentary vouchers at the in house cafe. Wish we had this at home!

We needed four new tires on our 2015 Ford Edge. We made an appointment, we were given a time frame which was accurate. While waiting we were able to relax in the Ford Theater and watch a movie and enjoy some free snacks. Nick, the assistant service manager was very professional and had the job done as quickly as he could with the staff that were available. Always friendly, and a free car wash is offered as well. Nick helped fill out the rebate for the tires and sent that in on our behalf as well.

Nick was seriously the best. He searched diligently to find me the lowest quote possible and even went above and beyond to get the parts as quickly as possible. We were in a pinch being on vacation but Nick and his team definitely saved the day! Excellent service!!

The employees are very nice but every time i get an oil change, WITH AN APPOINTMENT it takes at least two hours. Today when the service advisor asked the tech how much longer? the tech shrugged and said dont know, never done a Prius before. This is especially interesting because the finance people at this dealership assured me that the extended Ford coverage warranty would ensure that the mechanic that services my car would have the appropriate Toyota certification.. Again the service advisor is a really pleasant nice guy, but why make an appointment? And why is this dealership trying to service non Ford brands of they dont have appropriate staff?

Great service.. They were able to take me same day for an oil change. It took about two hours but with the Cafe voucher and massage chairs.. Plus a walk to publix for grocery shopping, it was a great experience. I would recommend

Outstanding service, friendly customer rapport, and the best waiting facility while your car is in service. Waiting area includes a convenient make-to-order sandwich shop, massage chairs, and a small movie theater. I might come here just for date night 😁!

Great tire service! They took care of us as they were about to close on a Sunday. Offered great customer service, good price and even gave us complimentary car wash to top it off!

They tried all they could to solve my tire sensor problem but unfortunately the tire sensor makers are monopolies that do not allow other tire sensors programming tools to read or program a sensor unless it is their own. Interesting, monopolies are illegal in the United States.

Called to ask if they can take me right away for a quick oil change. They said yes. Drove there 15 minutes away only for them to tell me the wait is 2 hours. Bunch of bozos.

Quick Lane-Even though I bought my truck in Venice Ford and I could get the my service and oil changes elsewhere cheaper, I will never go anywhere else. This Quick Lane is the best in the area and the manager, Thomas, is absolutely spectacular. You wont find a cleaner and better organized service department anywhere. I can actually trust the work being done (you can watch it yourself while you wait) and if theres ever an issue, Thomas will be sure to make it right, immediately.

Matt Coppens really went the extra mile in taking care of my Fusion’s two, yes two flat tires. I was back on the road in just an hour and enjoyed a complementary snack while I waited. Matt really expedited the process. I have come to realize that they not only live up to the “Quick” but just as important is that their service is reliable and high quality. Great service! On the Sunday morning before Christmas Eve I noticed a nail in my tire. I was very concerned about getting a repair done in time for the holidays. Quick Lane was open early that morning and they started on the repair right away. They even offered complimentary Uber service so I could go to church while the repair was under way. It was completed by the time church was over. The cost of service was very reasonable. Manager Jimmy Savaiano followed up to make sure all was well with my car. This is a very nice business located conveniently near downtown. Highly recommended!

Good fast service

Tried up-selling us on a set of 4 new tires because of low tire pressure light ON. Instead of fixing and let us go our way they refused service conditioning to either replace all 4 tires or they would not do it. Had to pay 100$ ride to get back to Tampa airport, car sat at their parking for 3 days. When i sent the car to another car service all tires had more than 50% thread left, beside alignment nothing else was needed (and one new tire). Very disappointed the way they tried intimidating us with you should not be on the highway with these tires.
