I was referred to Quality Driven by the BMW Dealership parts counter. He quickly diagnosed my gremlin and repaired it. He also discovered a life threatening mistake a previous mechanic had neglected to finish. Jeremy has been my mechanic for 7 years. He has become like a brother to me. His shop is a small operation with terrific customer service. His prices are very reasonable. He stands behind his work. The best!

I have a Nissan Altima that needed a major AC repair. As a woman, finding a mechanic that I feel I can trust is usually a challenge. A friend suggested Jeremy at Quality Driven and I gave him a try. His price was very affordable but I was still a bit nervous since I had never worked with him personally.When I arrived at his shop it was simple with no fluff, awesome ... that means I was not paying extra for a fancy location. His repair bay and office were very clean and organized. Jeremy was extremely professional and welcoming. He opens early so I could drop my car off before work. He was dressed in uniform with gloves on.... I know those are silly things to notice but in my opinion if you keep yourself and your shop in order I trust your repair far more than shops that look like a junk yard. I also knew that my car was not going to end up with oil and grease stains. In the end I can honestly say my over all experience was excellent and although I do not wish for another major repair I will go back to Quality Driven when the time comes. The repair was done right, the quote was the same as the end bill, and he is a mechanic I can trust.
