I have been using Jay & Dean for a year now. My service with them started when I had gotten in an accident and my insurance company used them. I am beyond happy my insurance company chose these guy otherwise who knows what kind of shape my vehicles would be in! As a female I do find it hard to find a trustworthy auto repair place because I do not know how it works. Coming to this establishment, Dean always explains my vehicle issues to my understanding. This is very important to me! I use them for body work, oil changes, installing tires, balancing, alignment, hard to reach bulb replacement, engine light diagnostic, and just recently rear and front brakes! I could not be happier with their services and I highly recommend them! If I chose to move to another place I honestly would drive an hour to have them repair my vehicles! These guys are hands down the best and most importantly trustworthy!!!

Stopped by when doors opened on a Monday morning for what I thought was a simple repair to fix noise from running over truck tire on interstate. Dean quickly determined it was something more severe as my transfer case had pinholes and was pouring out any fluid that he added. Set me up with Ralph’s Transmission just down the street and by Tuesday evening I was enjoying my vacation again. He wasn’t even gonna charge me for the work but finally accepted $20 for two quarts of fluid and 1-hours worth of work. Thanks Dean!!

I was driving from S. FL to Tampa for a meeting when my low tire pressure light went on. I pulled into a Wawa to put air in the tire and assess the situation. A really nice man asked if he could help, as it was raining and I obviously was not dressed for this job. He called Jay & Deans to see if they had time to look at it. They said yes. We Thankfully, my car was able to make it to them. They stopped whatever they were working on to put my car up and check all the tires. They patched a nail and sent me on my way. I tried to pay them for it, but they would not accept my money, so writing this review is the least I can do for such helpful and compassionate people. If I lived in the area, they would be my new mechanics for sure.

My husband and I have been coming here for about 11 years. They are honest and reasonably priced. They do what needs to be done, not what will make them a quick buck which has built trust over the years. They give you advice about your car as if they were a knowledgeable friend-not someone trying to make money off of you. Will continue coming here as long as theyre around.

Finding a fantastic, trustworthy, automotive repair shop is very difficult to do. My husband and I are VERY thankful to have met these guys years ago. Jay and Dean are great people, with a great team of mechanics. If you dont need something done, you wont hear about it...and if you do need something, then they will be honest with you. If the repair isnt absolutely necessary to have done right then, they will tell you so, and then tell you approximately how long you have until you need to have it repaired.My husband and I highly recommend Jay and Dean! They do great work, with very reasonable prices, and they are honest people, who treat their customers how they would want to be treated. We wouldnt trust anyone else with our vehicles.

Love to support small business and both of these guys are great. My son, who lives here, took me to a mechanic he knew well that was on the same street. That guy happened to be closed that day. I got back in the car and used google maps to search for another shop. 600 feet away was Jay &Deans with a great rating.Drove over and they were able to get me in in 2 days. Super work and far less than the car dealership I use back home.

Knowledgeable and honest !!!! Took my 2002 Hyundai in for an engine noise that sounded bad. Dean recommended a cheap fix and advised me to use the car until it needed a major fix which he predicted would be 1-2 years away. He could have easily prompted me to spend the major cash outlay now (a used engine replacement, or a rebuild), but obviously making the quick buck is not his thing. Would, and do, recommend him.

Ive been going to Jay and Deans for almost 10 years and i have not one complaint. J&D are easy to work with, down to earth and have made maintaining my car so much easier. I hope my experience is considered for any lurkers on here, rather than the few who went there once and had a bad experience. Nobody is perfect and I know Dean would go out of his way to make it right if given the chance. 10/10 i DO recommend my friends. My entire office goes there :)

I have been using jay & deans for years because they are honest and always do great work. Anyone looking for a great mechanic should go to Jay & Deans.

We brought a vehicle in for a very simple repair. It needed a new radiator and A/C condenser. If I had time I wouldve done it myself. We were quoted $700 for the repair and ended up paying over $780 for extra work. When the vehicle came home I noticed, by just opening the hood, that a wire running to the radiator fan was left unplugged. I guess they didnt feel the need to check their work. The underside of the vehicle was also covered and dripping with every fluid you can think of so there was obviously no post inspection for leaks or pressure testing. We followed up with the shop a few days later to see why they did such an unprofessional job and the mechanic just said oops and sorry and disappeared back into the shop. We were treated as if we were bothering them and that the errors were no big deal. We will never return and we will make sure that everyone is thoroughly informed about the lack of service and workmanship this shop puts out.

Such peace of mind to have mechanics you can trust and rely upon, Im a nurse in graduate school and on the interstate daily in my not so new vehicle, but these guys help me to feel safe and that is invaluable!!
