The one time I had to make a claim due to storm damage, it was handled professionally and lightning fast! I have been extremely pleased over the 6-7!years I’ve had the policy!

My experience with NBOA has been extremely positive. I recently purchased a new boat and required insurance. I called NBOA and they got on it immediately. I was able to choose my policy from two companies presented. Documents were sent via email for signature. DONE! This all happened within a 1 hot window.

The only downside of this coverage was that valuation surveys were required every 3/4 years. Even after paying for those and factoring in my premiums, this was still by far the least expensive complete coverage that I could find and I was covered for more than basic coverage. The service from my agent, Donna, was excellent, professional and pleasant every time we spoke via phone or email. When we buy our next boat, we will be returning customers.

Scam, do not use. Got a quote for boat and trailer insurance for $17,000 ($16k for boat, $1k for trailer). I called in and paid the premium but when I got the policy it had changed to $16,000 ($15k for boat, $1k for trailer). After 3 weeks of multiple calls and emails they would not correct their mistake and gave me the run around. Do not waste your time! I have a feeling this is standard practice for them and many people dont notice the drop in value.

I only googled this place for a friend and Have been harassed 10 times a day on sales calls I’ve had to add call block to my phone. I’ve called themSeveral times to have my name and number removed for their list and nothing has happened.. my suggestion do not do any business with them. They will harass you to no end.. nightmare company

Called for an insurance quote and a lady answered the phone that sounded like she was 100 years old and told me the agent was busy with a customer and I could leave a message on the answering machine. I told her I wasnt interested in leaving a message and she immediately hung up. Is there only one agent that works at the company? So there isnt a hold option?
