Sent two emails, she ignored me both times
Called today to add a vehicle to my policy. Dealt with Stephanie, she was great. Very friendly, quick, and efficient. Had insurance and documents to me within minutes. Thank you Stephanie!!
This office makes you forget State Farm is an insurance giant with their personal attention and care. I have had a great experience from setting up my polices to various cancellations and questions along the way. I recommended a coworker call for a quote, and he ended up switching insurance companies and cutting his bill in half thanks to utilizing Drive Safe and Save.
Chicken Bryan outstanding. Must go on right chef. This meal much better than last. 5 stars 2 bartender. Gave me that tip
The service I receive from Leslie and her team is Over the Top! I am in the restaurant business so I know how important great service is. The agency is full service (I have, life, auto, homeowners, umbrella, and also some other financial services). I always receive a courtesy call if I am late with a payment. Darla is the one I usually deal with......but Leslie is always available if needed. Everyone makes me feel like I am their most important client. I have referred many friend and associates to Leslie, and they cant thank me enough! I sometimes take my payment to the office just so I can visit. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND
As a long time (decades) State Farm customer with life, multiple home, and auto policies, I thought of the State Farm people as neighborly, helpful and part of one’s team when dealing with various issues such as notary service. Hence I was shocked and tremendously disappointed when the receptionist told me they only notarize State Farm business. I don’t require notary service every day but required a notarized form from another insurance company. In summary, don’t use this agency because they can’t look beyond whatever “chicken..” rule they made up in order to use common sense to help a loyal and long term customer who spends several thousand dollars a year for their products. Move on tothe next State Farm agency because most don’t reflect this short sighted, bureaucratic attitude, all with a “warm” smile as the door hit’s one on the way out.
Excellent. Very fast and knows her stuff thanks to Stephanie
I am a Canadian and have used this agency for the past four years to insure a car we own in Florida. They have been wonderful in assisting me in keeping my coverage and account up-to-date. Also, State Farm allows the policy to suspended more than one time in any given year which is not common. A simple phone call and the policy is suspended or re-instated. I miss Kathleens efficiency, but the others in the office are equally as helpful and friendly. She still offers advice from afar as attested to below. Thanks. I highly recommend this agency especially if you have a situation similar to mine.
As a former licensed FL agent, and one who likes to keep things simple, Laura, please think about what I will explain. Corporate employees, agents, and agent staff.Staff works for the agent.Agents OWN the agency, but much like McDonalds, have certain guidelines they must follow from corporate and also from the State Insurance Commissioner.CLAIMS REPS, work for CORPORATE .Staff are NOT TRAINED Claims reps.It is for that reason, CORP CLAIMS REPS handle any claims, and they do not answer what if questions, because until a claim is filed, there are not any factors yet to determine what may be paid. Also, think of when you go get a mammogram, the tech who performs the mammogram, cannot READ the scan and answer your questions, legally.agents and their licensed staff, CANNOT answer those kind of claims questions.and in addition, you mention the collision premium, if it is worth paying, on a 10 year old auto.Only you can know if the premium is worth it, EVEN without a what if answer from claims.Staff and agents do not your know about your finances.I hope this helps Laura understand more about FL insurance. As a client of Leslie Jeffrey, for over 8 years, and yes, formerly one of her licensed stand staff agents, I know without a doubt, she and staff are most concerned with what is best for clients. And do their best every day.
I have had nothing but bad experiences with this Agency!! .I highly recommend looking elsewhere!! When I did FINALLY, get to talk to Leslie herself, she was condescending and rude, My only question was what my car would be worth if it was totaled today, No one would answer my question. They would not even look into answering my question. Their only answer was that they could not answer that??! WHAT?? They were are all so rude, so condescending and just told me flat out they couldnt tell me the worth of my car....OKAY???WHO CAN? I tried corporate and they were no better. I just wanted to know if it was worth paying $100 a month for a car that was 10 years old, with a salvaged title and over 100,000 miles on it. You would think my car insurance company would be able to answer that for me? Instead they were rude and told me to find another agent...because I asked a legitimate question???
Outrageously expensive
I left Leslies agency after moving out of town and realized once I had to deal with a different office how lucky I had been to had found her and her staff. Back now and back with that agency and I wouldnt go anywhere else. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and Leslie always helped my mother and family with their insurance and muddling through papers we didnt understand. I give 5 stars! And yes I agree with Samantha, they cant tell you how much youll be paid in a claim for your car! No one can! Lol!
Ive been their customer since 1999 never had a claim nor accidents since, in fact i wasnt sure if i should be writing a review about this but i believe they deserve this and hope that this review would make an improvement on their end so no one would experience what i had, anyways, i always paid my dues and premiums on time, i had found out that i have a red light ticket where the ticket fine was sent to my old address (i was in a process of moving, didnt change driver license address on time) so ticket was sent to my old address where i wasnt aware, so traffic system suspends my license due to non paying ticket, it was like $158.00, had i known i wouldve paid right away why would i risk it !,, the funny story was my insurance company i was doing business with never notified nor called me that they are about to drop me off of their policy, because my suspended license due non paying traffic ticket i wasnt even aware i had. so basically i was driving with suspended license and no insurance for few months, when i found out i had suspended license by a coincidence ( went into office to change address) i was told that my license was actually suspended due to having no insurance not because i had received a ticket, i know it is a bit complicated this is why im upset!!! so ( my insurance dropped me because i had a ticket)what im complaining about is that my insurance said theyve sent a mail to notify me that my insurance was about to cancel, (again i was in a process of moving so i didnt receive the letter) AND I SAID, FOR AN IMPORTANT DECISION LIKE THIS WHY DIDNT YOU CALL ME INSTEAD their response was sorry
