I couldn’t be anymore thankful to have been introduced to Dr.Bretz his care is like no other, not only is he passionate about what he does but he is truly there for you as a medical professional. I have never have had such a good experience anywhere else like I have had at DR.Bretz, I have always been nervous when it comes to going to any doctor but he’s about the only doctor that made me feel at ease and comfortable and listens to all my concerns and he is so rapid at making you feel better! Before being referred to Dr. Lugo at All-In-One Medical Clinic, I was losing hope of ever being free of pain again. After almost a year of being treated for damage from a car accident, and not getting relief, I was sent to the wonderful fold of caregivers at this incredible clinic.After my first visit, I knew that I was in the right place to receive expert care and compassion to help with the debilitating pain I was experiencing.To say that Dr. Lugos knowledge of how to address pain is incredible is an understatment. I know how truly blessed I am to have been sent to her. These folks are incredible they get to know you and your situation. They take the time to talk to you about how you are feeling. And from the time I first stepped in the door I was made to feel like family everyone truly makes you feel at ease and comfortable. No matter how bad I feel when I get there I walk out feeling relaxed and the total opposite of when I entered.. I consider my self lucky to have been referred to these Doctors and there clinic they are making a hard time in life so much easier knowing I’m under there care. All-In-One Medical Clinic is by far THE BEST clinic I have ever been to or even heard of. If I could give then a 10 star review I would. This place was so great that I seen 1 person had given it a 1 star review so I actually took the time to scroll down past all of the 5 star reviews, all 45 of them I think, to make it to this one 1 star review. The person claims they had a scheduling mix up, which happens everywhere. But I can guarantee that what this person didnt go on to say in their review was how the team at All-In-One made sure to fix it with professionalism and courtesy. I dont write many reviews, only when I feel that people need to know how great a place is and of alm the reviews I have made All-In-One is by far THE BEST place I have ever took the time out of my busy day to leave a detailed review on how great they are. From Dr. Bretz who is very kind and gives you the time and listens to your issue and then does his best to fix it. And then there is Mickey who does a great job with the rest of the team to run the therapy and front office. And I saved the best for last, Elyse!! She has gone out of her way on many occasions, most of the time on her days off or even after she is done working (which is never) because she gives her entire heart and soul into this great business. I actually sent them an Edible Arrangements to thank then for everything they do. Dr. Bretz and Miguel are great! It has been over 10 years since my last chiropractic adjustment and Ive been experiencing a lot of lower back and neck aches recently. Dr. Bretz took his time to get to know me and explain to me everything that was going on (I never once felt rushed), and you can really tell that he really cares for his patients. Both Dr. Bretz and Miguel are clearly very knowledgeable and know what they’re doing. Im thrilled I found Bretz Rehabilitation through the amazing Dr. Elyse Lugo! I left the office feeling much better, and looking forward to going back in a few days.

They have given me my life and mobility back. I have been getting Chiropractic adjustment with Dr. Brett for the last 4 years and he has helped me so much. Recently I had pain in my knees and so I had an MRI on both. It showed tears on both knees in the meniscus, ACL and various other issues. Dr. Elyse started injections to help heal and lubricate to prepare it for PRP. In October my knee was huge and sore and I could not bend it very far. Now there is no more swelling and I I can move freely. I work as an actress which is very physical and I thought my career was going to be put on hold or over. Dancing, jumping twisting is a part of every work day. I did not miss one day of shows and I can do everything with no pain. If you find yourself with pain please visit Dr. Elyse and Dr. Brett. I can not thank them enough for all they do.

Highly impressed w/ this doctor, as well as his entire team! This was my 1st visit to a Chiropractor since probably around the age of 6 or 7… Saw Dr. Bretz this a.m. for an unexplained pain in the lower right area of my back (felt as though something slipped out of place). Upon walking into the office, I was immediately greeted by a very friendly receptionist & the office Mgr.During my all of 5 minutes of waiting, I got the impression they are one big happy family at this doctors’ office, and it really shows in their goings-on… Great atmosphere! Amazing energy!His technicians & assistants were all very friendly & professional. Communication was excellent, and there wasn’t a moment I didn’t feel completely comfortable & informed of what they were doing or planning to do. I was thoroughly examined & Xrayed before any adjustments were made. I will definitely be back for any future back-issues (hopefully there are none though!)... HIGHLY recommend Dr. Bretz & his team!

I first went to see Dr. Bretz after I felt like my regular chiropractor wasnt making any progress with an ankle/foot issue that started in April.Dr. Bretz and his professional and friendly team spent a lot of time to ask many questions including level of pain in different parts of my body beyond just my foot/ankle.Very thorough!Dr. Bretz adjusted me from head to toe and then the Physical Therapist took over. Ultrasound, muscle manipulation and stretching techniques. Again, very thorough.It took just a few visits to get me back to normal and back to the gym.Im very happy with my decision to set up that first appointment.

What can you say about a doctor who truly listens, writes down everything that’s wrong with you and does calculations on what injections to utilize to take your persistent pain that cripples and disables you. Enter the most intelligent woman who is a huge part of this new clinic. Her name is Dr. Lugo and if ever I have been impressed by a medical practitioner, THIS would be the winner. This woman analyzed all of my medical history and information and that is when I saw her write formulas like if she was an Einstein. She explained what my problem was and began my treatment. I feel as if God was directly showing her what to do. Her way of doing trigger point injections was phenomenal and never once did she make a move without warning me. It didn’t hurt although the next day I felt a small but minute discomfort from the injections. She has done my 3rd round and for the first time in over a decade, I don’t feel like an invalid. Folks, if you suffer from pain, stop and go to All In One Medical Clinic. It’s truly a team ambiance and all 3 doctors are a phenomenal team. The best doc Ive ever been to, Dr. B has awesome bed side manor, is very knowledgeable, personable, and is not a total stick in the mud, like most docs. Dr. Bs treatments have helped my mobility tremendously. Much more than pain pills ever did. When ever I go to see him I feel like my issues are the only issues he is worried about, even though I know he has other patients, a family etc. Docs adjustments are better than any other chiropractor Ive ever been to. The staff is always nice, and if they dont know an answer they will find the information. I cant sing this docs praises enough. If you want a excellent doc who will treat you with respect, caring, and still be knowledgeable, quick witted, advanced in his field, then Dr. B is your guy. Dr. B also does volunteer work with athletic kids in public schools to help them with their chiropractic needs. Really how many doctors do you know do much volunteer work to help their community. sometimes when the snow birds come the office can get busy, but there is coffee, and a giant tv, and Ive met some really interesting folks in the lobby. however unlike some doctors who make you wait forever, its a blue moon this happens with Dr. B. I always leave the office feeling better than when I came in.

I had cronic pain in my knees where I was having a hard time walking. Thanks to Doctor Lugo who did injection in one of my knees, now I can walk without pain. Also, my lower back I have a herniated disc. Dr. Lugo did the same injections to my lower back and now no more pain. Thank you so much for helping me. Now I can live my life pain free.

Last week, I walked out of my doctors office because I waited for an hour without being seen. That experience NEVER happens at Bretz Rehabilitation Clinic. The moment you walk in, you feel absolutely special and you know that the staff there is going to help you feel better. This place is off the chart for customer service! I looked for an experienced chiropractic and rehab (therapy) clinic after I moved to Sarasota FL permanently from Ohio. I had a great chiropractor in Ohio, Dr. Chuck Markulis, and wanted to find someone close to his care and understanding of my pain issues. Dr. Christopher Bretz is an outstanding doctor of chiropractic care. He is very personable and very good at his profession. He makes sure you feel comfortable throughout your treatment. He never makes you feel as if you have to make multiple appointments. His primary goal as your doctor is your well being. The clinic is well staffed with professional, knowledgeable, friendly people. Therapy, which includes core strengthening with personal training stretching exercises are a critical part of the healing process. Most people think stretching is irrelevant to the healing process - NOT SO! Professional Therapeutic Massage (TPM) is also offered. They also offer spinal decompression treatment which has helped me immensely. The full service rehabilitation clinic will get you feeling better and back to being pain free.

I met Dr. Bretz from a car accident I had with 2 of my boys in May 2015. I was stiff, in severe pain and could not accomplish daily tasks. He informed me of everything that needed to be done on his part and mine. 5 months later I had my life back, mobility, no pain, walking vertically, and able to enjoy life once again as it was before the accident (if not better). He was great and understanding with my boys (one with special needs), they also received treatment are now doing great. Strongly encourage anyone that has been severely hurt by auto accident, personal injury or otherwise, this is the doctor you need to see.

After my daughter and I were rear ended we werent sure the pain we were in was normal,but with a partial tear in my rotator cuff & whip lash.....Dr.Bretz & his staff have been Wonderful and we are both feeling much better.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I called for an appointment and was given at 3:00 time. By 3:30 the Dr still wasnt to the office so they rescheduled me for 9am the next day. In severe pain I releuctantly agreed. Again the following day, by 9:20 am the Dr still was not in. Not sure how this office has gotten the reviews it has, maybe mine was just a bad experience but I would never recommend this place. Do your self and body a favor an go up the street just 1.2 miles to Rist Chiropractic and Wellness

This place is HORRIBLE! The staff is rude and talk about things that should not be spoken of in a professional office I had a 9am appointment and wasnt seen until 9:45am because the Dr was late! Who runs a business like that?! It supposed to be all about the patients they will soak up your money and make you feel even more horrible then you did when you walked in. I DO NOT reccomend this chiropractor to anyone!!!!!! Save yourself and your body!!! Especially if you were in an auto accident!!!!! They over exceed treatments and send you to more places than you should be!!!

I am checking into the matter of fraud/scam since I have not met Dr. Bretz but rather a Dr. Wise. He treated me for 10 minutes and charged $100. The Bretz Rehabilitation Clinic is actually a massage place with alot of SALES HYPE. They will try to sell you packages and everyone is a sales manager. History and success is difficult to find on them.

Out standing service & Doctor- walked - no crawled in- was in PAIN, from accident! Did not believe he could make me walk & talk again. Looked like Hunch back of Notre Dame my back curved as my spine looked like snake has crawled up my shirt. I was doubt-ful anyone can fix me. To my-surprise he has, admit it wasnt easy took some work on my part, hell years of being Landscape contractor toiling & digging holes in the earth, climbing then falling out of trees has not made me strong but has made me HURT & BREAK! I walking again, wish I can still keep on with him & his staff, but insurance companies dont care. Im now paying out of pocket, dont mind as his price is reasonable, after all is your health worth?
