My LG dryer stopped heating last week, Mark came out, diagnosed it and ordered parts while he was here. He could have came back to make repairs the next day but I was having surgery. He was understanding and flexible to give me a couple of days to recuperate. Mark just left a few minutes ago, the dryer heats up just as it should, we couldn’t be happier! Mark could not diagnose my whirlpool refrigerator issue, but I still paid $79 service charge. Called another service provider and they diagnosed it right away. Got new part and now it is working fine. Out the $79, and almost out another $1500 buying a new fridge. Glad I got a second opinion.

I have a drier that stopped producing heat. I called Appliance Repair Guy and spoke to Mark. He was quick to diagnose the problem over the phone and encouraged me to explore all my options before having my drier fixed. Mark called me the following day and I told him that I would like him to come service my drier. He arrived the same day and displayed extreme professionalism. Rick is awesome. I had some trouble with the washer after a week. Rick came out that day and got it working for me. Hell have to come back again to replace a faulty switch that he didnt have with him. No charge. He had put in a new switch before he sold it but it was faulty from the manufacturer. He will take the loss on the switch and the house call. This is pretty amazing given that its clearly understood that his machines are as is. He does everything he can to assure that the machines he sells are in top working condition and then goes the extra mile when something doesnt work out. Im so grateful to Rick for his kindness and expertise. No charge for this excellent service. Wow!

Amazing! Spoke with Mark. Completely honest and trustworthy. Called my renter direct and diagnosed the issue with our dryer. Then called me and gave me the part number so that I could order the part directly! Never have had this experience before with a repair company! No charge at all from him! Highly recommend...didnt know these types of repairmen still existed!

Excellent. Very honest. I spoke with him over the phone because my dryer would not turn on. He said that I just needed a replacement knob for the dryer because the one on there was cracked. No need for a service appointment since I only had to order the part.I will be moving into a condo soon and I will certainly call him back if I need any appliance repairs in the future.

Never written a review before, but simply have to now. Mark is my hero. I had both dryer and disposal not working, during high season, with so many guests visiting! called Badger Bobs here in sarasota. they told me they would order the parts and be back. 2 and a half weeks later, still no parts! called Mark at appliance repair and he not only got the parts needed, but he was able to fit me in. THE SAME DAY!!!! so, Mark is my hero. oh and he was really nice, super respectful of my pets, quick, clean and oh, did i mention he is my hero?!

Had a refrigerator go out in a rental house on a Sunday. Monday morning I got a hold of Rick at Appliance Repair. He had his technician, Mark, call me within an hour to set up a convenient time THAT day to come take a look. Mark knew exactly what was wrong within just a few short minutes and got to work. Not only was he on time, he was clean, friendly, efficient, and reasonable. We will definitely use Appliance Repair Guy in the future!

MUST CALL! This guy Rick knows his stuff, I went to his warehouse when my washer finally died and he had a nice variety of washers right there to choose from at great prices. Plus, shelves of parts for all kinds of appliances. Washers, dryers, dishwashers, etc etc. Ill be calling him for a dishwasher next. Thanks Rick.

Over the phone, Mark diagnosed the issue with my washer, which he believed was not worth repairing. I saved time not having to meet Mark at the house. This guy is honest. my husband called him he was so helpful led us in the right direction told us what part we needed to fix it. Spent 13 dollars on part. I will tell everyone to call this man if they need a repair guy.
