We had some issues with the electrical after the mini splits were ordered and they worked into the night the day before the install to get the 110 volt units because the 220v units were not going to work. Chris was awesome.Richard Armstrong the installer was knowledgeable and did a great job with a great attitude. Strongly recommend these guys and D & D Air for your upgrades and repairs.

They moved the air handler from the attic to the garage, rerouted a duct that had weak air flow and one that was incorrectly made an intake when I remodeled years ago. D@D is the best hands down company from start to finish. I called them at 9:00 on Friday night and their technician, Bob promptly got back to me and was at my house at 9:30. He evaluated the situation and gave me a temporary fix and said he would have to order a part but would have to come back in the morning due to how dark it was outside. He said if I had any further problems with what he evaluated to call him back. I did at 11:00 pm and he responded. He was at my house at 11:30 am the next day and informed me I needed a new motor. After discussion with him regarding the pros and cons of repair vs new unit due to age of unit, it was decided to move forward with a new unit.At that time I received a call from the salesperson Chris.He presented me with all options without pressure swaying me one way or the other and was extremely informative of both units he suggested. He took a tremendous amount of time and patiently answered all of my questions regarding both. I decided to purchase the Trane which was the better of the units suggested. I inquired about rebates etc and he gave me all rebates and offers without me asking anything further. This was a Saturday and I had my proposal within 1/2 hour which I promptly agreed and signed. I was fortunate to get an installation for Monday 7/12/21.Lastly, Jeff showed up promptly at 11:45 by himself to do the installation.He was awesome from start to finish. He was definitely the best in his field. I felt very lucky to have him to install our unit. He was courteous,efficient, timely and answered all of my questions regardingmy new unit.This company is by far the best and by the way I called 3 other companies on Friday evening and no one else returned my call including the next day.This company is a 10 star company!!!!!!!We had to call for repair on 9/25/21. Richard Armstrong promptly came out at 8:00 pm. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable but unfortunately could not address the problem because the unit was frozen. He told us he would be back the following day at 10:30 am which he was. Once again, another snag.... the valve needed to be replaced which he couldnt get till Monday and he assured us he would do everything possible to get us on the schedule which he did.He also helped us to set up Nexia which was much appreciated. He kept us updated on his ETA so we didnt need to stay around needlessly. He replaced the valve and made some other necessary adjustments. He is a great diagnostician and we would strongly recommend Rich as well as D & D.

Amazing service! All AC companies are NOT created equal. Had my 5 year old system “completely” serviced by another company on 3/31 only to be without AC after arriving home from work on a Friday. Lives with 84 degrees in the house all weekend. When D & D came out at the time I was able to take off work, the issue (clogged drain line) was found and fixed in 10 minutes! The very helpful technician let me know that had I called over the weekend they absolutely could have come then. I signed up for their annual maintenance contract and will never look elsewhere. I contacted Chris Whitney for installation of a Dust Free Active Total Home Air Purification system….I was given his number by my close friends that he had installed one of these systems in their home and they couldn’t stop raving about it. This is hands down the best a/c company in the area. Chris has been doing service for us for 2 houses now. We knew we would need to replace our systems in the new house but he never pushed us to do it but always recommended. We decided to replace and He set me up and they were there to install the next day. Jeff the install guy was in and out and and very courteous.

D&D were very responsive on a Friday afternoon for a repair on my A/C unit. Came out within a couple of hours and did a great job. John the technician was courteous and polite and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was going on and quickly fixed it. I will use them again and highly recommend them for all your A/C needs.

Hate to say our experience was very disappointing this morning. The (first) technician who came to clean our HVAC system brought a broken UV filter, so a second technician had to come later on with to install one that wasnt broken. No problem. Between technicians there was about an hour that passed, and the first left our AC open with live wires exposed. Thankfully we noticed, and were able to turn the system off and closed the door. The second technician told us that shouldnt have been left as it was, as it as an electrical hazard and our unit could have frozen over, causing even bigger problems. Additionally, after cleaning out the HVAC system, there was popcorn all over the floor and furniture, which would have been left had we not asked for it to be cleaned (at least somewhat?!) before leaving. And last but not least, when asked to put a mask on, the first technician would not put it on properly, even inside our home! We are not fully vaccinated yet, so a simple request to put on a mask - in our home - should NOT be disrespected. Customer service was seriously lacking, which really surprised us given the great reviews. Hopefully this was a one-off situation, but should definitely be addressed. The second technician was much more professional and polite, thankfully.

Chris was very professional and gave a thorough evaluation of our AC System back in August of 2019. He explained the efficiency of our old units compared to the new tranes. I went ahead and purchased a unit then and his technicians spent close to half a day at our home ensuring that everything was installed correctly. After a year and a half, I can confident say that the unit works excellent and I have decided to purchase another one to replace my other unit.

Called D&D Air Conditioning after noticing my unit was having trouble cooling. Richard A. showed up and quickly diagnosed the issue, got my unit functioning properly, and had the parts ordered. He was back today to install the new coil. Richard A. was very thorough with his work and answered any and all questions I had.A+ for service, would highly recommend D&D Air Conditioning.

Chris just came through for a maintenance check. He showed me how to clean my filter and checked out the whole Air conditioning unit. Chris is very patient, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. John has been to my house many times for regular maintenance and has always been very respectful of me and my house. Always does a full diagnosis of the HVAC system without taking any shortcuts. This passed maintenance he discovered a faulty sensor. The air handler has been displaying a blinking red light and the last service the person was unable to tell what was causing it possible due to not running a full diagnostic. John found the problem and he put in for a replacement and is having the office schedule a day to get it installed. Im very happy with their service and would be very happy to recommend D&D Air to anyone without hesitation.

Came into town and AC was shot. I needed replacements ASAP. Called them up randomly and Richard came out within a couple of hours. Checked everything out quickly. One unit was dead one was dying. He didn’t take the service call fee and said he’d have Chris come by the next day to look at it and give me options for repair/new units. I went with the new units bc they were Trane brand, reasonably priced, and available for installation the next day. All went smooth the next day with Jeff and Charles removing the old units and installing the new ones. D&D made a frustrating situation as smooth (and nowCool) as possible.

I scheduled a Request for Quote with D&D AC on Tuesday. They arranged for Chris Whitney the Service Technician to provide a quote on a new residential heat pump and duct work. I was notified by personal call 30 minutes before his arrival, as the scheduler indicated would occur, and he arrived on time for the appointment. Chris performed an intake on our request, performed an assessment on our home and provided a detailed quote with brochures explaining the recommended purchases in great detail. He did no up sell the AC unit, since we had exceptional insulation and windows, and there was limited savings from reduced energy consumption. He made several good recommendations for better air distribution when replacing the duct work. The quote was reasonable. That combined with his knowledge places D&D at the top of my list for the installation.

Even after he left and the system had some small issue they were right there to answer texts and even came back that night after hours to make a small adjustment. Brilliant service and would highly recommend.

My old a/c company didnt answer on Saturday morning. Bob called right back. He arrived a head of schedule. Within an hour and a half from my call, Bob had the a/c running and cooling before noon on a Saturday. D&D are my new a/c company

Bob and Chris were fantastic. My Ac 17 yr old AC stopped working on a 90 degree Saturday, and Bob was out quickly. Chris fully explained everything about the new system I needed and I’ll have it on Monday! Chris was very professional and fully explained all the options and how the the process works. Fast, efficient and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend them is you need service or a new system!
