Extremely clean courteous and professional!! Not only installing my new condenser air handler and thermostat but explaining little details and pointing out things that will vastly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of my air conditioner moving forward! These guys are the real deal and I couldn’t have asked for anything better!!

As an active Realtor/Broker, I have been working with Air Comfort for over 25 years. My clients and I love Air Comfort. They are reliable and honest. I can call and tell them of an air conditioning challenge and they respond. The costs are always competitive. The technicians are polite and informative. Yesterday, Air Comfort installed a new air conditioner in a home for a seller who is out of town. I was there to let them in. We found out that the other air conditioning companies that had worked on the old air conditioner never told the seller that the duct work in the attic had become disconnected. Air Comfort fixed the duct work as part of doing a quality job at no extra charge. I give them 5 stars.

Had a service agreement with Air Comfort services. Called them for service as AC was not cooling. Technician came and indicated AC working with no issues, and was charged for service call.Continued to feel AC not cooling, called another company that found missing freon. AC worked fine after.Complained to Air Comfort services about this. Owner was rude, after much debate, he decided to issue a refund, but dropped my service agreement.Would avoid dealing with them

Great company

Cost $300 for the service call and some chemicals sprayed on the coils. Driver gets paid from location to location. So got paid to drive to our location by us. Call him driver because cooler still not working. Wont get below 58 degrees. A repair man would have repaired it. Wont reccommend to cool off my dogs. Calling a different company.

I cant say enough great things about the owner, Perry, and his team. Our A/C was broken. They gave us a good price AND were able to install the new unit the very next day. Everything about the entire team were professional. I would highly recommend!

Used coupon from ValPack to have maintenance on my air conditioner on 2/16/2016. The service man was very creepy, having long, personal, and, what I felt was, inappropriate conversation about his personal life, his girlfriend, his breakups, how wonderful he was. I kept trying to end conversation and walk him to door, but it was difficult to get him to move on.WORSE YET .... I come home from vacation and find the unit dripping water. This was 7/28/2016, not even six weeks later. Called a different company because I did not want that man in my house again. The problem was simply a clogged line ... which should have been cleared with the previous maintenance. Also, the service man from Air Comfort had bent the metal brackets that hold the front panel in place and just taped over them to keep the panel in place, also did not replace the cover that goes over the filter. I now have water and mold damage caused by this service techs incompetence. Do not use this company.

First time using comfort air and i have now found my permanant A/C company very honest and fairly priced heres my story on my house there is 2 1 ton units that are from 86 yes thats 1986 there tranes still going strong perry came out on a friday afternoon around 3:00 basically the end of the work week fixed a few wires and added some freeon thanks again for keeping my house cool

Incompetent service that take advantage of their customers charged excessive labor to fill Freon $518 plus $156 for Freon adding insult to injury had to service again to clean drain line $203 and when questioning charges they dropped service and cancelled maintenance contract no refund

They are horrible, incompetent .Started having problems shortly after unit was installed & they refuse to come and fix theyre mistakes .
