We needed our a/c fan replaced. The service man, Neri, was very polite and efficient. He called before he came to the house and arrived when he said he would. No waiting around for us. He finished the job quickly and cleaned up the area when he was done. I appreciated his polite manners and efficient completion of the job.

I awoke in the middle of the night and realized my air conditioning wasnt running. Called AND Services the next morning but had to ask how late in the day could they do a service call. I wanted my a/c fixed, but I had a pre-op appointment that afternoon because I was having surgery in two days. Not only did they accommodate my schedule, but Neri, the technician was professional, pleasant and took the time to explain everything.I never hesitate to call AND Services if I need any of their services.

THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF SENIORS AND SINGLE WOMEN!!!BEWARE: My A/C was only one year old when A.N.D came to clean it. The two technicians that came told me I needed a new A/C system and that it would be $6,200. When I asked if it was under warranty (because I knew it was only a year old) they said they were going to call the company in Tampa. The technician picked up his phone and pretended to call the warranty company and told me that I never sent in my warranty card so my A/C was not going to be covered. I told them I needed time to think about it and wanted them to leave while I discussed it with someone. When I said that I wanted to discuss it with my boyfriend they said, I thought you were a single independent woman who didnt need to ask anyone for permission. They continued to berate me and finally left when I told them to leave again. When they left, I called the warranty company and they said that no one had called them in the last two hours and there is no warranty card for my A/C. I am a single, senior citizen, female who they tried to take advantage of. I worry for all other single women who try to use this company, for they might be their next victims. DISGUSTING!

My AC decided to stop working the morning we were due for a tropical storm/hurricane made a call the next day to have someone out to take a look at the ac. The customer service representatives were very nice and friendly. Made an appointment for Friday Am. So Friday comes it’s 10 and I haven’t heard anything from the tech( was told they would call me when they were on their way) so I called and was told that they were in a meeting and it would be 2-3 hours so fast forward to 1:00 still no call, the house is already 92. Called the company and was told it was going to be another 2-3 hours . So by this time I’m hot and frustrated there was no communication that the techs were running late . I understand things happen. Techs get caught up at other jobs but a simple call to tell me they weren’t going to be there for another 2-3 hours would have been great so I didn’t have my kids sitting in a house waiting for a tech to come out and could have made other arrangements. So by this time I demanded to speak to a manager was told someone would call me right back. At this point I was ready to find another company . I received a call back within 10 minutes from the tech Bryan. He was at my house with in 20 mins. Bryan was Amazing he explained everything to me, was very honest and friendly . I am so thankful I didn’t cancel the appointment he had my ac unit up and running with in 15 mins . Bryan is the only reason I will probably sign up for the yearly maintenance as long as I am guaranteed to have him every time. Bryan is also the reason why I am giving a 5 star review . I want everyone to beware of the lure of the free diagnostic marketing ploy this company uses to get business. There may be no service charge, but you get what you pay for, and trust me, you will end up paying a lot more in the long run. We had one of their technicians come out to figure out why our A/C unit wasnt working and were told the blowing motor was bad and we would need to replace it for $916, but the replacement may only last 6 months to 1 year ......OR we could buy an entire new unit for 7K to 11K!!!! I was blown away because our A/C unit is only 6 years old. We called Aqua Plumbing and Air for a second opinion even though they charge $89 just to come out to look at it, but guess what.... it was well worth it because they found the issue which was simply a backed up drain pipe and it worked perfectly!!!!! $89 with Aqua vs. $900 - 11K with AND. Absolutely insane. THANK YOU AQUA PLUMBING AND AIR!!!

I called And Services for maintenance on my AC system. My Service Technician, Todd, arrived just ahead of time. The work was done efficiently and in a courteous and professional manner. I was educated in important aspects of preventative maintenance (drain care, filter life, uv bulb life, etc.). Further I was given a detailed assessment of the state of my system pre and post service. Pricing of parts and services was transparent. Todd is a great asset to And, which is a company that I fully endorse.

I received a call early the following morning, they indicated a tech would be available 2 - 3 hours from call and like clock work they arrived within the time frame. Blake (technician) was courteous, kind and knowledgeable. He had our system up and running within 2 hours and explained every step of the process as he worked. We signed up for the Premiere Membership because of all the perks it provides and are EXTREMELY satisfied with the company and service. Highly recommend you give them a call, they are honest and will not try to up-sell you in anyway.Now all I need to find out is what would it take for my son to become an employee/tech for this company. :) Hes 19 and this would be a great career and even better company to work for.

PLEASE BEWARE, this organization is very dishonest and takes advantage of the elderly. My mother-in-law, lives in a fixed income like most seniors. She is also a very trusting individual and goes out of her way to help others. Last night her air condition unit wasnt working properly, my wife told her to find a reputable firm that can come out to look at her unit. She had read your reviews on Google and it showed a 4.7. Unfortunately, if she had taken a closer look at YELP rating, they have a 1.7 rating.The technician from And Services named Garth, showed up and my mother-in-law, greeted him. It did not take more 10 minutes, and he came back in and told her that the unit compressor, was not working anymore. He told her that the compressor was shocked and needed to be replaced. He used the analogy the compressor had a major heat attack.Because of the covid-19 epidemic, I was working from home, I could hear the technician Garth, telling her that she had two options, the first option was replacing the (DEAD COMPRESSOR, WHICH IN HIS WORDS DIED OF A MAJOR HEART ATTACK), had to be replaced at a cost of $3,275, the second option was installing a brand new unit for $10,021 but he was able to talk to his manager and she was going to get a discount of $3,006 dollars so it would only cost her $7,015 the generosity of his manager.Now, I was on the phone working from home, I had to stop and intervene because I could hear him pressuring her to decide what she was going to do.I induced myself and told him that we needed to get a second opinion before, we decided on which option we would select. I asked him additional questions, to clarify the options that were being presented. I also told him that we were going to get a second opinion and he got offended that I was questioning his expertise and he told me and my mother-in-law, that I was and idiot.To my astonishment, I was shocked that because my mother-in-law would not make a quick decision, I was an idiot did not know anything about Air Conditioning services. His correct, I am not an AC technician, I am a licensed professional in the financial and insurance industry, what I do know is one someone is trying to take advantage of a senior and smart enough to get a second opinion before she spent $7,015 on a new unit.We decided to call another AC Company, for a second opinion, the technician showed up he spent a total of 30 minutes, and the unit was fixed, and he said nothing was wrong with the compressor. The total cost was $300, we gave him an extra $100, for his honestly and professionalism. So, please be ware with this company, if I had not been around, they would have taken advantage of my mother-in-law. If any other seniors have had the same experience with this Company, please post your reviews in Google.

We had services done from Bryan P and John G, and we were very pleased with the knowledge and customer service that they brought on job. John came out first to let us know that we needed pipes replaced, after showing us through his video camera what really was the problem. Bryan came out that same night after having AC problems, and within 1 hour he was here and finished the job in less than 20 mins (wouldve been less but I talk a lot 😂)All in all with my wife and I being new homeowners, we can now have a peace of mind knowing that they have taking care of all problems. Never checked the system out. Unit run all night never shut off .Ì discovered thermostat is defective. Got to order a new one..other than that unit is fixed but they never checked the whole unit after afterwards.

Blake was excellent. He is very skilled and knowledgeable. He tested all the electric connections, noticed a weak capacitor and replaced it on the spot. He also helped with the filter installation and cleaned everything outside around the AC system. I will be requesting him for future AC work.

We thought we would have to replace our old AC unit. But Blake from AND services showed up and had our unit working properly in under 30min! We are so thankful and highly recommend AND to anyone looking for a honest AC company.

A/c suddenly stopped working. Called these crooks. Told me the interior blower motor was blown because of dust and dirt. Then told me there were no replacement parts because of covid19 so I would need a new system. I sent them packing and called 2 other repair companies. The next company was a/c warehouse. The guy found the problem in 2 minutes. It was a clogged sensor. It started working as soon as he pulled out the sensor. He broke a small drain pipe on purpose and charged me $275 and then spent 10 minutes try to sell me a system cleaning for $2000. These guys are all thieves. They must be working on commission. Dont trust any of them. Something needs to be done!
