Long waits, confusing process, had a reservation but they didnt have our truck. 3 stars because they came through at the last minute with a different truck that was actually an upgrade but didnt charge us extra.

Make a reservation for a car dolly to pick up at 7:00 am, got there at 7:10 am 2 customer before me only 1 person helping customer so I wait for 1 hour and 30 min just to find out that they dont even have the dolly available......JUST TO MENTION THIS IS THE SECOND TIME AT THIS LOCATION....
