I’ve come back here many times over the last 3 decades and the same thing can be said of every visit, even more so today: customer service is top notch, their office staff is friendly, helpful, courteous, and personable; the pace at which they move cars in and out makes it possible to get things done on your lunch break; I have never once had any problem with the pricing(lower than average) nor the quality of work(very much better than average). This is why I send my family and friends here, but the people I don’t like can go pay double somewhere else!😂 Thanks for the awesomeness that you guys and gals put in every day! Been going there for years, always good service and a fair price.However, Im wondering if the $84.00Price for an oil change in my 2009 Honda crv was a little much today. They did top off the windshield washer fluid, and check the tire pressure. Very nice people working there.

Been using these guys exclusively for oil changes and other minor fluid related services, in multiple vehicles over the past couple of years. Ive never had an issue and have always felt confident about their work. They are also really quick, hardly ever had more than a 15 minute wait, though I admit that probably has to do with the time and days of the week I come in. Either way, I feel confident saying they are honest and competent in the services they provide and worth whatever wait you may experience.

We are very satisfied customers. I can count on them to always do what they advertise., 🏁🏁with a positive attitude, they are always professional and I know I am doing the right thing for my Ford ranger. Ask for an oil change and get charged $90?!?They also put on a sticker that says to change after 3000 miles when the synthetic oil I asked for lasts for twice that! Crooked...

Went for an oil change. Fast and friendly service, they seemed to know what they were doing which was nice. Only reason Im only doing two stars is because they didnt ask me what oil I wanted, they ended up using some cheap off brand oil, I would have wanted a more performance option, Ill end up just getting another change early unfortunately.

The girl who performed the job left motor oil stains (from her hands) on the steering wheel, the door and door handle inside and outside, the arm rest, so my car smell like motor oil now now and will be for awhile, too careless. And the price is on the high side. Only good thing is they are quick.

Kinda expensive for a oil change. When I called to ask about their service the young lady didnt have any answers to my questions without having to ask someone else. They were observing all safety rules for corvid. Which is good and i liked sitting in my car while I got my truck serviced,, But I think they were a just a tad bit unprofessional.I will go back and give them a second chance they were all youngAnd I did get my oil changed quickly.

Fast as stated and finally got my oil changed after having my appointments canceled at Pep Boys multiple times. This is gonna be my go to. May cost a tad more, but they dont make me wait over an hour for a simple oil change. Plus their friendly and the guys are cute.

Very friendly & efficient! With new Covid practices, they currently have no waiting room. However, they will let you either wait inside your car or on their little shaded area while your oil is changed. Ive never had to make an appointment since im usually going during off hours but even when I have, the service has been pretty fast.

Very fast a little high priced but worth it! Will definitely go back. In and out in thirty minutes, I suggest being there when they open as they tend to get busy.

Amazing service! Oil change was cheap and nice. Afterwards I looked under the car and thought the shroud was missing. I called and came back right after closing, they stayed for me and I turned out I was being oblivous and it was on there! They found a new screw for it (as it was falling down) and put that on there all while being super nice and friendly! I felt so bad and they were so kind even with a reason to be annoyed. A++++

Ive been coming here since I was a teen and its still my go-to oil change place for the quick service, affordable price, and zero pressure customer service. They used to upsell me back in the day but they dont do so anymore which is a huge relief considering the exhausting non-stop sales pitches you get at places like oilstop. Bonus: they stock their waiting room with free soft drinks and muffins, and if your wait time is a little longer, you can check out the thrift store next door that has cats for adoption.

Pretty straightforward, if youve been there before you pull in, leave your keys in the ignition, and go sit down while they quickly change your oil. I recommend not coming during the lunch hour or Friday afternoon.

If they hold their prices steady and not go up any higher, I may not have to bring down my star rating. Yes they do an absolute good job.

A star, are you kidding me? My Toyota Tacoma was serviced by this allegedly good company and it was discovered today at my Chevron Oil Stop station thatVALLEY Fast Oil, allegedly stripped the oil drain plug and siliconed it to the oil pan to hide their mistake. Im in the process of court action against them.

Great place to get your oil and what not done. Friendly, knowledgeable, fast. Plus there is free good coffee and sodas and cookies!

My mom use to go here when I was younger and then I started going here. I have been a loyal customer as well. They have a convient lobby with coffee, soda, water, and magazines. Havent spent more then 20min in there but typically 10-15min wait till I am out of there.

It was great they were fast and cheap

I called this place and was quoted $41.50 for an oil change for the model and year of my car. Yet, when the bill came, it magically grew to $50. When I inquired why it went up, I was given the reason that the cover was hard to take off. After I insisted that I had been quoted a different price, the receptionist responded by saying that I used a $10 coupon off their website, as if that makes overcharging somehow acceptable. Why do you have those coupons if youre overcharging customers by the same amount? After I asked to see the manager who oversaw the oil change, they knocked off $3.

I was very happy with the service I received yesterday. There was no wait, helpful & friendly staff, reasonable prices and the lobby was nice they had beverages, some good magazines & a decent variety of kids toys (my kids approved ☺)

Ive come here for 3 cars over many years now. The last two times they messed up massively and I wont go back. The first mess up they forgot to put the nuts and bolts back on the skid plate and I had to get them replaced. The most recent, they changed the oil filter and the replacement didnt fit correctly and leaked dramatically.

They do not overwhelm with questions like some other place

No attempts to up sell me on things I dont need. Auto shop across the street gave me excellent service.

Id rather have better liability insurance than a free soda.... why would you have a drive in facility that your customers arent covered to drive in?
