Susan is an amazing nail tech! She pays great attention to detail, fixes whatever shaping issue you might have before she applies polish (and shes happy to do it), is extremely sanitary, ALWAYS on time and a true joy to spend time with. Also, first timers get a free nail art!How fun is that? A ton!Shes been doing nails for 30+ years and it shows as shes a true proffesional. Oh! And shes very affordable! Her quality is 5 star but her pricing is extremely competitive.Shes located inside of a hair salon next door to Safeway on West College, NOT inside of the nail salon a few doors down, but they wont tell you that so be aware.In the last 3 years Ive been looking for a nail tech exactly like her and was ready to just file my nails down out of frustration from going to other nail techs. Thankfully I found Susan in the nick of time. My nails have never looked better!

Theres no doubt to me Susan is the best nail tech in this area, Santa Rosa. Yes, shes working inside a hair salon but dont let it cool you. Shes the best. Shes very sweet and take good care of her customer. She takes time with me and with each customer and make sure were satisfied before she stop... Great customer service and personality...

Amazing experience. Kind and friendly people with outstanding service. My friend and I got our nails done and it was the best set of nails we have ever gotten done. Worth more than what I paid for (acrylics). 10/10 would highly recommend. :)

I just came here the other day for a quick gel manicure and it was great! It was quite surprised how fast they do but still the result is exceptional! Tech was very nice! She has amazing skill and she was very kind with me! For sure will come back

Sloppy! Sloppy work! Frustrated experience. I asked for acrylic set. Shes not that good. She cannot handle light pink, chalk color paint and she said dont bring that color again. For the acrylic- I had to ask her to fill in the gaps...she doesnt get close to the cuticle. Her fan blew black lint on the nail..and i had to ask her to repaint...then the cotton fibers were getting in the way.....she didnt have the standard lil fan...u have keep those running..sloppy work..never going back...and she uses the fire victim card alot on how she lost lots of customers..
