I placed an order but never received shipping confirmation or product There is no customer service option besides email which gives auto reply. Phone # does not give customer service and no way to leave voice mail. Autoreply says product will ship in 3 to 5 days but no cancellations, refunds or returns. Leaves me no option but contacting my CC company and getting refund. Seeing other reviews now I see should never have placed order.
I have bought indirectly thru this company for the Survivor buffs for 14 years, up until the last 2 years, no issues whatsoever. Now, Every single one is very poor quality, and its funny given the company strives on providing high quality products. High quality my ass. I have so many buffs from older season that last longer than these poor excuses. All I wanted is for the buffs to be made how they used to be in the quality they used to be. This company does not care about quality or the loyalty of their customers, all they care about is making them so cheap to where people have to buy more to replace them. Ive spent a lot of money I didnt need to in order to do that, and its not cool. I used to enjoy these as well as collecting them, now I only am buying them to keep my collection intact and Im struggling with doing that now. Im so disgusted with you people, fix them or I will continue to call bullshit on your quality promise.
Buff was taking donations of clothing to send to victims of Hurricane Harvey. Great and caring company, great products too!
