Got my bike new from dealer “detailed”, BLS made it pristine.

Ben is an expert at automotive detailing. My wife and I are Realtors, so our cars appearance is very important to us. Ben has been detailing our vehicles since 1995, almost 20 years! Ben performed a couple of tasks for me. He did my headlight lenses on my 2000 Toyota Avalon (awesome). Much better than the previous job by another shop. He also sold a 2006 Toyota Tacoma truck for me. The added cost for him to sell it was twice what it would have cost me to detail it ($200). Benjamin collaborated with me on the listing, price, and the buyers. Ben was awesome. He communicates well and kept me informed of the progress. Ben was very helpful and responsive to my scheduling, working on the weekend to come to my house, and doing a great job detailing my car. I have always taken good care of my car because I prefer driving a clean vehicle but Ben took it a full step further. When he was done the car was truly a glistening jewel . . . for a car that is. He was also very willing to recommend maintenance details that would insure the continued integrity of the finish and the wax he used was amazing. I am selling the car and that first look tells the buyer that this car is well taken care of. Mission accomplished!

Hired BLS to detail my 2017 Suburban. It was filthy inside and out and the interior still smelled like the Santa Rosa fires from last October. After 5 hours or so I couldnt believe how great the car looked. It was actually a much darker black than when I drove it from the dealers lot when I bought it new. The interior was also immaculate. I would highly recommend Ben and his team to anyone looking for a great detail.

I had a groupon for this company. When I tried to use it I was informed that there would be an additional $35 automatic service charge - seemed very dishonest to not include this in the price of the groupon. The person I spoke to was also unable to schedule an appointment at that time and I have since been unable to reach the company to schedule an appointment in spite of multiple calls. Im going to have to return the groupon and find somewhere else. Huge waste of time.

My wife and I called Ben after purchasing a car from a dealership who had done a horrible job of detailing the car, if you could even call it that.Swirl marks, and scratches on the paint, an interior that was pretty badly stained; these were the issues that BLS handled with professional dispatch. The vehicle,although a 2008 model, looks brand new. Ben even came out promptly the next day to deal with some questions we had about the work and handled them courteously and efficiently to our satisfaction. I would recomend this company to anyone looking for a well executed and professional service.

This is the rudest and unaccommodating business I have ever dealt with. I am considerate and fair at all times, never becoming agitated or rude as I was deal with a rude person who said he was the owner. I would never consider calling this business again. I cant believe we were the only ones he treats this way. These other reviews must be fake and planted by relatives or workers. Do not bother with this business. There are many others who appreciate a good paying customer.

Called owner to schedule appointment, set it up for 9am on Monday and no one showed. I called and his mailbox was full so I sent a text. He called me back 10 minutes later and said hes very busy, thats why he didnt show. Awesome excuse and great service. Very poor experience. Pick another detail company as this one is horrible and it comes from the top down. Absolutely embarrassing way to run a company.

I just bought my daughters Toyota Prius. Wasnt planning to change cars, but the price was too good to pass up. So, needing to get my 1998 Honda Civic ready for a new home, I called BLS. These guys are AWESOME. They showed up when they said they would and got right to work. My 1998 Civic looks so great, I hate to sell it.The paint is buffed, the carpets clean, all nooks and crannies free of lint, dust or dog hair. I would highly recommend these folks. Ill definitely use them again.

Ben and Julian did an amazing job on my 2008 Honda CR-V! Im convinced their work got me top dollar when I traded it in the next day.I was very impressed that they could fit me on such short notice ( ess than 24 hours) and Ben was very professional in scheduling my appointment and in understanding my expectations. They were very thorough and removed marks on my leather seats that other detailers had told me could not be removed. I thought their quote was very reasonable considering that they came to my house. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their car detailed.

Ben and Mark did a beautiful job on my 1994 Acura Integra. They take pride in their work and have a great eye for detail. It looks like new - both inside and out.

They performed a miracle on my wifes car. Her black (looked more grey/brown at the time) lexus suv had once seen much better days. Ben brought it back to its original luster, looking like new, both inside and out. I think she was even hesitant about taking our dog for a drive because because it was so pristine. When I drove into the garage last night, I was in a state of shock - Ben, thank you for bringing her car back to its original condition.

I ordered the Groupon and wasnt put off by the guys mini lecture about they offer and what I needed to do - I get it; Ive worked in customer service for a long time.What I dont think is acceptable:Arrive hours late to an appointment time that the business chose without any notification to the customer.Leave visible wipe marks on the doors and handles.Not wash the outside of the vehicle even though the Groupon states an outside wash is included.Call the customer after reading their review to yell at them/be defensive and not take responsibility for any of the issues.

I was very intrigued that they were a mobile service they showed up on time after having a long day and was so ready to work! Very thankful they beat all quoted prices as well thank you very much BLS auto detail
