After using Blakes (Santa Rosa) twice now I cant imagine going anywhere else. They are honest, do exceptional work and are in constant communication giving updates on progress.

My insurance company recommended them and Julie called me to arrange everything before I had a chance to call them.They explained everything in detail and it was quick and easy to drop off my car. I recieved updates twice a week about the status of the repairs.My vehicle repair was completed on time and I was very happy with the work. I would recommend this shop as being a good place to bring your vehicle if you were in need of repairs.

This is the location I picked to have my truck evaluated/repaired. Their service was great, and Ashley at the front desk was extremely helpful. They were able to quickly evaluate the truck for damages, and worked with the insurance company to provide a fast turnaround. Although I hope I do not need to use their services again, if I needed an auto body shop I would absolutely return to this company. As a side note, turn into their location from N Dutton Ave instead of Maxwell Ct as their customer parking is closest to this side of the street.

First off, I want to give Mitch a shout out. This was my first body repair from an accident, and his service was more than the 5 stars can give. Very professional, polite, and gave me updates all the way through. As well, the repairs were perfect, as I was worried about my brand new forester not looking as new, but it looks great! The paint was matched perfectly and looks fresh off the lot! If you are worried about the quality of repairs, I can say their work should give you ease as it was perfect. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for amazing quality, and a timely service. Amazing service. I had my bumper replaced here, and the team at Blakes Auto Body was able to get me in and out the same day. They also gave my car a wash, vacuumed, and they corrected my tire pressure for me. Had to bring the car back several times because they didnt fix it properly and damaged the car further.. Eventually got it back after many attempts of getting it all fixed.

They updated me constantly throughout the lengthy process of my car being repaired and theyre customer service is awesome. The trading off of my car to a rental and vice versa was super easy and quick too. And having the guarantee for the work done gives a lot of peace of mind.

Minus 5 stars. If I were a body shop owner Id put someone on the phone who was not rude to callers. Its not good for business. Of course it helped me in a way because I might have gotten deeper involved with them before finding out that customer satisfaction was way low on their list of priorities. All I did was ask for a very rough idea of how long it would take to repair my car (so I could make rental arrangements) and was treated as if I was asking for some special favor.

Great experience with Mitch. I got the sense like he was on my side, not the side of the insurance companies out to screw you. Would recommend!

Great and friendly staff that makes sure your car is fixed right the first time. They work with your insurance company so you don’t have too and will keep you in the loop on repairs being made. These guys are efficient and maintain high standards.

Been going here thru the years and they always have to follow up on the project at hand.NEVER in get job done, no its always return for a fix.Well,They were to replace all rubber and plastic molding and remove dents dings and paint.For $14500 and over 6 weeks of them having the car,they have not replaced all molding and Sues says its one piece didnt think you wanted it replaced,(but they replaced the windshield 3 times)Then she says,she didnt know what I wanted we werent on same page,then she says,she thought it looked fine and when I replied,is it your car,she says,I should have called you.My quote for my request was $1700 but went to $2700 and still got a sub par job UNFINISHED!NOW,they put back my original windshield,but the cut the lining inside the car and trying to say its an issue with the car BUT it was not like that with the first 3 windshields!Make your choice wisely when choosing an auto body shop.After 8 weeks,still unhappy,they are done!!Take your money else where folks!

Everything is good, but after 5 months my bumper paint fix is just falling off, of Dianne Loomiss car Feb 7, 2017.

Very disappointed in their lack of communication with the rental car staff. I gave them plenty of time to let the staff know that I will need my rental by the weekend. But because the staff did not know UNTIL that Saturday, they were unable to contact AAA because it is closed on the weekends. Which resulted in either having to pay the full price of the rental + deposit, or wait until Monday and let the shuttle guy take me home. I chose the latter because I am on a tight budget.
