I cant speak to the quality of service rendered at this establishment, but I can speak to my personal experience soliciting a quote. I personally spoke with the owner when I called for a quote who then asked me to forward images of my motorcycle tank via email which I did. He told me he was leaving town for a conference/convention of some sort and he would get back to me as soon as he returned. I did that, and then radio silence. After a couple of weeks I called his office and spoke with a woman assistant who told me she would be placing my email clearly on his desk for him to see, and still nothing for another week. I then called and was told that he was out of town at another conference/convention. I then called a few days later and emailed them once again and crickets. I wasnt necessarily in a rush to get it fixed, but after 1.5 months of no response its become a waste of time to deal with Dent Dynamics. A shame. My gut tells me their work is potentially top notch, but the customer response is lacking and woefully underserving the public. Step up your game guys . . I just wanted a simple quote. Easy peasy.

Incredible job on a rippling dent across a bend in my front fender in my brand new Camry. The autobody shop said I would have to replace the fender and have it and the door repainted. After Daniel worked his magic on my car the dent was completely removed without so much as a scratch on my car. Cannot exaggerate how impressed I was with this excellent professional job at a decent price. I will not hesitate to return. Thank you Dent Dynamics!!

Daniel truly was life saver! My Ducati St4S was knocked over by a windstorm on the top of Mt. Cobb earlier this year, (see 1st 3 photos), and not having much hope I figured all was lost. I had a smaller dent in the hood of my car. It was there when I bought the car and it kept bothering me; despite that it wasnt very big. I took it to this shop after hearing a lot of very good things about it. Now the hood on my car looks basically brand new. I am impressed with the quality of work and so glad I did it.

My first experience was the proposal for the dents, easy enough but when l dropped off my car it was a little scary to leave my ride with someone l dont know. When l went in to pick up the car to say impressed would be an understatement, l could not see any of the spots or signs anymore even knowing where they were, they did a great job for what they said it would be.

I brought my Ford Bronco in for dent removal. They did a great job as usual. I made an appointment and they gave me an estimate that was fair. Three hours later the work was awesome. The best part was I was told that if they could not do the job properly, they would not attempt the job and would not charge me anything. That kind of service is hard to find these days. I cant recommend this place highly enough! True professionals from start to finish. Their standard of work and customer satisfaction is super high - your car is in good hands with these folks! Hit deer. They expertly fixed the 4 inch ding. Threw in fix of lower quarter panel where door was hitting, & put clip back on holding quarter panel. And, I just discovered today, that they touched up right rear quarter panel that had nothing to do with deer!! Second car I have have had repaired at Dent Dynamics. I will be taking other cars to them for sure. Cant say enough about there outstanding work!!

This is the third time I have brought a car into DD. This was my Acura; due for a good wax and I threw in a complete detailing as a present to myself. After 35,000 miles and a wife and grandkid who use it like a pickup truck, I did not expect it to look like brand new, but, by golly, they did it. Marvelous job of getting the paint on the side back to new as well, after I scraped it in a parking garage. My only concern now is avoiding any new nicks and scrapes!

I never write reviews, but Dan is the best! I dont know how this guy isnt booked months out. I went to three autobody shops that said a paintless repair was impossible, (due to the location) but Dan did a superb job. I found out he is a patented tool inventor for his trade, but he still took the time to do a few extra touch ups, free of charge, because he completed the job a little ahead of time. Very experienced, probably the best in northern California, but still works very hard. He is flexible around your needs and lets you know the importance of certain services they do, but is not pushy at all. Super nice guy, clean shop, clean appearance, excellent customer interaction. I wish I could give a sixth star to make up for someone elses four star. They dont require appointments for quotes and it only takes a couple of minutes. And no, I wasnt hired or work there to say this. Just a stranger, that was pointed to them, by a body shop.
